POLPENAZZE DEL GARDAのPALAZZO SCOLARIは、ぶどう栽培や絹の処理に使用されていた歴史的な住居で、元々は邸宅、厩舎、地下室、役員用の宿舎として使用されていました。 その中で、私たちの提案の対象となっているいくつかのアパートの建設に導かれた、本当にユニークな結果を持つ貴重な保守的な修復が行われた

最初の階と最後の階に独立した階段があり、リラックスと静けさを提供する明るくエレガントな内装の設備の整ったアパートメントです。

Beautifully located apartment in a 17th-century palazzo, in the middle of the charming village of Polpenazze dell Garda. Good starting point to explore the lake, its towns and surrounding historic cities. Excellent communication with Corrado, the host, who proved very responsive and attentive. Superb gelateria across the square, plus a cafe, a bar and an osteria. The fact that we had a private garage for our car is a great asset. A very well kept garden and pool.

We were a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, high ceilings and has everything you need but the large pool was the absolute highlight for our kids. It was super quiet and private. Most of the times we had the pool to ourselves. The location of the apartment is very unique. Just a couple of minutes from the lake you are truly outside the main tourist area and get to enjoy being part of a small Italian village. Still there is everything you need, a great cafe/bakery, a small grocery shop, a really nice bar at the back of the church and an absolute outstanding ice cream place. On Saturday’s there is a small market and in the evening there were even some smaller local concerts or events. Communication with the host throughout the entire trip was perfect. Once we got there we met and he gave us the tour through the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. Questions during the week were immediately answered via what’s app. We are definitely coming back to this one.

Mangelnde Information vor der Anreise über Einschränkungen am Urlaubsort - sind vorzeitig abgereist

Sind vorzeitig abgereist, da der Vermieter uns vor Anreise nicht informiert hat, dass ein mehrtägiges Weinfest direkt vor der Haustür stattfindet. Wir konnten die Wohnung nicht mehr mit dem Auto anfahren, mussten uns um einen Parkplatz weit weg in der Pampa selbst kümmern, da die ganze Umgebung zum Fest angereist ist. Ist natürlich toll, wenn man Getränke, Essen zum kochen schleppen muss .Fest ging bis 1 Uhr nachts, dann kamen die Müllabfuhr, Aufräumarbeiter etc. An Schlaf nicht zu denken, da die Schlafzimmerfenster direkt zur Straße liegen. Haben uns dann mit dem Vermieter geeinigt und er hat uns die Resttage erstattet. Das war o.k. Aber trotzdem hat er uns eine Woche Urlaub kaputtgemacht, da er uns nicht vorher fairerweise informiert hat. Ansonsten ist eine schöne Wohnung, sauber, gepflegt, nett eingerichtet in einer Wohnanlage mit mehreren Einheiten.

Leuke accommodatie in het hart van een echt Italiaans dorp.

We hebben een leuke week gehad in dit complex. We zijn halverwege geswitch van apartement 5d naar 6d omdat we last hadden van het geluid op straat e.d. Apartement 6d ligt aan de tuin en het zwembad en dat was veel rustiger. Het apartement is gezellig ingericht met mooie kleuren en van veel gemakken voorzien. Corrado reageerde heel snel en zijn ontvangst was prettig. Polpenazze is een echt authentiek Italiaans dorp. We hebben regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van de Gelateria, heerlijk ijs.

Palazzo Scolari apartment

The apartment is part of a nicely renovated building in gated development and is clean and comfortable and ideal for 4 people though would be crampt with 6 if using sofa bed. Well equiped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and oven worked well for those self catering. Brits may wish to take a can opener and oven mits and tea pot if so inclined. Useful to have pool towels provided and pool is large and shallow and quiet most of the week as many residents appear to be weekend visitors. Garage for the car is also useful as car is kept secure and cool. Located in the old part of Polpenazze the apartment is close to a few small shops including a very nice Gelateria. It is quite a busy place and there is some road noise and also the nearby clock tower chimes every half hour throughout the day and night but you get used to both after a few days. Our host Corrado provided a tour of the facilities and relevant information about the property. He also suggested local places to visit and advice on local supermarkets. Enjoyed a visit to Venice, and to the Palace at Mantova which he suggested. Also very accommodating with booking and dates we wanted.

