バレンシア中心部から車で約40分のところに位置するヴィラは、半田舎の山腹に位置しており、このエリアで最高の景色を感じています。 テラスからの日の出と夕日は素晴らしいですし、すべての村や海岸沿いの宿泊施設が照らされている夜に景色が変わります。
ヴィラは、夏期の冷暖房設備と、冬期にヴィラとその居住者を温かく保つログバーナーが一年中利用可能です。

Beautiful villa in a quiet urbanisation. The villa is not far from a few local shops and supermarkets and only 40 minutes drive away from Valencia. You will need a car to get around. Perfect if you prefer being away from it all but you still want the option to go out and about. We went to Oceanografic Aquarium and the Coves de Sant Josep. We all loved both but the children were happiest at the villa, playing in the pool! We saw some of the best sunrises and the views from the villa are amazing! A little haven. The villa is well equipped and has a BBQ outside (which annoyingly we never got round to using due to a heat wave during our stay!) Again, the pool came to rhe rescue and helped us all to cool down. The communication with the owners before travel and whilst we were away has been brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble. Well worth a stay and we hope that it won't be our last visit!

Pour commencer, je dirai évidemment que le grand point positif est la vue et la superbe piscine, de grands espaces autant extérieurs qu’intérieurs. Cependant, la villa pourrai avoir un renouvellement des équipements électroménagers qui ne sont pas simple à utiliser comme la plaque de cuisson qui manque de sensitivité. La mise en place de rideaux occultants dans les chambres aurait été apprécié pour ne pas être génés pas la luminosité. On a été également dérangés par les guêpes pendant les repas en extérieur, pe sez à prévoir des pièges. L’arrivée autonome était un plus.

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und einfach.Durch die sehr netten Gastgeber war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten 1/2 Anliegen und es wurde sofort erledigt.Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, eine tolle Aussicht und Geschäfte zum einkaufen direkt zu erreichen.Nach Valencia benötigt man ca. 45 MinutenWenn ich das nächste mal wieder dorthin fahre, würde ich mich definitiv erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.Danke an Mel & Dave!Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Geräumiges Haus mit sensationellem Pool

Das Haus hat eine gute Größe für eine Familie mit Kindern (wir waren zu fünft), die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr vorteilhaft. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind sensationell, exakt wie auf den Bildern! Die Ausstattung ist völlig in Ordnung, alles ist vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Goede vakantie bestemming

Voor de 3e keer verbleven in deze villa huis. Rustige plek om te verblijven met winkels in de buurt en op 35min. Rijden naar Valencia. Het zwembad is heerlijk evenals het terras om lekker ‘s avonds te kunnen ontspannen.

El enclave es maravilloso

El chalet está muy bien pero había muchas hormigas y el exterior de la propiedad está bastante descuidado. Lo mejor es la piscina. La zona exterior de sombra tenía las telas de la estructura un poco rotas y se terminaron de rajar una noche de viento.

Summer Get Away Aug 2023

The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia is a must, There are some great markets, and the beach was 5 stars. Also, a very good Shopping Outlet just outside Valencia. There is also a nice Waterpark only 40 mins drive from the Villa. In all we had a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend your stay at Mel and Dave's Villa.

Fantastic View

We spent a wonderful week not too far away from Valencia. Our teenage kids enjoyed the pool even though it was still a bit chilly in April. Mel and Dave are great hosts, very responsive and communicative!

Wonderful villa with amazing views

The villa is very spacious inside and the kitchen has everything you need including a coffee pod machine. The large pool is fantastic with loads of comfortable sun loungers and sun all day. The owners even provided towels and inflatables for the pool. The views are just spectacular during the day and beautiful in the evening especially with the pool lights on. There are a few large supermarkets only 10 minutes drive away to stock up on everything you need. The owners are very responsive and provided excellent information and directions. We had a very relaxing, chilled stay and had everything we needed. This villa is excellent value for money and we would defiantly consider visiting again.

Voor de 2e keer de villa gehuurd. Heerlijk genoten van de zwembad en de mooie uitzicht. Genoeg faciliteiten in de villa en winkels in de buurt. Kortom zeker weer voor hervat baar.

Séjour reposant en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine du 9 au 16 juillet 2022. La piscine est immense et bien chaude, nous nous sommes baignés et avons bien profiter de la vue magnifique sur les collines, Aucuns vis à vis et maison au calme. En revanche le quartier est un peu éloigné de Valence environ à 35 min en voiture et l accès à la maison se fait difficilement en voiture à cause de la route abîmée vous devrez avoir de préférence un suv. La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de clef et le propriétaire est joignable et très réactif. Valence est une très belle ville

Villa au calme avec belle vue

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme et la quiétude de cette location. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, la situation sur la colline procure toujours de l'air, ce qui est fort appréciable ! La piscine est grande et très agréable avec une descente par des marches et pas une échelle, ce qui est bien plus sécurisant. Les matelas sont confortables, ce qui est un plus bien entendu. Nous n'avions pas noté qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle ... mais bon, ce n'est pas trop grave. La villa est spacieuse, équipée de l'air conditionné (sauf 1 chambre) et très lumineuse, ce qui est très agréable également et plutôt rare. Elle aurait cependant besoin d'un petit "revamping". Le village de Catadau n'est pas très loin et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Il est important de savoir que la route qui mène à la maison est en très mauvais état et comporte beaucoup de trous importants. Il vaut donc mieux avoir une voiture style SUV. En résumé, nous avons passé 2 très agréables semaines au calme, à profiter des lieux !

In one word : QUIET

C’est vraiment incroyable le calme qu’il y a dans cette maison, les seuls bruits que vous entendrez seront le renouvellement de l’eau de la piscine et des chiens qui peuvent aboyer, concernant la vue, c’est tout autre chose que celle de la mer mais elle est tout aussi éblouissante. Prévoyez un SUV, pour la route devant la maison qui est rocheuse. Dave est extrêmement réactif pour répondre aux messages, nous reviendrons c’est sur ! Pour les femmes voilées ou les personnes qui ne veulent pas de vis-à-vis, aucun problème il y a un voisin collé mais il est en bas donc ne peut pas voir dans la maison et d’autres maisons mais elles sont très loin donc aucun soucis à se faire concernant cela.

We have owned this property for many years and love to share it with families and groups who want to get away from it all but also be close enough to Valencia and major routes. We are tucked away in a quiet and largely undiscovered part of Spain where guests are made to feel welcome by locals and there is plenty to discover.

We have refurbished this property over the years and replaced the pool and terraces to provide a spacious area to swim, sit and relax. The villa is a modern 3 bedroom villa with family shower room, master ensuite shower room and outside shower. There is a spacious kitchen diner and large lounge and with all the conveniences you'd expect from a holiday home like fast wifi and streaming services.
The pool is stunning and the terraces are great places to sit, lounge, chill out & relax but ultimately it is all about the big skies & far reaching views across the fruit farms to the sea which we think are the best in the area.
Hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge and two of the bedrooms which keeps the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter plus a fantastic log burner in the lounge makes this villa a year round property. The master bedroom has a private terrace perfect for quieter moments. The villa is gated and self contained and whilst there is one property nearby it is used as a holiday home occasionally.
The villa is located in a semi rural location the villa is only a short drive from the city centre of Valencia, the coast & a well connected road network.

ever changing from sunrise to sunset and at night the views are an amazing backdrop to your vacation, with big skies and peace and quiet its a perfect spot to stay. Oh and the 10m x 5m pool is pretty spectacular too!
