Would stay again

What I liked about the place: Quiet area Own pool A lot of cutleries, towels, fully equipped for holidays including coal and gas bbq Very spacious villa What I did not quite like: No main light in the room, only equipped with the bed side lamps Air conditioners don’t operate well even when set to -16* Could have been better /deeper cleaned Other commends: Note that supermarkets/food shops are quite in the distance and require either public transport or taxi. Which is not a major issue as the location is very quiet and desireable to stay. Thank you for accommodating our family; we enjoyed our holidays in Paphos.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa. Had an unexpected welcome pack which was really handy and was a good practical mix. Due to pandemic the shared gardens were not up to their usual standard. Villa had all amenities that were needed. Close to local bars and restaurants.

Recently Returned

My wife and I have recently returned home after two happy weeks, the house had everything we needed including excellent wifi and internet access. Being September the complex was fairly quiet which meant we had the pool to ourselves on most days. We had a hire car for our stay which was useful for shopping at the larger supermarkets in town, it wasn't essential though as the local bus stopped very close to the complex. The only addition that would be useful would be a room safe, although we were able to lock the bedrooms. We would come back. Steve & Marion

A good size villa

The villa is a good size for 6 people to stay in. However, it does need updating as it is very tired looking, particularly the bathrooms. It also needed a deep clean as when we arrived there was still hair and dust in rooms from previous tenants, but that is down to the cleaner. The pool was clean and of a good size and the surrounding area is really nice to sit/lie. The villa is set away from the built up area and is about a 30 minute stroll along the lovely coastal path to Paphos main centre, which can be hard going for young children walking to/from everyday.

Better then expected

The photographs realy don't do this villa justice Villa was a lot bigger then the photos made it look Perfect location quiet area yet only 5 mins walk to the triangle and about 25 mins walk to the harbour The Villa was very clean on arrival and had everything to make it an home from home. And the welcome pack, beers, wine,coffee,tea biscuits etc was unexpected but very nice Thankyou Barbara for a wonderful holiday hope to return in the not to distant future Steve Pam Winship and the lads

Good location but neeeded a bit of TLC

Great apartment with excellent bedrooms, bathrooms etc. Pool was also convenient. The crockery and BBQ utensils were sadly insufficient.

Just a small correction - the property is a fully detached house not an apartment. I'm glad the tenants found it comfortable. The provision of crockery and BBQ utensils will certainly be looked into. This is the first time anyone has said they were insufficient and any lack will be rectified immediately. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
