Spacious apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, 200 meters from Metro A, 50 meters from the bus stop and 5 minutes from St. Peter's !

The apartment has been studied in detail to offer our guests a warm and comfortable environment, able to make them feel at home:
- large kitchen with dining table for 4 people, equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals
- living room with double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning
- 2 large double rooms
- bathroom with shower
The accommodation is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, heating, TV, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, washing machine, sheets and towels.

THE DISTRICT
Doria Apartment is in a central area, only 200mt from the Metro A and 400m from the Vatican Museums.
The apartment is located in the Trionfale district, this is named after the street of the same name, famous for the passage of Roman warriors after a victory over the enemy.
The neighborhood has a strategic position, it is in fact close to the center and the numerous bus lines and the subway make it easy to move to places of interest.
During the day, a walk is enough to realize the many shops, bars, craft shops and restaurants that make Triumphal one of the best places to stay in Rome!

In case you wish, we can offer the following services:
- Pick up to/from the airport
- Dinners at home with personal chef
- Tours of Rome and other cities

APARTMENT'S RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.

Fantastic Rome apartment/location/owner

Could not be more pleased with our choice in staying here! The owner could not have been more helpful/responsive during the whole process! He helped answer questions before we ever booked it, and during our arrival and our stay always responded immediateltoour questions or minor problems. I highly recommend using this property

Great location

We loved being able to look out the window and see St Peters. The host communicated so well with us, and the apartment was really clean. Great food and a grocery store close by as well.

Rome visit

I would definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance of all kinds of interesting sites. However, it was quiet enough to have a break and a good sleep. The owner answered all of our questions quickly and the communication was very clear.

Comfort and convenience in a fabulous location!

Apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient for our family stay (2 seniors, 2 adults and 1 child). Elevator a huge plus for seniors! Amazing location near the Vatican (5 min walk!) great restaurants all along the main street plus gelato! Hope to be back soon!

Lovely Stay

Stayed with friends . The place was immaculate well appointed and was in a cute neighborhood.Communication with the host was good and we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I ever get back to Rome

Fantastic, authentic stay in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, well lit, has a huge bathroom, and excellent air conditioning (which is a must have for summer in Rome!). While we originally were supposed to have 3 people, the additional space was an added bonus for two of us. I believe the original pictures we saw (which may have since been updated) had a couch in the larger bedroom, which was replaced by some plush chairs and an ottoman. The only upgrade we would have enjoyed is a more comfortable place for sitting when we took a break from the heat. The futon style couch in the kitchen was rather uncomfortable. It was a wonderful stay and Riccardo was very responsive whenever we had questions. Very easy and pleasurable stay. The neighborhood is wonderful, with easy access to multiple forms of public transportation. So much access to wonderful restaurants, espresso, and markets/supermarkets. We highly recommend staying here!

Was as expected

So this property is on the top floor of the building but there is an elevator. They use an app called vikey for unit access that takes some getting used to but it worked pretty well. The prep for this unit is better than many as you get quite a bit of reference material about things in the area of interest, stores, restaurants etc. You are about a 5 min walk to the metro station and about a 10 min walk from the entrance to the vatican. Be forewarned, this is not a tourist hotspot, it is a neighborhood and you need to expect the kids playing and older folks outside on the benches and local hangouts with local folks. The building entrance is locked as is access to the building and you use vikey to get in all of them so pay attention to the instructions you get sent. All in all it was a good experience and Riccardo was very helpful.

Great location, wonderful apartment!

This location is quite close to the Vatican Museum entrance, and only a short walk to the Metro subway. The apartment itself is great, with 1 “normal” size bedroom, and one very large bedroom. Windows open in to courtyards on both sides of the building.

l appartement est tres chic, charmant, propre, encore mieux de ce que l on peut imaginer a partir des photos. Il est tres bien situe dans un quartier riche de restaurants de niveau et a cote d un tres beau marche, metro et Vatican. La proprete etait parfaite et l accueil chalereux e professionnel. Fabulous Florence Apartment

We enjoyed staying at this shabby chic apartment. Lots of space for each of the three adults. We enjoyed the terrace. The washer and dryer came in handy. Dea did an excellent job checking us in and reviewing the amenities with us.The one shower backed up so I was unable to use that shower. We told Dea and she did respond quickly. Although it was not her fault, she stated that the plumber was not able to get there to fix the shower until after we were gone... I wish they had noted that there was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor.It would help if there was a mirror in each room. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy Florence.