Good communication with Corrado and warm welcome at arrival. Apartment is wide, perfectly equiped and the owner provided fruits and beverage for the first day. It is located in the historical heart of Polpenazze, where you can get everything you need within short walking distance (pasticceria, super market, fruits and vegetable, gelateria and bar). Swimming pool shared with the other parties of the building. Car parking in a garage in the basement. Very convenient, if it is hot and sunny. Pizzeria 10 min to go, ristorante 15 min. Lake Garda nearby. Annoying to be expected in changing the linen. Although Corrado is really a nice guy, we would have expected to stay in contact with him more often (eg. after the thunderstorm). But that is high level moaning. To summarize: It was a very relaxed and lovely stay. Thx Corrado

Polpenazze ist ein kleiner Ort auf einer Anhöhe, von dem man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee hat. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen traumhaften Pool, den wir bis auf kleine Ausnahmen ganz für uns allein hatten. Die von uns gebuchte Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Sie war sehr sauber, freundlich und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fliegenschutzrollos, sodass Mücken und anderes Kleingetier kein Thema waren. Trotz der Lage im Dachgeschoss und den Fenstern zur Südseite war ein Schlafen bei angenehmen Temperaturen Mitte Juli möglich. Da unmittelbar unter den Fenstern die Straße vorbeiführt bzw. öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden sind, ist es bis ca. 24 Uhr manchmal sehr laut, da Italiener bekanntlich Nachtmenschen sind. Wir haben unseren Schlafrythmus angepasst und lange das Nachtleben genossen. War kein Problem. Manerba bzw. der See ist in 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bäcker und Eisdiele befinden sich unmittelbar um die Ecke und sind ein täglicher Genuss gewesen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt, er war telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und sagen vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung.

Schönes Ambiente

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche im Palazzo Scolari. Das Gebäude liegt mitten im Ort Polpenazze del Garda. Unsere Wohnung war gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Der große Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Gelateria mit unfassbar leckerem Eis. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Ferienanlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war sauber. Handtücher waren zahlreich vorhanden und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anlage, in der auch einige Privatwohnungen sind. Von dem kleinen Örtchen am Berg aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Gardasee und es gibt eine gute Pizzaria/Eisdiele in Reichweite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in nettem kleinem Ort mit tollem Aussichtsplateau. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und wir haben vor allem das großzügige Wohn-Ess-Zimmer sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und wunderbar zum Schwimmen geeignet - leider war bei uns das Wetter nicht mehr so einladend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend geeignet für die Besichtigung von Sirmione, Peschiera, Verona usw. Sehr netter Vermieter, der gut informiert hat und mit dem schneller Kontakt möglich war. Vielen DANK!!!

wunderschöne Tage im idylischen Polpenazze

Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht und jeden Tag genossen! Die Lage lädt ein zu Ausflügen nach Sirmione, Riva, Garda usw. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Auch ein großzügiger Pool lädt zum verweilen ein. Ganz besonders empfehlen können wir die kleine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke. Hier kann man jeden Morgen wunderbare italienische "Backkunst" genießen. Auch ein Eiscafe, eine Käseserei und ein Fleischladen mit traditionellen italienischen Produkten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Corrado und seine Familie haben uns liebevoll aufgenommen und standen uns bei Fragen mit allerlei Tips zu Seite. Lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit bei euch!

