Villa Phorrentは2002年に私たちの家族のために建てられ、主要海岸道路から約100mのオリーブ畑にあります。 ヴィラは海に面しており、ベスパルマク山が背後にあり、夕方には涼しい風が吹きます。 地元のお店、レストランの近くにあります。 プレイステーション2、DVD、書籍で子供向けのサービスを提供しているので、子供たちは楽しんでリラックスできます。 ヴィラには、CDプレーヤーとiPodドッキングステーションもあります。 また、友好的な競争のためにフルサイズのビリヤード台を設置しました！ これは私たちの2番目の家であり、キプロスにいるときに自分自身を楽しみ、リラックスするので、私たちは可能な限りすべての家の快適さを提供しようとしました。 庭は成熟しており、ブドウ、イチジク、レモンを選ぶことができ、豊富な香りのよい花や茂みもあります。 ヴィラはカタルコイ村の外に位置し、キレニア港と町の中心部から約5kmです。

Me and my family had a wonderful 10 days at this villa, the villa has everything you need and is very clean, the host Alan is excellent, he gave us lots of information and helped us with car hire and airport transfers, I would definitely stay at this villa again.

We had a great stay. Good communication with the owner, he let's you know everything you need to know in advance. Good location for Girne, right by the main road into town.

Great holiday at Villa Phorrent

The villa was great - clean, tidy, well equipped for all needs for 8 people. The swimming pool is a good size to have a swim and serviced twice a week. Lots of space to move around, in and out of the sun. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was necessary as the weather was very hot. The owner sent us a fantastic information pack, full of useful local information, and communication with him was excellent. He organised transportation to and from the airport and a local hire car for us. Sharon the housekeeper, was very helpful and did some initial shopping for our late arrival. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Phorrent.

Private villa in perfect location.

We arrived late at night but got straight in thanks to the information we were sent pre-arrival. We appreciated being left a few essentials in the fridge which were needed after our long journey. The villa was well located not far from the main road but very quiet and not overlooked with a great pool. Alan was very helpful when we had a slight issue with the hire car he used his local contacts to get it sorted for us very quickly. The air conditioning was great in the bedrooms but we struggled to sit in the lounge area in the evening as it was too hot, but it was in the middle of a European heatwave. However this allowed us to enjoy the outside areas in the evening and take advantage of the games left in the villa and the pool table. We would highly recommend this villa and thank you Alan for your help, we had a great holiday.

Rest and relax

After a an eternity of Covid restrictions and lack of travel, we wanted to have a break away. We chose north Cyprus as our past visit 4 years ago was fantastic. We picked this villa for its space, private pool and close to town amenities. It certainly lived up to its expectation. Our host went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after. We had a stocked kitchen and food items for breakfast were already there on our late evening arrival. Our host is well connected in the community and we used one of his recommended contacts for a fantastic day trip via boat and a round of swimming in the open sea (not too far from the shore). We enjoyed the pool and the weather/ The location is close enough to the town that we could make a short 5 minute journey for restaurants and shopping. Equally it is close to beautiful public beaches and crystal clear warm waters of the Med. We were a family with teenagers and adults and there was lots for all to do. I would highly recommend a visit to the area and the villa.

Villa Phorrent

Had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful villa. The property was superb throughout offering everything we needed. Location is excellent with easy access on foot to supermarket and local dolmus at bottom of road about 250 yards away. Location was exceptionally peaceful yet very private. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Big Al and all concerned Gary & Wendy

Villa Phorrent

This Villa truly was a great place to stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and some restaurants. Alan could not have been a better host, super helpful and also extremely organised. Everything you could possibly need was at the house. Most importantly for me was that the Villa was extremely clean too. Would definitely love to stay there again!

amaxing villa nice and quite huge pool

feel completly at home here, everything you needed was there at hand. communication with sharon when aircon wasnt working in one bedroom was fixed straight away. very local to shops and restuarants all close too, we did have a car to get around in though. we have had many a holiday in this area and this villa was probably one of the best if you want a home from home experience. would definely come back and stay again.

Great and relaxing family holiday home

From the moment we booked we felt very well looked after. Alan was great in organising our transport from Larnaca and following up with other helpful advice. Sharon kindly had our shopping there on arrival and she and Andy were very helpful throughout. Beautiful Villa with large pool which the children adored. Lots of toys and other ditsractions too. Easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets and restaurants (The Kitchen, Crispy Squid etc). So car needed for exploring but would be easy to have a great holiday without one. We would happily come back again.

Good size house, well kept with large clean pool. Conveniently located just outside Kyrenia

Stayed here for the first week in April 2019. We were not expecting the weather to be reliable and so it turned out. We had a mixture of warm and grey days with some rainfall. The locals we met all said this was unusual and that the sun normally shines at this time. When I booked this house the property owner Al got in touch, he was very helpful and was able to suggest a number of solutions for our party of six for our trip which included being picked up from and returned to larnaca airport, having a hire car waiting for us at the house. Advice re currency, shopping, restaurants etc. Al has good local contacts and knows the area and local services well. The day we flew out he contacted me to let me know that his housekeeper had let him know that the evenings that week had been chilly. He arranged through her for electric blankets to be put on the beds and for logs to be put by the wood burner for our use. What a gent and they proved to be necessary and took the chill off in the evenings. The house is well positioned for local supermarkets/restaurants and just down the road from Kyrenia. We found eating out was very good value. The Food there is typical Mediterranean and of good quality. The pound goes a long way. The house has everything you need for a holiday rental. Little things like dishwasher tablets/washing powder/food condiments/cooking oil etc . Every pot and pan and utensil you would need. Good internet and wifi ( three teenagers who were online permanently when in the house without complaint) an internet enabled TV with UK channels that was handy for plugging into the BBC to see the Brexit shambles from afar. The house is clearly set up to combat the hot seasons, New aircon units in all bedrooms and large fans, cool tiled floors throughout etc. It would have been nice to have experienced some searing heat, we had the odd burst of it though. The hot water system works really well, with no shortage of piping hot water. We traveled extensively throughout the north whilst there and found the roads and traffic easy to negotiate. We had a great trip, the house was fab and suited our needs perfectly and a special thanks to Al for all your advice and for going the extra mile. Mo from the Courtyard sends his regards.

We do not rent our villa to make lots of money, we rent it to pay for our local bills, gardener, pool, housekeeper.

We understand that people save all year for their holiday and we try to make it a great stay.

We initially purchased the land and designed and built the villa. Why? because we adore North Cyprus and we want to retire there eventually.
