Perfect and very good value

The property is exactly as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. Facilities are as described. Its nice and quiet but close enough to local facilities such as restaurants which are all very good if you like traditional Greek/English food. All in all I would highly recommend using this property. By the way the roof terrace is great.

Good!

It is very nice well equipped apartment with a splendid roof terras., not far from the town of Larnaca with good restaurants etc. For people who live in very quiet place like us, an not used to any sound, you can hear traffic passing the apartment.

We cannot fault the apartment or the complex. The apartment is clean spacious and has everything you would want. Beds are comfy to. The terrace is a nice place to have breakfast, evening dinner and to sunbathe The area is so peaceful. I have a busy job so it was a welcome break with so much peace and quiet We will be back next year

A perfect stay

We had a great holiday, we were the only people at the communal pool in the day time and felt like we had our own villa. The roof top terrace view was amazing and we watched the sunset most evenings staying out there with the fairy lights on having a BBQ and drinks. Everyone in the Appartment block would say hello in passing and was a very friendly atmosphere. A 4 minute drive to the nearest beach and also 20minutes from great snorkelling locations. Helen was in contact from the start of the booking and Wayne met us at the apartment to let us in on our arrival. We had a lovely welcome pack and given ideas of where to go for snorkelling. The air conditioning made the Appartment very cool for sleeping in the summer months. Thank you Helen for letting us rent your Appartment for a lovely stay.

I actually did not stay in that particular indicated apartment due to the Expedia database error when I reserved the room, as informed by our host Helen within 24 hours. She was able to arrange another close conditioned apartment located in Mediterranean Sunrise Complex Apartment. That apartment fits the description in the website. And host Helen is very responsive and hospitable. The tips for Cyprus travel she provided is very helpful and they also reach out to provide guidance on valuable car rental conditions in local environment. Generally host makes the entire trip experience very pleasant, including but not limited to just the apartment staying. May consider to stay in the same place if come back to Cyprus again.

Not 3 bedroom apartment..

We believed we booked a 3 bedroom apartment on arrival it was clear there was two bedrooms, lounge, and kitchen, with a double sofa bed in lounge, which was not fit for purpose, the mattress was very thin , uncomfortable, noisy and caused back pain , as a result the person staying had to sleep on the floor.. had we had known this being a family of 5 we we would not have booked this, the advert for this is holiday apartment is misleading. If I where to be sell a 3 bedroom house I would include the dining room and lounge and say it was a 5 bedroom ...or sleeps 5 . However I cannot fault service given by helen, the roof Terrance was excellent, regarding location, if you need shopping or restaurants you will need a car but they only a short 10 mins away , our only issue was we actually required 3 bedrooms

Given that we have maintained a 4-5 star rating for 13 years, we were very surprised and disappointed to see a 2 star rating. Especially as the reasons listed were that you expected the apartment to be a 3 bedroom, and that the sofa bed was uncomfortable. VRBO have confirmed there is nothing inaccurate about the online information, and our listing states “Bedroom 3 Sofa bed / futon”, and when you further select View all rooms and details, against Bedroom 3 it clearly states “Double sofa bed in living room” I confirmed this via email when you queried upon your arrival to which you thanked me for the clarification. I also explained that when adding the information to the VRBO listing it is a tick box exercise. When I add the beds in each room, it comes up as bed 1, bed 2, bed 3, however, it is clearly written that bed 3 has the sofa bed in the living room. I also e-mailed you on the day that you left to ask if you enjoyed staying at the apartment and asked for feedback, but you did not reply. Despite your review stating that you cannot fault the service given by the owner, at no further point did you contact me during your stay to discuss this or any other issues and give me the opportunity to make your stay more comfortable. Before booking you would have viewed the online pictures of the inside of the apartment, where it is clear how many bedrooms there are. This would also reflect on the price of the accommodation as you would pay a lot more for a 3 bedroom apartment. We had never had any complaints regarding the sofa bed, so as for preferring to sleep on the floor, we find that extremely difficult to believe, and more likely a case of feeling you have to mention something else to justify a very unfair 2 star rating. We fail to understand why you would not reach out to us. It is our conclusion that your rating is not a reflection of the apartment, but in fact your frustration at your own misunderstanding of the accommodation.

10 days stay before Christmas

Nice apartment in Pyla. Quiet area to relax. Distance to the beach is round about 3-4 km. Super market and bus station to Larcana 5 minutes to walk. Enough place in the apartment, parking place, lift. I stay alone but it's also recommend for families. To cruse over the island a rental car is good to have. Thanks to Helene and team all was very good organized, Best regards, Wolfgang from Germany.

Wonderful spacious apartment in Pyla

We had wonderful holidays in Pyla and can recommend this lovely apartment. The well maintained property, the pool, the well equipped apartment, everything makes our stay unforgettable. Another wonderful stay

We've stayed at Blue Serenity twice and both times we've had such a wonderful holiday. We love it because the apartment is well maintained, spacious, it's in a quiet village close to a beach and within easy reach of all parts of the island. Helen the owner is fantastic and couldn't be nicer or more helpful. She has made sure her apartment has everything you need for a great holiday. The only reasons I couldn't give 5/5 is because I would have liked a cleaner to have come in mid stay to give the place a little clean and some of other residents were a little grumpy with our two children when playing in the pool. These are minor points and I would still go back, the good far out weighs these two little points.

