The large games room is a great place for some apre ski fun

I disagree that the chalet is tired, most of the bedding and linen have been replaced in the past 2 years, new mattresses over the past 3 years. I'm sorry you had issues with your phone signal as I never have, myself and other people have worked from the chalet for weeks at a time without any issues. Unfortunately the broadband is not fast in that part of France and if groups all have their phones on the wifi does buffer. I will change the router to see if this helps. Most of the beds were replaced over the past 2 years and I will look at the metal ones. The chalet is a traditional Savoyard chalet and therefor you can hear people moving in some areas of the chalet.

Thanks you for your comments all of them will be dealt with in October. Unfortunately we didn't know about the issues you raised until now. I'm pleased you loved the area and the chalet and had a great holiday. The TV was working, I’m not sure why you couldn’t get it to work. The missing water jugs have been replaced and the oven seems to be working properly.

Thank you Dominique, I'm pleased you had a great holiday at the chalet. The old bunkbed was replaced with a new one and several mattresses have been replaced. The leak on the kitchen tap was repaired. I hope to see you again sometime.

Malheureusement, un client précédent ne m'avait pas informé de la casse, il a donc été réparé le lundi. Un nouveau lit sera fourni en septembre. Je ne connaissais pas la fenêtre du salon, donc cela fera également l'objet d'une enquête. Je n'ai pas été informé du WiFi qui a fonctionné pour les clients précédents. Unfortunately, a previous guest had not informed me of the breakage so it was repaired on the Monday. A new bed will be provided in September. I didn't know about the living room window so that will be investigated as well. I wasn't informed about the WiFi which has worked for previous guests.

Merci d'avoir mis en lumière les problèmes rencontrés. Le plombier va réparer le robinet qui fuit et le tuyau ce mois-ci. Malheureusement les derniers invités n'ont pas emmené les poubelles au bout de l'allée pour être vidées. Je pense que donner seulement 2 étoiles est très dur.
