Lovely Villa

Good location within walking distance of amenities. Beautiful outside area and pool. Perfect for families/friends. James and KG Villas provided quick and helpful response to any queries we had.

Perfect property for a family stay. Great outside space and good sized pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Ideally situated for the golf club and reasonable walk to supermarket and Praca.

Great Family Villa

We enjoyed a fantastic 2 weeks at this lovely traditional villa. It was very well equipped, with a beautiful pool and garden, and in a great location (easy walk to the Praça, beach and supermarket and the golfers in the family were delighted with the 5 minute walk to the golf club!). We have stayed at several villas in VDL but all agreed this was our favourite!

Beautiful villa

We had amazing 5 days in this beautiful villa. Location is perfect, 5min from the beach and own pool and garden is so beautiful with it’s own lemon tree on the backyard.

Perfect family villa

We had a great holiday. The villa was perfect for our family with a good size pool and lots of space for our granddaughter to play in. The few issues we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently by KG villa services. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again

Family time

Beautiful villa,great location,very spacious for 5 adults and a baby,lovely outdoor seating areas and lots of sun beds around the pool,which was the perfect size,a bit cold for the baby as she was only 6 months and it was June,so pool hadn’t had time to fully warm up but all adults enjoyed the pool,very pretty gardens,would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. As previous reviews have mentioned, the outside space really is amazing and sets this property apart. Communication with both the owner and the Villa managers was very good. The garden and pool maintenance team and cleaners were brilliant and came several times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything that we needed. The Villa is very close the the VDL clubhouse and an easy walk to both the supermarket and Praca. Could not fault a thing!

Great stay in Vale do loba

The property has excellent outdoor space and ground floor accommodation- upstairs in need of updating (bed quality could be better) . Listing stated availability of blackout blinds ii would have been better if all bedrooms just had good curtains. Great cooking facilities with plenty of dishes and utensils available. As managed by an agency who were excellent the drawback was villa was completely devoid of any essentials.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful week in this beautiful villa. Gorgeous outdoor space for dining and relaxing overlooking the pool. The villa is very tastefully decorated with all amentities catered for including a very well equipped kitchen along with outdoor BBQ. The location really is second to none with a short stroll to the Praca or supermarket for supplies. As a family with teenagers it allowed them a little independance which was what we had hoped for. We would highly recommend this villa and will most definately be aiming to return.

Ticked all the boxes!

The villa ticked all of our boxes for what we were looking for a perfect holiday. We spent the majority of our time in the outdoor space - the pool, dining and relaxation areas were lovely. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic and we could easily stroll to the Praca, golf club and even the supermarket. The maintenance staff were unobtrusive and did a great job. Communication with the owner was fantastic and everything was done to help us have a fantastic stay. James was so accommodating. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

Dated, but well located and enjoyable

Quite uncomplicated, got the keys and enjoyed. Hause is quite dated and hence has a bit of smell. We were likely first in season and probably no one checked drainage in bathrooms. Also cleaning service was not delivered during the week. We did like the layout and the feels and think it is worth the money. Host communication was also very smooth.

Fantastic

My wife and I decided that we would have a holiday with my daughter and my wifes parents. This is a fantastic location and the villa is like a home away from home. It caters for all your needs. Once we found the shortcut to the shops it was a game changer. The space outside for our daughter to run around and play was excellent and incredibly maintained. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the sun beds got very good use. The outdoor areas with table and chairs for all meals enabling us to follow the sun. This also assisted the avid readers in the family who enjoyed the library of books provided. I could not reccommend this property and the owner enough everything was brilliant and we hope to return similar time next year.