Amazing Apartment

Wow! This was an amazing apartment with everything and more you could wish for. It was spotless on arrival and our stay here could not have been better. Pleasant family break!

Brilliant location for someone wanting a quiet break, however has all amentities you should want & need just a short drive away. The apartment complex was pleasant to the eye on arrival & very well maintained. The standard were no different in the apartment, it was beautifully presented & was it thoroughly cleaned throughout. The apartment offered a very comfortable stay for all me, my partner & my baby. It offered scenic views from majority of the Windows & had rooftop terrace which we spent most mornings having breakfast. It is also baby safe for anyone worrying. The pool was unfortunately too cold to indulge in but it was in the grounds of the complex & though small it would offer more than enough room to take that much needed dip in the summer season. I must emphasise the thought that Helen puts into this beautiful apartment to make her guests stay that little more pleasurable. It didn't go unoticed & must go commended. On arrival there was homely touches made such as tea, coffee, sugar, bread & milk, additionally condiments provided. These things you wouldn't expect but make a big difference. We also had an unfortunate event that meant us needing to use the apartment longer than planned, though she had decorators booked in over that week needed she was immediately accommodating & worked around us. This was was extremely appreciated considering our situation. The apartment comes highly reccomended! Scott

Perfect stay

Very clean and nice apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the pool. Very large roof top terrace was a great benefit. It is very convenient to have beach towels provided. Complex it self is very quiet and secure. Pool area is very lovely and cleaned regularly. Helen, the owner, is very caring and lovely. Many thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

A home from home in the sun!

We couldn't have chosen a better location for our holiday and had two restful weeks in this lovely apartment.The two storied complex is set amongst a quiet residential area, with hills behind and a view of the sea from the balcony and roof top terrace. The village of Pyla is just up the road with a good selection of shops and an excellent bakery. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It was obvious that Helen, the owner, had gone to a great deal of trouble to ensure that we wanted for nothing. We especially appreciated having a mobile for local calls, a cafetiere for that all important strong cup of morning coffee, and beach towels. The pool was cleaned regularly, and as it was the end of the season, we had it all to ourselves. Being able to park securely under the building meant we didn't have to worry about the hire car and it kept it cool too. You do need a car to go to the beach or into Larnaca, though we did see an occasional bus on the main road just across from the complex. We had some good meals on the main beach road and can recommend Lysia's and Daniel's restaurants for good Cypriot food and service. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and are already planning our next trip!

Fabulous

Just returned from this lovely apartment. Couldn't fault it at all. The pictures do not do it justice, the view from the roof terrace is fabulous. There is everything you need. All very clean. The owner so lovely and rang to check if everything was ok with our stay. There was a welcome pack of a few items in the fridge which was kind, convenient for restaurants, shops, beach and travelling around Cyprus, most certainly going again x

Cyprus 2016

We had a fab holiday in Cyprus. We stayed at the blue serenity apartments in Pyla which I would say was perfect couldn't have wish for more. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. When we arrived the apartment was spotless. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a very large rooftop terrace wish we used at night to chill. We will definitely book again

Lovely well-equipped holiday apartment

The property is spotlessy clean and well-equipped and has the added benefit of a large, private roof terrace with bbq and sunloungers. Customer service and attention to detail are excellent. It is located on a quiet, well-maintained complex. A car is essential here as there are no restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in a peaceful location with first-class facilities.

Beautifully Presented

We stayed at this beautifully presented and very clean apartment for over a month and it felt like home from day one. The description on the website is very accurate and the owner of the apartment has ensured she has included everything you might need. She is very accommodating and flexible and responded quickly to all our requests/enquiries. My two teenage daughters were impressed with the availability of wifi and my husband loved the barbecue area on the terrace. The Maintenance company did a good job of keeping the whole Complex clean and the Pool was cleaned regularly. Highly recommended.....would definitely go back there.

We based our apartments around our children as they were growing up and made sure we had everything we could possibly think of to make parents life easy when on holiday. We have something for everyone of all ages in our apartment so all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy – we’ve taken care of everything.
Our background is property rentals and we love what we do. We put a lot of research into all our properties so our guests enjoy their holiday. At least 70% of our guests return either the following year or the year after.

We try to keep our prices competitive and include rather a lot because we like to make every guest feel at home and we always listen to feedback as that adds to making guests holiday perfect. Our communication is very good and we like to make sure our guests have all the details they need before their holiday and we are always contactable should you need us before or during your holiday. We are based in the UK but visit our apartments frequently, about 5 or 6 times a year and always keep them updated and maintained. We also have Housekeepers that look after the apartments and they also do regular checks and make sure the apartments are in good order. Our Housekeepers are perfectionists and our apartments are spotless. If anyone has any questions then please feel free to contact us and we very much look forward to welcoming you.

The apartment is bright, spacious and modern. Has all the mod cons needed for a home from home feel. There are 2 verandas, one is partly under cover overlooking the pool and the other is a very large Roof Top Terrace situated on a corner plot of the complex, so you only have 1 neighbour (fence between) and the rest is unobstructed views of the mountains and coastal views which is located about 2-3 km away. The sunset from the roof top is stunning.
