This is a cozy apartment for 6 to 8 people in Playa de Gandia near the beach.
Thanks to the good location, you can walk to supermarkets, the beach, bars and everything else you may need for a self catering holiday. The apartment has a small terrace with breakfast table.

The apartment is on the first floor without lift and comprises a sitting-dining room with satellite-TV, a well equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board, a bath with bathtub, a bath with massage shower, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a double sofa for two additional guests in the living area, a cot and a high chair.

Playa de Gandia is known because of its fine grained, long sand beach. Playa de Nort is about 3 km, offers sun loungers and parasol rental and has a nice sea promenade with bars and restaurants. The quiet Playa de L'Ahuir has an unique dunar system and is nice for surfing. Behind the harbor is the Playa de Venecia, a lively place with more bars. You can visit Gandia's old town and learn more about the local culture.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
