The best holiday in a great location! Came with our 3 children and we had an amazing holiday playing in the pool and having lots of family time. Location is perfect close to the harbour and shops and beaches. Thank you Juliet we will be back again x

We had a very home from home family holiday. we walked to all the amenities easily. The use of the whole villa with two bathrooms was great. own bbq and patio area were greatly appreciated.

Lovely villa only a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Lovely pool area with very comfortable sunbeds. Juliet was very helpful and communication easy. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Phaphos

Just returned from a three week stay at this comfortable and cosy villa which had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Close to amenities with plenty of choice for nights out and apartment complex practically next door where you can dine or just have a relaxing drink without venturing to the harbour or Kings Road. We had fantastic weather so really appreciated the pool and air conditioning. Would recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Fab stay in Paphos

Lovely villa with all amenities including 2 bedrooms with en-suites and private pool. Within walking distance of supermarket and harbour bars and restaurants. Owner let us stay all day final day, as catching a late flight which was a blessing. Will be booking again.

Convenient location.

A well equipped house but in need if some updating. Convenient location 20 minutes easy walk to Paphos seafront, restaurants, shops and supermarket, 25 mins drive from airport.

Great 10 day stay! Villa was lovely, really well equipped. Great pool area with lots of outside space. Perfect location within easy walking distance of the harbour which had plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. Booking and communication was made easy by Juliet.

Great house,good location, with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was great that it was only a 20 minute walk to all the restaurants,bars and supermarkets. It had everything we needed, as we went in winter it was cold at night, so heaters had been provided.Juliet, the owner has been very helpful, when we had to make last minute changes and we are very grateful to her for this.Theh

Great week spent in this lovely villa. Location is in a quiet residential area but only a 15 min stroll from pubs and restaurants at the sea front. English tv , lots of books and dvds to keep you entertained . Nice pool with lots of seating and beds around. There are shops and a restaurant very close by, everything you need for a truly enjoyable break.

Excellent home from home

Property was spotlessly clean and provided everything you could possibly need and more. UK TV channels which actually work - a first for us on our eighth visit to Cyprus! Juliet the host was easily contactable and helpful. Huge selection of books and dvd’s, lovely pool area with all day sun and Josh the friendly pool man. 20 minute walk to Pambis Diner, less to Tasty the local takeaway and 15 minutes down to the Harbour restaurants and bars. Superb!

Me and my family stayed in the house. Great location 10 mins walk to Paphos centre. Has it's own private pool, that is spotless. Slightly over looked, but isn't intrusive. The house has everything you need. Cooking equipment, dvds, books and sky tv. Home from home. This was our second stay in the house, as we rented the property the year before. Love Paphos, so much to do and see. The owner is lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend

Great holiday home!!

Our first time using vrbo and first time in paphos and we had a amazing holiday! We had excellent communication with the host Juliet who emailed us all the information needed for our stay. The house was excellent! The photos of it really need updating as a lot better when seen. Joss came nearly every day to see to the pool. Pool is a really good size! If not prepared to drive on holiday like us then be ready to have some good walks. A good 20 mins to the front strip of restaurants, bars etc. Will definitely use Vrbo again and thankyou.

Nice owner, unfortunately not very clean

Could have been a great experience with nice communication and all the stuff one needs BUT unfortunately it was very dirty. From hairy towels to stained sheets, seats, walls and filthy cutlery. We spend two days with washing and cleaning.

