one bedroom spacious apartment with fantastic sea views (55 Sqm). Available for rental. Ideally situated in the heart of the French Riviera at Marina baie Des Anges (Villeneuve-loubet). Only 15 minutes from Nice Airport. Very refined high class interior sleeps 4 in bedroom and lounge. Fully secured garage comes with the apartment, linen provided. Shops and restaurant within walking distance. Beach at the base of the building no road in front just the sea. Perfect holiday destination. For those who want to ski and have the sun at the same time this winter book our flat it is only 1h drive from the ski resort of Gréolières les neiges. The convertible sofa bed in the lounge was replaced in February 2022. IMPORTANT : The pictures of the pool are not valid anymore as some construction is on going during 2023/24/25 A New pool will be built but not open before 2025. Some noise disturbance may happen during the day. Owners also own nice villa cottage with pool 15 minutes drive away from this flat (reference FR6129).

Great apartment with wonderfull view

We did have a wonderful week and enjoyed the beautiful apartment. The apartment does have everything you need and the location is amazing.The owner was very hospitable and gave a claer tour through the apartment. Highly recommended.

The perfect stay!

Christopher was the perfect host! He met us at the accommodation and gave a thorough run through of all amenities etc. Everythingvwas as described on the website and there was a very welcoming pack of goodies on arrival. He also gave us plenty of information on the surround area. During our stay he was on hand to answer any questions. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property and was definitely go back

A beautiful place to stay

This is a lovely apartment, with a fabulous view directly over a quiet beach and a small harbour. The balcony is a perfect place to spend hours over a relaxed brunch, or for quietly reading, as boats come and go. When you want to swim, the beach and a pool are just a few steps away, as are the pretty communal gardens. It's hardly necessary to leave the site, because there are cafes, restaurants and shops (good croissants) within a short walking distance, but should you wish to venture out, Monaco, Nice and Antibes are all nearby, as are the gorgeous villages Eze and St Paul de Vence. The apartment owners are extremely helpful before and during the holiday, should you need any advice, but otherwise leave you in complete peace. A highly recommended holiday venue. (But please don't book it the next time I want it) :)

bel appartement bien situé en bord de plage

nous regrettons le manque de précision de l'annonce de de l'annonceur concernant les sois disant travaux de rénovation de la piscine , car les travaux ne correspondait pas du tout a la réalité , il s'agit d'une nouvelle construction d'un petit ensemble piscine avec hôtel et thalasso ainsi que des travaux d'empierrement au niveau de la baie , ces travaux étant réalisés juste en bas et à côté de notre bâtiment ont provoqués des bruits très bruyants ( même avec les fenêtres fermés ) si bien que , nous avons pas profité du balcon pour nos petits déjeuner et repas du midi à cause des bruits ., compte tenu de notre mécontentement , le propriétaire nous a remboursé deux nuits de location et offert le ménage , ce qui nous semble être le stricte minimum quand même compte tenu du prix pour deux semaines de location .En principe au regard du standing de cette résidence et du prix on se doit d'être irréprochable au niveau de l'annonce décrivant cette location ! pour conclure nous sommes déçus .

Superbe appartement en bord de mer

Bel Appartement bien équipé et situé à distance de marche du TER, de la promenade de la Baie des Anges et des supermarchés. Le gestionnaire, M. McCulloch, démontre un souci attentif du client et un sens de l'organisation très professionnel; on se sent chez soi très rapidement. Cet appartement est une belle découverte et nous comptons y revenir.

Séjour exceptionnel

Grâce à l'exposition et à l'emplacement de l'appartement nous avons pu,en décembre, profiter du soleil sur une terrasse face à la mer. La vue est exceptionnelle, la plage à deux pas, les commerces à proximité.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement superbe

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, et très bien situé en bord de mer avec une vue splendide. Excellent lit king-size. Le garage dans l'immeuble est un plus appréciable. Marina au pied de l'appartement avec une offre variée de restaurants. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Christopher. En résumé : un excellent séjour qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Face à la mer !

