BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Apartment in a residential building, located on the 7th floor with up to 4 service elevators.

The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool, marina, and sea. Air conditioning, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor swimming pool for children and adults, shared indoor pool (heated from 15th October to 15th April), shared gym.

Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and just a few meters from the main points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be just steps away from everything.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Prohibited to exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave garbage or dishes unwashed on the property after check-out, otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.
