Excellent chalet in a great location

The chalet was perfect for us, with good space and great facilities. We were a party of 7 adults and 1 child, so the 4 en-suite bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The chalet has great views from the top floor living area and is close to restaurants & shops. The chalet owner Andrew provided excellent service with good and frequent communication. We would all consider staying here again in the future. Vaujany is a nice, quiet village with easy access to the whole Alpe d’Huez ski domain; the Oz-Vaujany domain is good for beginners.

Thank you for your review and brief comments. We reviewed you as a guest and rated you five stars as you left the chalet very clean. We are disappointed that you did not rate us the full five stars as we are confident our chalet must have exceeded your expectations and we made extra efforts to accommodate your late request to bring a dog with you. Perhaps next time! Kind regards

Magnifique chalet ultra fonctionnel

Hello Julia and thank you for your positive comments and 4 star review. We are disappointed you had cause to comment on a cleaning issue and the heat in the sauna. Due to COVID you were are first guests for a very long time and we have not been able to visit our chalet for two years and personally check the standard of cleaning. We trust our representative so are surprised that something may have been overlooked but apologise anyway. We will also have a technician check the sauna temperature is correct. Thank you for your stay and hope to see you another time in the summer or winter seasons where we can retrieve our usual standard of five star reviews! Andrew and Helen

Top vakantie chalet Arnou

Thank you Tineke for your great review. Hope to see you again soon! Tineke review in English - Very warmly received by Andrew in this beautiful luxurious and sunny chalet. Lots of privacy for everyone by 4 bedrooms with private bathroom. Great kitchen that is amply equipped with kitchen equipment and crockery. A stay in this chalet is certainly worth repeating.

Comfortable & Relaxing

Lovely chalet, fantastic location, very helpful and friendly host Andrew. Steps away from the shops, restaurants and escalators to the gondolas. Comfortable rooms with a lovely large open upstairs area with kitchen, dining and two lounge areas all together so the family can be together but do different things.

A recommander...J'espère y revenir.

Very Accommodating

A comfortable chalet, with an unusually spacious lounge/dining area on the top floor. (Although we didn't have children with us, it would be well suited to a family holiday.) James and Whitney looked after us very well, in particular, being prepared to go out of their way to help us out. (One of our group struggled to walk in ski boots.) The well planned village escalators meant it was easy to get to & from the ski lift, which provides excellent access into the Alpe d'Huez ski area. I would happily return to this chalet.
