Great location in a quiet residential area. House is clean and has all needed amenities, even sun umbrella and some lovely turtles. It is 10 minutes walk from the main beach, a store is 5 min walk. Great for children, but not for little ones - as there are stairs to upper floor. Host is great and very helpful.

This was our third stay in four years, so I think you can probably tell that we absolutely love the villa! Its location, the outlook and proximity to everything you need - the beaches, the bars, the restaurants, a bakery and two supermarkets are all a short walk away.The villa is exactly what we require as a family of four. On arrival it is always spotlessly clean and immaculately tidy and has everything you would ever need on a family holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining table seats, six people very comfortably. The downstairs bathroom also has a washing machine and utility area which is super handy for when you come in from the beach with mucky towels. The double bedroom is located just off the dining room and it’s incredibly spacious and has a very good air-conditioning unit and large wardrobe, a chest of drawers with ample storage.Upstairs there is a social area with sofas and a selection of board games. The balcony has too great recliners and you’re able to see the sea which is lovely, especially when there’s a full moon!The double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom upstairs are perfect for her two growing children. Plenty of room for them have a roommate with a good amount of storage.The garden area is shady and has a great barbecue & the patio area is just in front of the villa. Great for al fresco dining & relaxing after you’ve had a meal, but mosquito repellent is an absolute must!Instructions ahead of arrival & all communications - Excellent!

Great house at quiet neighborhood

My family enjoyed stay at this property in September 2023. House is fully furnished for a comfort living of a family of 5. It takes just 10-15 minutes slow walk to a beach, however it is a gentle hill. Also there is a store and bakery nearby. We didn't have to use our car for anything and it stayed parked. We were able to drive in and park our 4.8m car fine. Sea can been seen from first floor balcony, but we enjoyed more the mountain view behind. There is decent speed internet connection, which is ADSL2, with 20Mb down and 2Mb up. It was good enough for Zoom video calls we had few time. There is 4G coverage as well. We would recommend this house for a family stay. But it has stairs which might be a concern for younger kids, which might need a gate.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt einem an Nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es in dem Inserat beschrieben wird. Durch die drei Klimaanlagen kann man der Hitze perfekt entkommen und abkühlen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und sehr komfortabel, mit allem was man braucht. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal in diesem Haus Ferien machen.

Ruhig und Erholsam

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Schöne Terasse,ruhige Gegend, ausreichend Platz auch für 7 Personen. Zum Meer waren es ca . 300m. Trotz einiger kleiner Mängel , wurde versucht schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Die Insel Ist sehr empfehlenswert

Lovely house in a great location

The house is great, very well located for the sea and the town, lovely outdoor space with terraces and fruit trees, good facilities. The owner was helpful and accommodating and provided lots of useful information on the local area. Orebic is a lovely town, great place for families. There is a great beach for snorkelling 5 minutes walk from the house, and a larger sandy beach a few minutes further where you can rent kayaks, stand paddles, etc. You can visit Korcula very easily by ferry from Orebic. We really enjoyed our stay here!

lovely house in charming little town

All as described on the website, a lovely little town and very nice and tidy house, the beach was less than 5 mins walk and the view of the mountains behind the house is stunning. There was plenty of beach stuff to borrow in the store cupboard snorkels, balls, air beds, beach umbrella etc. Don't bring too big a car as the gate to the drive is a very tight squeeze it took a few mins and very careful shunting with some one watching each side to get in the first time but got easier after a couple of days (we had hired a Dacia Duster)

Good Location and as Described

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys for 12 days. The owners were helpful with our booking arrangements and quick to respond to queries. The semi-detached house is as pictured in the photos. On arrival we found some useful provisions which were very welcome. Whilst the driveway is large the entrance into and exit from it is a little tricky (as mentioned by a previous reviewer) but with someone watching the car / directing from the outside it is no big deal and should not put anyone off. Enjoyed the figs in the garden – it was tempting to eat them all! Orebic is laid back and has plenty of swimming and beach areas with some good restaurants too – we enjoyed Jadran and Babilon especially. Good local supermarket (Studenac), nice local coffee bar (Hattrick – next to Studenac) and very good local baker (Babic) a short walk away (best burek, pastries and bread). Nearest swimming and restaurants are only 10 mins leisurely walk away at most which was great and what we wanted. All in all, the house is as described and photographed and was well equipped and fine for our purposes.

Great place with a nice garden.

We were very happy with the house and the garden. It was clean and well maintained. The property was as described. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in a small street. The disadvantage was our big car NIssan Pathfinder, which we could not drive through the gate due to the small street. But we parked some 50 meters further away, so it was not a problem. The only small issue we faced was an internet connection problem that the provider T-mobile could not fix during the whole stay. The house itself was great - we had a breakfast each day in the garden patio shaded by trees. Wonderful! The beach is close and all shops are 5 min walking distance. Perfect stay for families with kids such as we are.

Excellent property in a great location.

We had a great holiday here. The house was spacious, air conditioned,clean and well equipped for a family of 5. The store room was really useful with lots of gear we couldn't bring by plane and the views from the balcony was lovely . The house was close to supermarkets, bakers and only a short walk from the beaches. Orebic itself was really nice - a good place to stay with a family, lovely clear waters, lots of cheap places to eat out and plenty of things to do and see. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay.

My father bought the house in 2005 and renovated it for the family to enjoy and my brother and I now look after it. The family, including the 4 grandchildren love the house, Orebic and the superb swimming and snorkelling available within a 5 min walk.

We enjoy taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and pizzerias within walking distance. Helpfully there are supermarkets, bakeries and market stalls on the main road, so you do not have to get in the car to buy your food supplies.

Every holiday has to include a trip on the passenger ferry to Korcula, exploring the fascinating small streets, and a meal on the wall looking back at Orebic is something you must do.

We are very happy to share our house with visitors and for them to be able to enjoy everything Orebic has.

Unlike many properties in Orebic this is a villa, not an apartment, and the house has its own grounds and parking. It is in a nice quiet area but still only a short walk to all the amenities - sea, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc.