Hi Diana If you had contacted me at the time I would have been able to sort something out for you. You didn’t give me a chance to rectify these problems you encountered. I have messaged Josh who looks after our house and I am currently waiting for his response. We had the house painted inside and out including all exterior walls just over a year ago to the cost of €4500. Sadly this isn’t something we can do annually and houses to get marks and scuffs all the time. The dining chair seats are washed twice a year when I’m there. People sit on them while wearing wet clothes which then makes the pad looked stained. I can assure you that it is just water marks and nothing else. People will carry on doing this so I don’t know what else I can do to avoid it other than go and buy new chairs but with no pad on them. I will look into this when I next go over. I buy new bedding, again annually, which does get stained from the suntan cream, fake tan and tinted moisturiser. I bleach the bedding every time I am there. If there are any stains left it gets thrown in the bin to try and avoid this. I will ask Josh about this. I don’t know why there would have been hairs on the towels. Again I will ask Josh about it. There is a dishwasher there and I do know people use it while on holiday. I will ask Josh to make sure he checks all the draws in future. Instead of leaving this awful review I would have bent over backwards to rectify any problems you encountered but you didn’t give me a chance to. I’m sorry this happened to you. Thanks Juliet

Stay in Kato Paphos

Property was great just like home from home. Everything you want is there and more, only downside for me was the bed, didnt find it very comfortable but the wife said it was ok, so personal choice. Also the the shower in the ensuite needs an update. The downside for us was the location, reviews say 15mins from everywhere, no way! First day 40min walk to old town and blisters to prove it in 27deg heat and everywhere else 25 to 35mins walk. You have to have a car and although we did it limits nights out if you like a drink so have to use cabs. Costs in Paphos are not far from UK so overall makes it an expensive holiday. Overall great house wrong location for us.

Thank you for your feedback and here is our response: We agree with you regarding the bed. My husband and I prefer a firm mattress but as you say it’s a personal choice. The shower is in need of an update but we have to prioritise upgrading works. In the last few years we have changed the three aircon units, all new blinds and curtains throughout the house, upgraded the pool shower, all new garden furniture and have increased the patio area. The next upgrade is a new sofa for the lounge. We totally disagree with you on the distance. You are either elderly or you went the long way round. By the way if you have blisters after walking such a short distance you need new shoes! You are the first person to complain about the location in 19 years of rentals. We think it is position A due to the proximity of the beach, Old Town and harbour and located on a quiet road. Thanks Juliet

Lovely villa, perfect location.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 3 week holiday in this wonderful villa. It is in a quiet residential location and only a 20 minute walk to the harbour and promenade where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The villa is clean, tidy and well maintained and has all the mod cons. The living accommodation is spacious and there is a well equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are large with air con. The double bed was so comfortable we had a great nights sleep. Both bedrooms have balconies, great for sitting out. There is a lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers and seating. The correspondence with Juliet was brilliant, from booking the villa to us leaving. A few recommendations, The Wooden Pub on the promenade, great staff and a lovely owner. The Meeting Pub. The Delhi Gate for a good Indian and for grocery shopping Papantoniou Supermarket, it has everything you need. I highly recommend this villa.

Comfortable and well equipped

A is a roomy house is a quiet residential area with everything we needed for our two week stay. There is entertainment with a wide range of TV channels including plenty of UK, Sky and BT. and lots of DVDs and books as well. Juliet gave us lots of information before we arrived and there is a useful folder with more inside the house. It is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour front and there is a wide range of good restaurants to eat. There are also two well stocked mini-marts for odds and ends a short walk away, and an excellent take-away ("Tasty") Kebab shop just though a cutaway. Do try The Curry House which is close for an excellent Indian meal and Taverna Picnic for great food and value. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend this Villa and Paphos to anyone.

Great base for a long Paphos stay

A lovely house, self contained with everything we needed for a month's winter stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Good facilities including UK TV channels, Sky and catch up too. Huge range of videos, books and games for wet days (of which there were hardly any). Juliet gave us lots of useful information e.g. car hire, taxis and very nearby minimarts. Do try Pambis and Hondros restaurants. Shop in Jumbo in the Kings Avenue Mall for a good laugh and great value. Love Paphos!

Ideal location

The house was clean had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It was great to have our own pool and garden and to be within walking distance of the harbour with restaurants and shops. Two en-suites, air conditioning, wifi and a huge selection of DVDs were also a real bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for family holidays.