Superbe séjour passé au sein de cet havre de paradis.Un calme absolu face à la mer.Magnifique appartement très confortable et très propre.Mr MC Culloch,le propriétaire, est très accueillant et disponible. Nous avons découvert notre pied à terre à la côte d'Azur et reviendrons ! Merci

Fantastische Ferien an der Baei des Anges!!!

traumhaftes Ferien-Appartment mit fantastischem Meerblick. Wir wurden herzlich von Christopher empfangen, das Appartment ist blitzsauber, modern eingerichtet und im tadellosen Zustand. Der Blick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubent. keine störende Straße vor dem Strand,direkter Strandzugang vom Haus aus und trotz der Größe der Anlage sehr ruhig ! wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen und werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Einfach traumhaft

Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das direkt angrenzende Meer. Glückliche Kinder = entspannte Familie. Die zugehörige Garage war absolut lohnenswert. Bei dem Verkehrsaufkommen rund um die Côte d‘Azure und dem Mangel an Parkplätzen wirklich ein Segen. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der Naturstrand vor den Pyramiden ist nicht so stark frequentiert und wurde von uns in Zeiten von Corona gerne angenommen. Hier auch ein Danke an den Vermieter der seine Stornobedingungen auf Nachfrage wegen der Pandemie angepasst hat - sehr kulant und Mieterfreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Absolut begeistert!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und aufwendigt renoviert. Der Zustand ist vergleichbar wie neuwertig. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und bietet für jeder Art der Erholung eine Möglichkeit, ob es sich um Ausflüge, Shoppen, Sporttreiben oder am Strand entspannen handelt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es entsteht ein angenehmer Eindruck, als ob der Urlaub bei einem guten Freund verbracht wurde. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons de très bonnes et belles vacances. L appartement est spacieux, propre, agreable

Vue superbe, reposante. Proximité avec mer et train pour bouger sur les autres villes. Seul bémol la piscine payante: trop excessive au niveau tarif. Nous avons une piscine donc pas grave pour nous. Le nettoyage justement de la piscine est bruyant le matin par les employés. Sinon le coin est agréable et l appartement très joli comme sur les photos.

Just back from a great holiday in a lovely apartment View amazing- apartment so clean & tidy - Christopher a lovely guy !! Hired bicycles - really enjoyed cycling the safe traffic free tracks. Supermarkets ,buses ,trains all so convenient & to top it all the weather was perfect - a week of beautiful sunshine 😃

Fantastic flat

Wonderfull accomodation with the sea at your feet. The flat was extremelly clean, decorated with taste and very well equipped . We felt like at home. The garage that comes with the apartment is extremely practical as it is very near to the lift that leads up to the flat. Shops in the marina where very handy avoiding us using the car. Breakfast in the morning facing the sea and falling asleep with the sound of the waves was a delight. I fully recommend this property. Best yet. Many thanks to Christopher for his assistance throughout our stay. We will be back:)

Fantastic accommodation and location.

Everything is superb. High quality accommodation. We stayed for 3 weeks and were even supplied with clean linen half way through our stay. Location is superb and even though we hired a car this time it really was unnecessary. We can not recommend this property highly enough. Christopher and Suzanne are excellent hosts providing a top quality, professional and friendly service. Will return next year for our third visit if it is available.

Everything you could wish for!

Lovely apartment with fabulous views overlooking the beach. As we chose not to hire a car this time it was an ideal location to explore the surrounding area by train and bus as both the station and bus stops are only a 5 minute walk. Everything we needed was a two minute walk away and we spent 3 days just in the marina and beaches relaxing, eating and having just the odd glass of wine!! Thanks to Suzanne, Don And Christopher. We will be back!

Lovely Flat, Lovely View, We'll be Back

We spent two weeks at this lovely seafront apartment. Most of our time at the flat was spent on the terrace enjoying its wonderful sea view. The apartment is very well appointed, with by far the best equipped kitchen we've had in a holiday let. The location is great, just three floors down and you're straight on the beach & a short walk to some very nice local restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets. It's close to the station so you can explore the coast from Monaco to Cannes & beyond without needing a car Christopher & Suzanne were very helpful, but never intrusive. Would definitely stay here again.
