On the south-facing side of the house a 28 sq.m sunny terrace overlooks the 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool. The terrace has a sun screen, dining tables and chairs. The pool has sun loungers, reclining chairs and a solar shower. The ground floor comprises a large (35 sq.m) kitchen/dining room, comfortable lounge, spacious entrance hall, separate dining room, utility room (with shower) and WC.
