The view is spectacular and changes every minute with the sun, clouds, water, and mountains. The apartment was perfect in every way for our family of 6 and the location was excellent for day trips by car, train, and ferry. Secure free parking, and very attentive hosts are a bonus.

Heaven above the lake

It's a wonderful place with everything you can ask for. The communication was fast and always helpful. My friends and I felt like at home. I can recommend this flat to anyone. We loved it!

Super Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den See.

Das 3. Schlafzimmer mit dem Stockbett ist eine Besenkammer mit Waschmaschine und ohne Fenster. Dieses Zimmer ist einem erwachsenen Paar nicht wirklich zumutbar.

Der traumhafte Blick über den See ist wirklich extrem schön. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Vorabinformationen haben sehr gut funktioniert. Auch während des Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Tolle Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Sehr schön ruhig. Nächster Badestrand (sehr schön mit Strandbar) 10 km entfernt, in Maccagno. Für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet, weil es dort schnell tief ist.

Fantastic holiday. Lovely apartment with spectacular views (especially during lighting storm over the alps!). Jo and the team were available and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and come back again

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Die Lage und die Aussicht waren phantastisch. Für acht Erwachsene zur gleichen Zeit wäre es aber zu eng geworden.Durch die unterschiedlichen Anwesenheitszeiten unserer erwachsenen Kinder war es aber gut machbar. Traumhafter Blick auf den See

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit am Lago Maggiore verbracht. Die prima ausgestattete, sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Terrasse zu zwei Seiten, dem grandiosen Blick auf den See, und die begrünten Berge,die Ruhe haben einen großen Teil zu unserer Erholung begetragen. Wir fühlten uns gut begleitet durch Jo. Sie gab uns viele Tipps, erkundigte sich zwischendurch, ob alles ok wäre.

I am a mother with 2 children, age 12 & 15 and a very busy husband! I gave up work with Procter and Gamble 12 years ago to spend time at home with the children. I have loved being able to spend so much time with them. However, with both children now at school, I was keen to start working again. I initially enjoyed managing two of our own holiday properties in the Italian Lakes which we bought in 2008 and 2009 following our first visit to the area in 2007. However, I have now started to manage holiday homes for others, not just in the Italian Lakes, but elsewhere in Italy through my site (Bookings For You). I carefully select each property and ensure that I maintain that personal but professional service level that I believe holidaymakers are looking for.

When we first visited the Italian Lakes in 2007, this was the property that we rented. We fell in love with the area during our stay at Sopra il Lago hence why it is such a pleasure to manage it for the owners now. The apartment is just wonderful, especially the views and outdoor space which is exceptional. Our children were 4 and 1 at the time and it was a great space for them. Our 4 year old particularly enjoyed the hot tub as did we - you could spend hours either in the hot tub or on the terrace just looking at the view. The interior living space is brilliantly furnished in a modern, contemporary style.

The property is ideally located in a beautiful peaceful spot yet only a few minutes walk up the road is the village of Brezzo di Bedero. This has a great traditional pizzeria which has outdoor tables...perfect for a night when you want to eat out and be able to have a few drinks without needing to order a taxi. The outdoor space in this apartment is exceptional, wrapping around 3 sides of the property. The kitchen is the best equipped I've seen in a rental property and it's equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Satellite TV, DVD with DVD library, WI FI access free of charge and cot and highchair can be provided if you have little ones.
