Toles Haus mit Grossem Pool

Sehr Schönes Haus. Die Gegend ist auch Super zwischen Protaras und Ayia Napa Ruhig Gelegen. Wieder mal wie Immer einfach Traumhaft in Zypern.

Villa near Konnos

We’ve stayed in different villas in the Protaras region over the years so feel we can give a valid review. The villa is lovely in a quiet residential area. It’s not as modern as some we have stayed in but it is very homely. Ideally, you will need a car as there are few amenities nearby. If you have a car you will be fine or you will need to rely on taxis and busses. The main Protaras strip is a 5 -7 minute drive without traffic. Ayia Nappa a 12 min drive and Konnos Beach 3 mins. The big supermarkets are about 20mins drive but you could get by using the smaller supermarkets only a 3 min drive but you will pay more with less to choose from. The villa is as described, good water pressure which can be an issue in some areas. Good size bedrooms with ample storage. The pool is massive for the size of the villa and you have sun on it for most of the day. You can find yourself chasing the shaded areas around the pool more than chasing the sun. Only gripe and not a complaint is the amount of leaves and debris the gardeners from the villas behind blow into the garden and pool when they come with their leaf blowers and not quite sure what cause all the mess on the elevated balcony (birds?) The owner is very helpful and responsive, again this is a big plus. The only thing I could recommend is an info pack on do’s, dont’s and how to’s (washing machine,pool & towel guys) maybe some recommendations about the local area for those that have not stayed in the region before. Lovely stay!

Maison avec piscine agréable avec toutes les fonctions ( photos de présentations fidèles ) … petit bémol pour la mer à 20 mn de marche … petite vue d une chbre à l étage …. Dommage !!!!

Great place in a great location

We absolutely loved this beautiful property! The pool is fab and kept our two teenagers entertained most of the trip and more than enough space five and a baby. The owners are lovely and so helpful with quick replies to any inquiry. The area is perfect, short-ish drive from Ayia Napa and short distance from Protaras. There is a lovely Tavern at the top of the road, which serves traditional food and lots of it :) Frank recommended a great car hire which were really helpful - Gorentacar, although the local busses are great and regular if you dont want a car. Would definitely book again.

Amazing stay and experience

Great location. Home from home.

Fab break, lovely location. Great pool. Brilliant value for money. Didn’t want to come home. Would recommend this villa. Communication with owner was excellent. Would recommend a car hire to get about, but there is a bus service that runs regularly close by.

We find the place and people extremely welcoming and of course the sun always shines, especially the area around the National Park and the fabulous beach of Konnos Bay which is stunning. I'm sure you will feel equally at home here!

Cape Greko is a peaceful and quiet location with one of the best beaches on the island, Konnos on your doorstep, 5 minutes walk! Protaras is a family orientated resort with shops, bars and restaurants only 2 minutes drive from the villa, and Ayia Napa is 10 minutes drive. The local bus service is 2 euros for a day pass, they run frequently every half hour!