Good location, clean, spacious and friendly

Excellent! The very friendly owner makes our arrival warm and welcoming. The location is central for a trip to Verona, Venice,Padova, Rome and Milano. Mr. Corrado gaves us tips where to park our car for free and where we can go. A very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. stilvolles Apartment in "echtem italienischen Ambiente"

Wir waren über Ostern fünf Nächte im schönen Polpenazze. Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, die Anlage ist topmodern. Wir reisten mit einer sechsjährigen und zwei knapp zweijährigen, als wir ankamen, war für alles gesorgt: zwei Babybetten inklusive Bettdecken etc, zwei Hochstühle, Plastikgeschirr... alles war da! Die super netten Vermieter waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt für uns erreichbar, standen uns mit Rat und Tat und Tipps zur Seite und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Dörfchen ist sehr hübsch, wir sind auf keine Touristen gestoßen, was wir sehr angenehm fanden, direkt ums Eck gibt es einen Bäcker, einen Metzger, einen Obstladen und eine fantastische Eisdiele. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und sagen "herzlichen Dank" für diese schönen Tage.

We stayed in the smaller apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very beautiful and well furnitured. Corrado met us, when we came and showed us everything around the little centre of Polpenazze and gave us good advices for our trips. There is everything you need, a nice Gelateria, a butcher and a bakery just around the corner. We very can recommend the Trattoria "Miravalle" in Polpenazze. We went there twice during our stay and the dinner is delicous there. We had great 5 days in Corrado's and Chiara's apartment. We very can recommend the apartment.

Wonderful family trip in great location

Our family of 4 stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 8 nights and really enjoyed the apartment, the town, and the location on the lake. Our two sons, ages 12 and 15 had a great time. Having only one bathroom is sometimes an issue on vacation but somehow because it's large, nicely appointed, and with large window to the quiet courtyard, we didn't notice it. We only cooked a few times and were able to do everything We needed to with the items provided. A more serious cook may need a few additional pieces of equipment. The apartment is cosy, light, quiet and very clean. Sat TV had copious number of Italian channels but no English or German...although this didn't bother us. The wifi was working, but fairly slow....again we were not there to hang out on the Internet. Corrado did say they will be upgrading that situation soon. The pool was really lovely and the gardens are impeccably kept. Having a private garaged space for our car was great too. In the town, it's quiet but quaint with all the necessary small shops for your basics, bar, and incredible gelateria. This village is really close to many lovely "beach" towns, manerba, moniga, San Felice, S alo, etc. we also visited some hill towns, sirmione and had so many wonderful meals truly. Corrado's recommendations were perfect. We rented a boat twice from a company called rappydrive in Moniga...very well organized and affordable. The lake must be experienced from the water too, water is so nice and clean. We spent some time renting paddle boards at the beach in Pisenze on our last day which was great fun. Well, hope you can tell we loved staying at this apartment and really enjoyed our trip. Thanks Corrado and Chiara.

Great for relaxation, nature, great appartment

We had a great stay in Polpenazze del Garda. The appartment was nice, cosy and clean and located in a beautiful appartment complex with private pool. Good hosts in Corrado and Ciara :) The town is small, cosy and authentic local town and there were only few tourists. We enjoyed our 10 days in Polpenazze!

Beautiful Apartment in a beautiful village

Chiara and Corrado rent out one of the most detailed and beautiful apartments, we have seen. Everything was so perfect. The garden and the pool is great as well. You step out of the Palazzo and find yourself in the beautiful villagecenter of Polpenazze. Everything is in walking distance, the bakery, butchery, deli and fruitstore and of course the bar. The gelateria across the entrance makes a great icecream. Thanks again for a perfekt vacation!

Clare has a great propensity for hospitality and welcome, so we decided to take care of the management of two apartments, initially purchased as our future abode, and give the opportunity to others to stay in this lovely place. PALAZZO SCOLARI POLPENAZZE DEL GARDA is a historic mansion used as his time to winemaking and the manufacture of silk originally consisting of mansion and buildings satellite used as stables, cellars and staff quarters. It was created a remarkable restoration from truly unique result that led to the creation of some apartments, two of which are the subject of our proposal.
