We’re sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our cabin. We hope all is well with the family emergency that required you to leave early, for which we did provide a partial refund (which we did not have to do). To address the items you were disappointed with: 1. There are wood blinds on all windows that provide darkness. 2. The cabin was built as a beauty salon not a cabin and we’ve done our best to add what is needed to cook a meal. While there is limited counter space there is a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. 3. The TV is provided for viewing DVDs only and we provide a large selection for your use. We also have a selection of board games, puzzles and books available. Satellite/cable is not listed as one of the amenities of the cabin. 4. There is not enough room to add a closet or dresser in the cabin. There are two fold out luggage stands for your suitcases. 5. The bunkbeds are standard bunkbeds that were purchased from a furniture store. We believe the pictures and description show all aspects of what the cabin looks like and what to expect. We will add a sentence to the description that clearly states that there is no TV reception. We do our best to provide a clean and comfortable place for people to stay.
