Fantastic Vacation

We had an amazing time, beautiful pool area with breathtaking sunsets! The kids loved the game room! The house has everything you need! Both master suites in the main floor are perfect especially when sharing with friends and family. Quiet neighbourhood, very easy access to Disney parks! We would definitely recommend this house and most likely stay here in the future!

Don’t hesitate!

This house is amazing! It’s walking into comfort like your own home. You have everything you need to cook and relax! Pool area was my favorite by far. We have rented 10 different homes in the area over the years and this is in the top 3. I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Our daughter's first trip to Disney

Absolutely loved our stay in May 2023, the villa is even nicer in person, so spacious! All the family enjoyed it, especially my 16 month old who loved the mickey room. The owner's are so lovely and helpful too :) Loved it so much that we have requested to book again for 2025.

Ideal for Large Family

Family holiday

Had an amazing time at this beautiful home! It was homely and cosy 😊 had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Only thing missing was a clothes airer, not all clothing can go in a tumble dryer. Will definitely return!

Comfortable home!

Overall very good experience! Love the location and neighborhood. Pool at the house was awesome! Spacious and fully equipped home! Would recommend and hope to be back ourselves!

A beautiful home away from home

The home was perfectly situated where conveniences like groceries and the parks were located. Pics are accurate and match their descriptions on the listing. Clean and my teens enjoyed the pool table and gaming area very much! A fantastic home away from home for the week and would definitely recommend for large families!

All in all the place was great however we were looking forward to spending some time every day in the pool but there was an issue with the heating of the pool. In the end we were in the pool only 3 times. Needless to say the 3 young ones were very disappointed.

Perfect for us

The house is beautiful and in a really nice and quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. Very clean and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 children . We all enjoyed the pool and patio area with the view of the lake. Our hosts, David and Lynda, were amazing to deal with. They treated us like family and even called to make sure we were comfortable and knew how to work the thermostat when the temps dipped into the 30s which is rare for south Florida. David and Lynda always answered my questions within hours even with the time difference between the states and the UK. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely stay here again if we ever make it back down to Orlando area. Our vacation was magical thank you!

Family vacation

My family and I loved the house. The kids had a blast in the game room. The house owner called to make sure everything was going well for my family. I told him we seen some ants near the pantry room. I was told to call property manager, which I did. They told me someone was coming to spray. No one never came by to spray. That was the only issue. We love the house and area. Will visit this house again! Thanks David for everything.

Overall a good stay

For the most part, the stay was good. House was clean and communication with owners were good. We did have ants really bad, but that was resolved quickly. We were charged for heated pool, but the pool heat was not turned on until the third day of our visit, which was disappointing. We also expected a grill, but there were no grills available for the entire week. If you pay for pool heat, I'd recommend verifying its turned on before your visit, especially if you are checking in on the weekend, becasue they are not available to do so on the weekends.

Lovely Stay at Four Corners

We spent 2 weeks at this villa and had a fantastic time. The house was exactly as described and we had no issues with the property. David and Lynda were lovely to deal with and we were very confident that any issues arising would be addressed but we had no issues. We often ate at the villa and the kitchen was functional and equipped with everything we required. Publix and Walmart are very close, so too some good restaurants. The area is quiet and feels very safe. We were slightly worried about the close vicinity to the tennis/basketball courts but they never caused any problems. It was in fact a blessing because we didn't have far to walk for a few games with the kids. Pool was great, we spent hours in that every day. We would love to go back and so I cannot pay a bigger complement than that.

Fantastic Villa

Would highly recommend this Villa very comfortable and felt like home . There were ten of us in total and rooms where perfect for our size of family although upstairs double bed mattress apparently wasn’t comfortable . There was however a problem with the air conditioning which we never touched and also because we had three small children the front door was closed and locked as soon as we came in and the patio door was opened just for access but never left open at any stage so not sure what caused the problem but management company contacted asap and all dealt with . Only damage we did was one broken wine glass and a strip of blind at patio door came off on my hand. Two things noted but not reported ( as to be honest we were extremely busy) no teapot and end of wood bannister lying on floor . Fantastic stay and would highly recommend thank you

Magical Trip

Our trip was perfect! This house was wonderful! I would recommend packing extra paper towels, toilet paper, tissues and trash bags. We knew to pack from other reviews so it was so big deal. Also there is strollers to use and so much more. I couldn’t locate any rafts for adults for pool, but I didn’t look super hard, there are pool toys for kids. The pool wasn’t as warm as we thought it would be, but some of the nights were chilly and it’s a pool not a hot tub. The location was perfect! We did Disney almost everyday and one day at Universal. We look forward to coming back and staying here again to make more wonderful memories. One thing I would like to let others know is that the nautical room is now Harry Potter and super cute! The bathroom in hall is now tastefully done in flamingos! Loved the new looks of all the rooms! The Mickey Mouse rooms twin mattresses were not comfortable but all the other rooms were very comfortable. Also the water pressure was probably the best I have ever had on vacation! Loved it!!!

Never responded to issues

I stayed in April with my family. I paid for a heated pool...it was warm-ish the last night, that's it. When I inquired early in the week I was told the property manager fixed the issue. They did not. I was also told it could take a few days for the pool to heat up. I should not pay while it heats up. It should have been heated when we arrived. Once the trip was over, I emailed the owners and asked for a refund on the heated pool. I told them I would not leave a bad review--I was very polite over all transactions. They never responded. I emailed again and they never responded. The house was big enough to fit all of the family, but it was bare bones. One trash bag, no paper towels or extra toilet paper, one dish washing tablet and nothing for the washer/dryer. We were there a full week it it felt like we had to keep running to the store. I just stayed at another vrbo site and it was wonderful. Fully stocked and made us feel it was worth the money--this has caused me to now post this review.

Tolle Disney Ferien

Wir haben den fast 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ferienhaus ist echt riesig und der beheizte Pool war toll. Die Lage ist auch gut , man ist in 30min in den Disney Parks und Restaurants aller Art findet man unzählige gute innerhalb 30min Fahrt. Kommunikation vorher war schnell und alle wichtigen Dinge wurden bekannt gegeben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt....wir kommen also gerne wieder.

We loved our stay

The house was great, the location was good for Disney and Universal parks. We loved the pool and there was plenty of room in the house if you wanted to bring more family and friends. We only had four people so everyone chose their room and had plenty of TV’s too.

Nice

Perfect for multiple family. Each double+ bedroom had own bathroom. Nice that they have pool items and some items you can use at beach. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced. Screens around pool area need replacing to keep pool cleaner. Paid for pool heating but certain didn’t feel warm . Overall very nice would definitely stay again . When advertising should be in American dollar not £ since it’s a American property.

A Perfect Week

Excellent home for the week. Beautiful setting overlooking the lake. Lots of wildlife close by. Poolside frame and covering looking a little tired but a minor negative on what is a fabulous property in an excellent location. Close to many restaurants and attractions

We decided to purchase our house a few years ago, as we fell in love with the location and the beautiful lake views: its fantastic to watch the Florida sun setting over the lake whilst sipping a glass of wine and watching the diverse wildlife.
