海のそばにあるこの場所は、海のそよ風に魅了される忘れられない休日を過ごすことができ、サーフの音楽に酔いしれます。 2011年6月に建てられたアパートはとても明るく、入り口が2つあり、2つの階にあります。 グラウンドフロアには、20㎡のリビングルーム（簡易キッチン、バスルーム、内部階段、2つの大きなベランダがあり、そのうちの1つは海に面しています）。 2階または3階の大きなダブルベッドルーム、完全なバスルームを備えた1階の大きなダブルベッドルーム、3ベッドとベランダが海に面している可能性があります。 冷暖房、食器洗い機、洗濯機、アイロンとアイロン台、LCDカラーテレビ、ヘアドライヤー、ベビーベッド、ベビーベッド、ハイチェアなど、快適な内装が施されています。 温泉、バーベキュー、昼食とリラクゼーションのためのガーデン家具、専用庭園、専用庭園の駐車場があります。

Vacation on the beach

Superbly located house with individual direct beach access allowing everybody to enjoy the vacation.House is in good condition, clean and well equipped. Small garden needs a little attention.Supermarkets and limited restaurant selection close by.Large, very clean beach with lifeguard on duty. Snorkeling, surfing and other activities available.Very nice surroundings with Biderosa oasis and small town of Orosei nearby.Definitely a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation in individual setting.

Perfect Familyholiday

Everything perfect! Check-in and check-out very accommodating, very friendly host! The apartement was very clean and well maintained. Great view to the sea from the bedroom balcony. Short walking distance to the beach right from the front porch, very helpful with little kids. Very beautiful beach with clean, warm and shallow water! Several good restaurants in the area and within walking distance. A little camping shop just around the corner for everyday needs. We loved our stay there, and the accommodation has contributed a lot to this. Thanks to Carlo and his family!

Herbstferien in Cala Liberotto

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen (direkt am Meer), sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betreuung durch Carlo hat einwandfrei funktioniert (Grazie mille, Carlo). Für Leute welche Ruhe und Entspannung suchen ist Cala Liberotto wie geschaffen. Die Nàhe zu Orosei (rund 10 Fahrminuten) runden das sehr positive Gesamtbild ab. Hannah und Felix

Perfection

It is perfect, just perfect. There are no words to describe. The sea and the beach are the most beautiful we've ever seen. The apartment ist fully equipped. You have everything you need for the beach, umbrella, seats, toys for the kids, enough towels. The apartment is clean, you have a dishwasher, a washing machine, two bathrooms and the warm outside shower was a highlight for our kids, they refused to shower inside. You do need a car for grocery shopping, but you have a really great restaurant close to you at the camping side. And the beach is a dream, in addition to this beautiful nature on this island and the very nice sardenian people. With Carlo everything worked easy and well, he is really nice and responsive. So, please don't go there, we don't want to share our perfect vacation destination ;)

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung an traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem schönen Strand. Vom Sitzplatz und vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Der direkte Strandzugang und die warme Aussendusche sind das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Carlo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen.

La casa che abbiamo affittato da Carlo, la centrale di 3, ha una bella vista sulla spiaggia e sui bei colori del mare. In 2 minuti, passando da un viottolo privato, si arriva al bagnasciuga. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione che si legge nell’annuncio. L’abbiamo trovata pulita, completa del necessario per cucinare, fornita anche di teli mare e comodi ombrelloni. Carlo è stato molto veloce nel risolvere alcuni bisogni che gli avevamo segnalato. La consiglio.

Super Lage an einem familienfreundlichen Strand!

Wir haben insgesamt eine Woche dort verbracht und waren begeistert! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand, der sich super für Familien eignet. Feiner Sandstrand, kleine Wellen und keine Steine. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet: Es gibt sogar Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirme und Co.. Besonders super ist auch die warme Gartendusche! Carlo hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war als Ansprechpartner jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

An absolutely wonderful stay

We had the honor of being guests in the middle apartment in September 2020. We enjoyed our stay very much, especially with two small children it is perfect with a small garden from which they cannot easily escape. There are only a few shady pine trees separating the house from the beautiful beach. Perfect. An outdoor shower with hot water helps not to pollute the whole house after visiting the beach. Very pleasant. From both terraces you have a stunning view of the sea. The house is very well equipped anyway, there are lots of kitchen utensils, the wifi is fast and powerful, the living room and bedroom can be air-conditioned. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a gas stove. There is also a barbecue for the garden. The two bathrooms are very clean and well equipped. The parking lot is in front of the house and is lockable. Nearby is a small campsite with a mini market (less than 5 walking minutes). We got fresh bread there every morning. A larger supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. The house is located on what I think is the most beautiful beach. Shallow, absolutely clear water, white sand and a few rocks at both ends that are great for kids to explore. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. The owner, Dorotea speaks perfect English, is very helpful and nice, she is always at hand and very quickly with advice, e.g. where to get the best local fish for the BBQ :-).

