Balealは、砂の上の狭い道で本土につながる小さな島です。 この家は大西洋に面したこの魅力的な島の北側に位置しています。 リビングルームのパノラマの窓からは、オーシャンとBerlengas諸島の見事な景観が家の正面にあります。 リスボンからわずか100kmの場所は、白い砂浜で知られているシルバーコーストで最も美しい場所のひとつです。サーフを愛する人にはよく知られています。 ゴルファーにとっては、Balealから車でわずか15分のPraia D'El Reyに18ホールのゴルフコースがあります。オビドスの中世の村や、典型的な陶器産業で知られているカルダス・ダ・レニャの街など、約30分のドライブの範囲内に、いくつかの観光スポットがあります。

What a fantastic stay!

What a fantastic stay! We spent a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful place. The view of the ocean is magnificent! Chilled out heaven

I invited myself along with my 2 sons who are very keen surfers,to stay at this fantastic place.It is perfectly situated for visiting some fantastic beaches and restaurants in the area.The appartment itself was very clean and welcoming with the most brilliant sunsets to watch from the balcony.Without a shadow of a doubt I will be returning here with my wife as I know she will fall in love with it as I have.

Perfect apartment in a Magical Location

We stayed for a week to surf and relax after Christmas and had the beat time. Everything in the apartment was perfect. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything a real cook needs. The furnishings and decor are top notch and Arminda was welcoming and helpful. But that's NOT what makes this place special! Its the LOCATION that is SPECTACULAR. The small Isla is enchanting and the views on both sides are breathtaking. I cant wait to go back.

A place that gets me into thinking to move to Peniche

The place of Arminda, was better then i expect it and atbfirst while arriving i was speechless about the view and the whole apartment. Love it to get into my middle again at this place. Standing up with the view on the waves was great. I am really lazy at cooking but this kitchens motivate me even more to cook. Its a place where your soul get a break of everything so i can highly recommend it. Beside this there is also a good parkingspace in front of it.

O apartamento é simplesmente maravilhoso. Confortável, super bem equipado, decorado com ótimo gosto, localização invejável! Lovely cozy apartment in super-well location within Baleal Island

The apartment was simply amazing! It is not only super-well located but also newly renovated and so well equipped - it has everything you need (and more). The apartment is located within Baleal Island and it is the perfect place for surfing and relaxing. The ocean views that it has are still stuck in my mind - they are unbelievable. We loved staying at Arminda's place and definitely will be back soon. Arminda is an amazing host and always willing to help. A « Living at the Ocean Experience” which is hard to beat

The flat is awesomely placed with a great view and ocean sound experience. Arminda is a perfect host with clear communication, providing a above average equipped flat and guidance how to make the best of your stay. Will book her flat again next time!

Fabulous location! Fabulous hosts!

We loved staying here so much so we’ve re-booked. As a family that surfs and self-caters I would totally recommend Arminda’s place. It’s well situated for beaches and amenities and a short drive to Peniche for a larger supermarket. Host was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or help we required! Kitchen and amenities modern and well appointed. We can’t wait to return!

Urlaub an einem der schönsten Plätze in Portugal

Wir waren bereits viele Male in Portugal, Baleal und Umgebung kennen wir sehr gut. Das Appartmeent wwar das beste was wir je dort hatten, tolle Lage, sehr komfortabel, absolut sauber und mit kompletter Ausstattung. Alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Wir hatten eine sehr gute, zeitnahe Kommunikation, wurden freundlich empfangen. Vielen Dank und gern wieder.

Exquisite Apartment

This apartment is a gem. It’s clearly been refurbished very recently and it has been done to an excellent standard. It’s luxurious, very comfortable and has fabulous views. It comes with everything to hand - beach towels, beach toys, beach umbrella, wind break, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, the lot . It was scrupulously clean and the bed very comfy too. Easy walk to the gorgeous beaches, cafes and restaurants and an easy drive to Lisbon, Óbidos and Alcobaça - all spectacular. My only suggestion - the hot water was tepid - please turn up the boiler slightly. Overall though this was the best rental we’ve stayed in and we’ve been doing this for over three decades. Thank you Arminda.

Wir waren zu fünft (3 Kinder) für eine Woche in Baleal. Es war echt traumhaft. Die Lage ist der Hammer. Das Surf-Camp zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet - es fehlte uns nichts.

When I met my husband he showed me what he thinks to be the most beautiful coast of Portugal, the Silver Coast. I love Algarve but I had to agree with him. Beautiful sandy beaches with fantastic waves for surfing and on top of it, not too crowded.
In 1997, when an architect friend decided to sell his house in a magnificent spot of Baleal Peninsula we didn't think twice. Since then we have transformed that small apartment in our holidays refuge and enjoyed the most memorable weekends and holidays in Baleal.

Baleal Island is a small but wonderful Island in the Atlantic, just 45 minutes drive from Lisbon. The coast line, the sea and the beaches are unique. Every sunset is glorious and different from the others. The Island only has residential buildings, some of them from the 19th century. It is very quiet and since everyone knows each other and the beaches are in a walking distance it is safe for children to stay outside playing with each other.

The house is in a magnificent spot 20 meters over the Ocean.It was built by its first owner, an architect who planned the house to make the owner and its guests feel like being sailing. Indeed the sea is always present wherever you are in the apartment. It doesn't really matter if the weather is warm and sunny or if it is cold and stormy because the Island is always a beautiful place to be. I usually say that more than a beautiful spot Baleal is a state of mind.