Lovely Stay

This villa is fantastic, the location is excellent for everything from restaurants, beach, supermarket and trips into town. The pool is a great size and the surrounding grass area gives plenty of space for chilling, games or activities with kids. We had 5 people staying in the villa and there was plenty of space for everyone. It is a traditional style villa and so there are certain things that aren't that modern but this doesn't detract from the villa in anyway. The double bedroom downstairs has an en-suite and was lovely. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms both with single beds with a shower/bathroom in between. One of the rooms has a very large balcony which is peaceful and great for sunset evenings. We loved the location, the pool and outside space and the service (when little things went wrong or broke, the team were excellent). I would recommend this to anyone who wants peace and quiet and some space to relax in but also wants to be able to walk to the main hub of Vale Do Lobo.

Casa Sabena

Lovely property in a nice street, not too far from the beach and Praca. The property was plenty big enough for a family stay and the outdoor area was relaxed and great for both elderly and young children. The owner ensured there was a cot for our 2 year old. The cot appeared new and clean and was a large size. We did have issues with ants on a daily basis as they easily make their way in, so had streams of ants across the floors and kitchen surfaces despite best efforts to keep everything clean and clear of food crumbs. There was evidence of ant powder having been put down outside so appreciate there’s only so much the owner can do. At one stage, the downstairs shower blocked up which caused foul water to back up and into the nearby bath. This was swiftly resolved the next day by the property management team whilst we were out for the day. We spent a few afternoons in the pool, which was great to have. The pool does get very deep beyond half way, so close attention was needed for children. Slightly distracting was the ongoing building works taking place at the property directly opposite, so there was a fair amount of noise. This is out of the hands of the owner, but some sort of prior awareness would have been appreciated. All in all, a lovely spot and we had a nice family stay.

Great Villa close to amenities

Just returned from a week here and the villa certainly does not disappoint. Centrally located on Vale do Lobo, close to the main reception and Spikes restaurant, it is only a short walk to the main Praca. The villa itself is extremely spacious and set in large grounds to ensure the kids have lots of space to play. It has a great outdoor area for dining, sunbathing and the pool is protected by a safety fence to keep smaller kids out. It is equipped to the highest of standards with an extremely well equipped kitchen/dining facilities. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to similar guests and would look to return on our next trip to Portugal.

Great stay for a family reunion

Enjoyed our stay here with wonderful weather so we could make the most of the large outdoor area. We were in Portugal for a family reunion so it was nice to be able to invite people over to sit in the garden.

Beautiful house - large pool - great location.

Great stay

The house is in a good location, the owner/agency very responsive, garden well kept. Inside a couple of things could be modernized, but everything was overall functional and sufficient for a stay.

Surpresa positiva!

Localizada em Vale do lobo a curta distância da praia ( 13min a pé) e perto de campos de golf, é a localização ideal para quem gosta de dar passeios a pé e aproveitar a natureza envolvente. A villa é muito melhor ao vivo do que nas fotos, as casas de banho foram renovadas e o espaço exterior é absolutamente incrível - passamos os dias la fora entre a piscina e a conviver nos espaços. A villa tem tudo que necessitamos para férias e mais, a senhora da limpeza vem uma vez por semana e é muito simpática e prestativa. Iremos voltar sem dúvidas!

I live in England with my wife and 2 children. My wife and I both work, but spend time at the villa in Vale do Lobo where we can relax and enjoy the golf and tennis with friends and family.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The villa was built by my parents in 1971 and has been updated over the years with new kitchen, bathrooms and air conditioning and has been upgraded and has new furniture both inside and outside together with new terrace and BBQ.
I have therefore grown up with the delights of a large garden and pool in one of the quietest areas of the resort and have enjoyed watching my children learn to swim and go on to enjoy the fabulous beaches,sporting facilities and night life of Vale de Lobo!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The villa is only c20 minutes from Faro airport and although the villa is in a quiet area of the resort it 10-15 minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants and bars at the Praca. The golf club is 5 minutes walk and the nearest shops are under 1km.

The real delight of the property is it sits in its own garden with a large pool giving the option of a peaceful holiday but with the options of more activity close by when required. It is also ideal outside of the summer months for those who enjoy the excellent weather and the golf which is available at Vale do Lobo and at a number of other courses nearby.
