ヴィラはL字型で、壁に囲まれた大きな中庭に置かれており、素晴らしい隠れ家の日除けになっています。 別荘の主な部分には、隣接するキッチンの片側に大きな引き出し部屋があり、反対側には、スイートマスターベッドルーム、ダブルベッドルーム、シャワールーム/ゲストクロークにつながるドアがあります。 バスルーム付きの別のツインベッドルームとダブルベッドルームがあり、ご家族やご友人には理想的です。 各部屋には、美しい亜熱帯植物が飼われているよく確立された庭から家を隔てる大きな覆われたテラスへのアクセスがあります。 周囲のサンベッドを持つスイミングプールは、風からは十分に保護されていますが、太陽の恋人のための最適な場所です。

Peace and tranquillity

Beautiful finca in a quiet but easily accessible location. Furnished in traditional Canarian style with everything you could ask for. Owner great to deal with, good communications. A real gem for a place like Lanzarote, we will have no hesitation in coming back.

Très bon accueil

Très bien. Je conseille ce logement très agréable. De plus, Caroll et Simon qui s'occupent de la maison sont d'une très grande gentillesse. Cela rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à eux.

Superb finca and a relaxing break

Been here many times and always a joy to return. Such a well appointed finca - it has everything you could possibly want in terms of facilities. Great welcome pack and thoughtful hosts. Excellent caretaking and cleaning. Beautiful surroundings - ideal for relaxation and a great base from which to explore the island.

Magnífica villa

La villa es perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario y muchas cosas más (todo detalle que te puedas imaginar). No falta detalle para que te sientas como en casa. No es como cuando alquilas un apartamento que tiene lo básico, en esta villa sientes que los dueños te han prestado su propia casa. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo y bien comunicado. Cerca vive una pareja que se encarga del mantenimiento, así que sabes que si necesitas algo están ahí, lo cual también da mucha tranquilidad. En lo que se refiere a alquiler vacacional puedo decir que de momento es la mejor experiencia que he tenido nunca. Muchas gracias Ian, espero que podamos volver a disfrutar de vuestra fantástica casa.

Splendida proprietà e organizzazione perfetta

La villa è curata nei minimi particolari e accessoriata con tutto quello che serve. La posizione è molto comoda con tutti i servizi e ha una vista bellissima. Bella piscina perfettamente riscaldata e ben manutenuta. Splendido giardino con tantissime piante, dettaglio difficilmente riscontrabile nelle altre proprietà che ho avuto modo di frequentare nelle precedenti visite a Lanzarote. Un grazie a Simon e Carol per la loro disponibilità e discrezione e ancora complimenti a Ian per la sua bellissima casa che consiglio a tutti.

Wunderschönes Haus auf einer wunderschönen Insel

Vielen Dank Ian! Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Tolle Ausstattung im Haus und auf der Terasse, toller Pool, ein sehr gepflegter Garten und ein schöner Blick zum Meer. In der Umgebung gibt es einen gut ausgestatten Spar, in dem man alles bekommt, um sich im Ferienhaus leckere Gerichte zu kochen oder zu grillen. Eigentlich könnte man den ganzen Tag im schönen Haus verbringen, wenn es da nicht die tolle zu entdecken gäbe. Die Lage des Hause ist genau richtig, um schnell alle Teile der Insel zu erkunden.

Even more beautiful than the picture

As soon as we walked into the villa, we were all incredibly impressed. It was definitely large enough for 7 of us. It is well equipped and beautifully decorated with lots of different art pieces. The pool is solar heated so never felt chilly. On some days, it felt like walking into a huge bath. The kitchen has every utensil needed and the fridge and freezer are big. We spent a couple of lazy days at the the villa, splashing about in the pool and sunbathing. Our favourite spot seemed to be on the sofa and soft chairs, underneath the lizard ornaments that are attached to the wall. Simon, who keeps the pool clean and lives next door, was on hand for recommendations of places to visit and eat (also when we managed to lock ourselves out - thank you, Simon!) Ian, who owns the villa, has also been prompt and helpful when communicating with us. No query went unanswered. We explored much of the island in our 14 days, with the villa being an ideally placed base to come back to. We explored Puerto Del Carmen, Arricife and many other places, but our favourite day was the visit to Timanfaya National Park. Seeing the volcanic rock close up and eating food cooked over lava was a unique experience. As the villa is in Macher, I would advise renting a car. There is a supermarket and a few bar/restaurants within walking distance but, if you want to get out and about, and aren't great at making plans for public transport, a car is useful. This was the only problem we experienced whilst in Lanzarote. We hired a vehicle for seven people but, when we were given the keys, we realised there was no space for cases! As we had 7 cases, we were in a bit of a mess and had to do two trips from the airport to get all the people and suitcases to the villa. It was also a pain on the last day as half of our group had to get a taxi back to the airport. In hindsight, we would have rented a larger car. Our holiday group included myself, my husband, my sister in law, my niece (aged 20), two teenage boys (my nephew, aged 15 and my son, aged 14) plus youngest son (aged 9). All of us were incredibly sad to leave and agreed it was one of the best holidays we have ever been on. We would all love to return and would stay in this villa again without hesitation.
