The villa is perfect in every way. It’s up high so you will need a car and a bit of nerve. The views are incredible. Take binoculars as so much to see from the decked area including all the planes. We got a taxi into town about 5 or 6 times. Taxi was always on time and cost is always 25 euro each way. There is an egg chair and casual sofas and chairs to relax. The pool is just the right size as well. All in all a fantastic stay.

Wonderful house with breathtaking views

Everything about this home was perfect. 2 setups for outside dining ,a pool,plenty of supplies in the cabinets. The owner stocked the refrigerator with necessities to get started. About 15 minutes from town and airport. The big bonus is the house comes with a vehicle. Perfect rental

Heaven in greece

This is an excellent property with a fantastic view. The host Rania, met us at the airport to show us the way to the property. There was a very good welcome pack of provisions including a bottle of wine. We were made to feel very much welcome in this beautiful villa. Rania made herself available should we need help with anything by means of her phone number. We had a wonderful time in Skiathos. One piece of advice is to book a four wheel drive vehicle for this island otherwise you will not be able to see all of its beauty. Our thanks to both Rania and her husband who are both lovely people

Wonderful villa with amazing views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rania was a perfect host, meeting us at the airport to follow her to the villa, giving us a tour round it & providing lots of useful information about best supermarkets, where to park for Skiathos town & about the island in general as it was our first time visiting. There was a very generous welcome package of food & drink which was a lovely surprise. The villa is fully kitted out with plenty of towels, including pool towels. As other reviews have said, you definitely need a car to get up to the villa but you are rewarded with outstanding views down over Skiathos town which we couldn’t get enough of! We are a couple & thoroughly enjoyed the peace & tranquility of this fabulous location. Would highly recommend it & would definitely stay again. Thank you Rania!

Fantastic Panoramic Views !

We had the most wonderful stay at the Villa set up on the hillside overlooking Skiathos Town and the breathtaking coastline and sea scape! Rania was very friendly & so helpful. She met us at the airport so we could follow her in our hire car to the Villa .During our stay she was easily contactable and all her recommendations where to go & eat were spot on.Nothing was too much trouble. The Villa was spotless and had everything you needed for a stay. In the fridge was the essentials like Milk ,bottled water , eggs, cheese, ham, bread selection of jams and butter and a basket of other goodies including wine! The Viila was well decorated & furnished. All the bedrooms had spectacular sea views. The outside was well furnished with a very clean pool. It was lovely to relax around on the terrace listening to the bird song. I really couldn’t fault it! The location was quiet and peaceful we didn’t want to leave! You do need a car like a SUV or Jeep as the roads are steep in places but can call on a local Taxi man called George who Rania recommended if you wanted to go down to the town or to the restaurants on the coast if you fancied a few drinks at night time. I did get used to driving up & down the hill. A piece of paradise on the most loveliest of Islands !! 10 out of 10!! We will return & also recommend to friends.

Very good property - the owner was excellent and very responsive

We were really pleased with this property; unbelievable view, well planned villa, responsive manager to sort out the smallest thing - the short journey is over some tricky roads and one definitely needs a car but overall “an excellent rating”!

Amazing stay at a beautiful villa

This villa met our expectations and more. Rania was the perfect host, always at the end of the phone with any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a nice welcome basket of goodies when we got there, and the inclusion of the jeep was ideal. The views of Skiathos are stunning from the villa’s balcony and pool, tucked away on the hillside. There is a washing machine and lots of towels included and the kitchen is fully equipped. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone considering visiting the island. It’s a shame we cannot give 6/5!

Skiathas Family Holiday 2018

If we could give Rania and her villa more than 5 stars we would! Superb host, Rania simply went above and beyond to accommodate and assist our family (myself, my partner, our 2 daughters and my father and his partner) and we could not have felt more welcome. The villa is absolutely stunning and beautifully well kept and there are not words to describe the unbelievable view from the villa of Skiathos town and island and the adjacent islands. If the opportunity arose for us ever to return we would, without a second thought. Thank you Rania!!! X

wonderful

fourth time in skiathos, this was the best yet. communication prior to holiday was great. met at airport & car hire arranged for us, followed Rania to villa, approx. 10 minutes from airport. villa is located approx. 5 min drive from skiathos town. up a steep hill, so will definitely need a car. once you arrive at the villa, you will be blown away. the quality of the villa is great. beautiful pool & patio area. and the views are amazing. villa is suitable for six people with loads of space over two levels. we went as just a couple & absolutely loved it. very private. very peaceful & can't stress enough of how great the views are. will definitely return to villa fotini.
