Lovely holiday

Very nice apartment in a good area,one in our party has walking difficulties and the surrounding area was flat and not a problem,the apartment was clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner Mike was very good and he was extremely helpful The building was very secure and well kept,just one comment though would have been nice to have a safe in the apartment but that was the only thing,thank you to Mike for letting us stay in your lovely home 😀

Nice Visit

Apartment was comfortable and in a great location. The apartment could use a few updates but didn’t cause us any major concerns. As normal, a few issues did arise, but the property management team of Mario and Samanta dealt with them immediately. We we very impressed with their response time and resolutions.

Thank you for your review. There are updates being carried out at this moment. The bath is being removed and a walk-in shower installed; two new settees have been purchased and placed in the sitting area, and look great. And more is being planned for the next gap in guest bookings!

Avons aimé le balcon et la vue comme nous le voulions par contre les coussins sont un peu défraichis mais la balance était ok pour nous. Endroit calme un peu éloigné du port plus achalandé mais ok pour nous

Un appartement parfait pour du long séjour

L appartement est très bien équipé en appareils électroménagers ce qui est agreable quand on est en famille. Il est aussi bien situé, en face de la mer et à côté de toutes les commodités. Les éléments de bienvenue sont également appreciables pour demarrer le séjour.

Perfekt für den Strandurlaub, mit Anbindung an die Infrastruktur

Comfort, peace and security.

We are an English couple in our mid 70's and We have been "wintering over" on the Costa del Sol for the last four years staying in Mijas. This year we decided to try Fuengirola as it is flatter and easier for us to get around and chose Mike and Jill's apartment right on the beach. On our arrival Mario met us, showed us around and made us welcome The apartment complex gave us a good feeling of security and our car was safe in the designated parking bay under the building. The lift was a godsend for us. Now this apartment is perfect for us old pair in every respect. The sunny balcony looks out over the well maintained gardens, indeed there were maintenance people cleaning inside and out every day. The apartment itself is well laid out and very spacious for just the two of us. We enjoyed the comfortable seating, inside and out, and the comfortable beds. Everything was there you could need in the kitchen although we ate out most days and just had light meals in. The internet/WiFi was good and with fiber into the apartment gave a measured speed of 100 Mbps upload and download. Some UK TV channels were available in HD courtesy of the BBC Satback service on Intelsat 907. Eating out was no problem as there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A well stocked Supermarket is less than 10mins walk away. Miramar shopping Mall is 20 mins walk. Fuengirola center is only 25 mins walk and there you have the train station to Malaga etc. So, all in all a very enjoyable experience. We hope to return next January February K & V

Comfortable and quiet in the perfect place

Great communication and patience from Mike with my booking. Mike also arranged airport pick up and return with Sue who was great to meet and talk to. The apartment was perfect, plenty of room and had everything we needed. A very relaxing 11nights 1 minute from beach. Look forward to making another book as soon as possible. Vincent & Jennifer

Property situated in a great spot, close to the coast.

It is a great condo, but for what we paid we felt it needed to be updated. The whole place needs painting. Chesterfields need to be replaced after years of use. Mattresses in main bedroom are very soft - need to be replaced. Extra shelf in bathroom is needed. Kitchen: A set of dishes would be welcomed. It is our understanding that this has been asked for before!

Thank you for your review. We need to address the points that you have raised: The apartment has been repainted throughout since you left - we are fortunate to have had a very busy few months and the redecoration has been planned for some time: this was the first available opportunity. The matresses are soft but many of our guests like soft mattresses; the lounge furniture was considered in the Autumn but was felt to be entirely appropriate - especially for the busy periods of the year. These items will be looked at again at the end of the Season, as is our practice. All your suggestions regarding plates and other culinary items have been met; it is a shame that these requests were not made earlier in your stay, when their provision would have been of use to you. But no, these requests have not come to our attention before, or they would have been dealt with then - we like our guests to get the most out of their holidays with us. As regards an extra shelf in the bathroom, we shall discuss this with our colleagues and, if felt appropriate it will be provided. Having said all that, our local colleague tells us that you had a great holiday - in spite of the weather! For that we are delighted.

What you see is what you get

The photos of this apartment are very exact. We did not get to meet Mike & Jill Stammers,the owners but they kept in touch via email with all the info needed. The apartment was very clean with a glorious sea view. 2 minutes stroll to the beach, 10 to a large supermarket & 20 the centre of Fuengirola. I would happily recommend it

Very nice apartment but bad internet

We stayed over christmas and had a very very nice time. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. The balcony oh the balcony. We didn't want to leave it. From early morning until about four in the afternoon the sun flooded over it. Why not five stars? Internet was really slow and we like to make our own food so we would have wanted a more equpped kitchen. We will be back.

Thank you Tomas. I'm afraid we can do nothing about our Internet speed. We stayed in our apartment just before you arrived and found it acceptable for our needs. I understand that your professional needs require a higher rate and I'must sorry, but I don't think we can do anything about that. As for the kitchen, we have taken on board your comments. I have spoken to Trevor and asked him to add the equipment that you spoke to him about. Very best wishes for 2018. comfortable apartment, well equipped, great spot.

Stayed 2nd to 9th Nov 2017 Sue collected us from the airport and gave us good information on the area. The apartment is over the road from the beach and a short stroll to the old town which has a lovely atmosphere and plenty of good eating houses. The bus and train station take you to many locations efficiently so no real need to hire a car. The apartment had everything required and more. grateful for Tea and a cold beer there on our arrival! Would highly recommend .

Great apartment

Everything about our holiday was really easy, from booking with Mike & Jill, sorting out airport transfers with Sue, who showed us a few places to eat at on our way to the apartment, to sorting out a mobility scooter for myself, which my wife found on the main strip after being let down by another company (Push & Go) who never turned up with one. The apartment itself was great, very clean with a big comfy sofa & chair and in an ideal location, far enough away from the main areas of the resort, but within very easy walking distance. The WiFi was a massive bonus for us as we use the internet a LOT and it worked perfectly during our stay and the speed of it was great as well. Would not hesitate to book with Mike & Jill again and highley recommend their apartment. Many thanks. Mick & Sheila.

GREAT LOCATION.

Really easy trouble free booking. Mike was very helpful and arranged our transfers . Sue picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the area and tips of the best places to eat and the ones to avoid on our way to the apartment. We had a great stay in Fuengirola,the apartment was just perfect for us, not to much sun on the balcony and the breeze was lovely and cooling .There is plenty to do in the area although certain things can be hard to find. mini golf ,go karting ,markets and plenty of places to eat out. will certainly go back as a week was not long enough.