Starke WLAN Strahlung

Der hervorragende Gesamteindruck (Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung Appartement, ...) wird ein wenig getrübt, wenn man sensibel bezüglich Elektrosmog ist. Leider lässt sich das WLAN über Nacht nicht abschalten, wodurch die Schlafqualität bei sensiblen Personen leiden kann (haben wir leider erlebt). Der Vermieter hat sich unser Anliegen angehört und versuchte zu Helfen. Aus technischen Gründen konnte aber die Situation nicht verbessert werden.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienhaushälfte direkt am Strand

Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Selbst Strandhandtücher gab es im Haus. Ein gemeinsamer Traumurlaub mit Kindern und das lag auch am direkten Strandzugang zum Cala Liberotto. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfect getaway for our family

It's the second time we spend our summer holidays in one of Dorotea's apartments. First time was in summer 2015 in her villa just next to these apartments. Nicely located right above the sandy beach, just within a short (1 minute...) walking distance of the crystal-clear sea. The straight sea view right off the terrace is stunning, both for breakfast as well as for dinner. Apartment very well maintained and in an absolut perfect condition. Everything there and everything in very good shape. In case there's still something missing, Dorotea will be happy to organize it right away. We're party of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and had more than enough space, both for us as well as for the luggage and all the other stuff you have to bring along with two kids aged 6 and 2. Best feature when staying with kids: the outside shower with warm water... You can get fresh bread every morning at the nearby campground and the small supermarket offers some of the basic stuff you need. The Pizzeria is quite good and you can take the Pizzas with you, if you wish so. Otherwise there's a quite well equipped supermarket just a short drive (5 minutes) away, offering everything you need. In the evening you might want to walk for some 10 to 15 minutes to reach some bars and ice cream parlors. In a nutshell: we spent another perfect 2 weeks on the island and will definitely go back - staying at one of Dorotea and Carlo's apartments. They are both very friendly, charming and helpful - perfect hosts!

Fantastic Apartments in Stunning Location

We have been coming back to stay in these beautiful apartments for the last 5 years, and have always had a wonderful time, and this year was no exception. The apartments are very well maintained, spacious rooms, very clean and tastefully furnished with everything we need. We have enjoyed meals on the large patio area, enjoying the stunning views of the bay, and the garden leads onto the beautiful white sandy beach. Also, a short stroll will take you to some good pizzerias and restaurants. The owners, Dorotea and Carlo are so very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We shall continue to stay at this wonderful apartment the next time we visit Sardinia, and highly recommend it to others - bellissimo!

Beautiful, yet not well-maintained

We rented the Cala Liberotto apartment for one week in July. We chose this apartment for its beautiful beachfront location - and we were not disappointed. The apartment and yard, in spite of the gorgeous beach, were quite disappointing - not well maintained. The kitchen was not in an optimal condition, the dishes were filthy and the cupboards were mildewy. For such an expensive property, it was not well equipped and missed essential items such as wine glasses, cereal bowls, and adequate cutlery. Furthermore, the dishwasher was in a desperate need of being replaced. The living room couch was in a grungy condition, full of stains. We did not appreciate that the sarongs used to cover the stains were not washed (from the previous occupants). The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed; however, the beds, pillows, linens and closets were musty. The covers and blankets were not washed, either. Considering we paid for linen, I would have expected a higher standard.

Die Beschreibung zum Haus entspricht exakt den Tatsachen! Das Haus ist lediglich durch einen Zaun mit Tor vom Strand getrennt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein! Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Es ist ruhig und einfach nur traumhaft! Unbezahlbar sind die Aussenduschen (mit Warmwasser!!!), dank welcher sich die Sandhaufen in der Wohnung auf ein Minimum begrenzen liessen. Das vorgelagerte Pinienwäldchen schirmt gerade genug ab, um Privatsphäre zu haben, verschliesst aber nicht die herrliche Aussicht auf das türkisblaue Meer und bietet zudem hervorragende Montagemöglichkeiten für allfällige Hängematten. Der Strand ist herrlich. Viel Sand für die Kinder und genug Felsen und Riffe, um Fische zu beobachten und stundenlang zu schnorcheln. Dorotea und Carlo sind echte italienische Gastgeber: herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften zwei Wochen hier verbringen, kamen nach Hause und hatten das Gefühl, dass wir mindestens drei Wochen weg waren! Es war schlichtweg herrlich und wir kommen wieder! Grazie Dorotea e Carlo per tutto! La vostra casa e meravigliosa. Abbiamo spento delle vacanze incredibile e siamo tanto contenti di rivenire l'anno prossimo!!!

Traumurlaub in Sardinien

Wunderschönes Haus mit Meerblick. Sehr gut ausgestattete Haushälfte mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Fantastisch ist die Aussendusche, die sogar Warmwasser hat. Sehr praktisch wenn man vom Strand nach Hause kommt. Das Haus ist gut zu finden und auch Ausflüge vom Haus mit den Fahrrad in die Gegend sind problemlos möglich. Das Wetter war Anfangs Oktober perfekt und wir konnten immer draussen Essen. Der Strand ist sauber, war nie überfüllt und die Wassertemperatur absolut angenehm. Sehr angenehme, freundliche Gastgeber, die perfekt Englisch sprechen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Mi sento in dovere di rilasciare anche se in ritardo una recensione per consigliare sopratutto alle famiglie con bambini questa spendida' casa sudivisa su tre appartamenti veramente curati al minimo dettaglio , la descrizione della casa e veritiera .
