トスカーナのマレンマの田園地帯の丘の上に位置し、海の景色を望むこの7ベッドルームはすべて快適です-ヴィラは、家族での休暇に最適な隠れ家です-インフィニティプール-Wi-Fi-バーベキュー-美しい庭園。 内部のリビングエリアは広々としており、大きなソファと椅子があり、屋外の中庭と庭の周りに広がっています。 外側のスペースには、星空の下で夕食を飲みながら夕食の食前酒を楽しめるソファのあるエリアがあり、大きな楕円形のテーブルは12/14人まで収容できます。
1階の6つのベッドルームは3つの異なるエリアにあり、そのうち3つはエアコン付きです。 7番目の寝室は基本的に地下のメイドの寝室ですが、快適で素敵な装飾が施され、ツインベッド2台とバスルームがあり、子供の友人などの余分なゲストによく使用されています。 キッチンは家の真ん中にあり、家族や友人との待ち合わせ場所であり、昼夜を問わずそこに集まっており、とても快適で楽しいです。

The most beautiful view in Tuscany

We stayed for 3 weeks in this beautiful airy villa. The views and openess of the house were fantastic, it really gave you a sense of calm and happiness. Barbara was a great communicator and was always ready to help us, whether it was to make reservations at a nearby resort or help us find the cocktail mixer!You will have a great time here. The only advice is someone in the party should probably have a car for transport, as there is no public transport close by.

Perfect Tuscan Villa

Our family just spent two weeks in Barbara's fabulous home. The house is an easy drive from Rome and a great location from which to explore the Maremma region of Tuscany. The house is on a beautiful hill overlooking the sea and we just loved waking up in the morning and having coffee on the side porch and listening to birds and the sheep from the farm on a neighboring hill. Barbara has thought through every detail and the house is very well appointed, with good bedding, appliances and dishes etc. There is maid service available and Monia was delightful and helped make our stay even better. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

Fantastisch huis in prachtige omgeving !

De rust, de omgeving, het uitzicht, de luxe en comfort...Wij hebben het fantastisch naar onze zin gehad. De huismanager en de kok...lieve mensen. Ze hebben ontzettend lekker voor ons gekookt !!!

Fantastic property, great host.

Enjoyed 2 weeks in this property with family and friends. Villa is stunning. We ended up having dinner in the villa as the views were spectacular. Host always available and extremely nice. Kudos!!

Perfect Villa (clearly family home)

the villa, the owner, and location were just perfect. Lovely villa, which is clearly a family home, was huge, modern and beautifully decorated. Property was clean and the arrangements (arrival and departure) were hassle free. Barbara answered our many questions quickly and well. Totally recommend this villa. Stunning views and close to Rome. Local family restaurant is simple but really good.

grear entertaining house

House is huge with loads of space for entertaining. Great kitchen and space inside and out. Comfortable bedrooms (two have a/c) and lovely pool with views across valley and hills to sea. 15 minute drive to beaches - parking was easy even in August. Highly recommend the house - with lots of room of big parties (and still space for privacy).

Gorgeous Villa with Wonderful Views

2 weeks of calm with heavenly views. Great villa, more upmarket than our normal choice with a wonderful flow of rooms and cooling breezes. And we loved the art on the walls. Several distinct areas which suited our very mixed party very well. The older kids parked in front of the telly improving their Italian with the help of cartoons while the grown ups and smaller children played in the pool and garden. Superb kitchen and handy out door BBQ equipment. The kitchen was large enough to allow us to teach the teenagers to make lasagne and salad while the big boys enjoyed producing vast BBQ's. I love it when they fight to cook rather than fight to avoid cooking. Great outdoor eating area where we catered for 12 most nights, and 2 dishwashers which was a welcome luxury. There is a grown ups lounge too, but the weather was so good we didn't really make full use of that except on the night of a fabulous storm. The elevated position giving spectacular views of said storm, absolutely amazing! The 'private' terrace outside the master bedroom was a wonderful retreat. There is no local shop within walking distance but plenty of choice a short drive away. And it gave us a reason to leave the house. The homemade ice-cream in the local town is worth the drive alone. There are several towns and beaches for a trip out in the car and Sienna and Rome are not too far away. Altogether a great holiday with a luxurious feeling in an amazing house. Our group ranged from a 2 year old to an 82 year old and there was something for everyone.

A perfect setting

We are very happy to have found a place where you can be perfectly at ease because so many things are just right!! Barbara's property is amazing, the house absolutely stunning with modern design, super-clean, well-maintained and having everything you need and can wish for, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and the countryside of Tuscany/Maremma, wonderful sunsets, a perfect sized pool for kids and adults, great beaches close-by and absolute tranquility and quietness if you are willing to "listen" to nature. Barbara and her husband were perfect hosts and were always accessible in case of questions, their restaurant recommendations contained in a little folder spot-on with their housekeeper being a real gem as well. We celebrated a big birthday at the house and all of our guests were equally stunned by the beauty of the house and its surroundings. The small supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby villages also had the right size so as to make you feel in partaking a bit in the Italian way of life. This is definitely a spot worth seeing and a birthday we will never forget in our lives with both, kids and adults planning to return. Thank you for a wonderful time in a perfect setting!!

Peaceful Spacious & Inspiring

Much much more than we had expected. This is a really lovely, spacious house on the top of a hill with the most amazing view of Tuscan hillsides and the sea in the distance (a perfect vista from the pool). A quite part of Tuscany, the local beach was also perfect; it stretches for miles, has waves to keep the kids, teenagers and adults happy, plus a beach restaurant that serves absolutely delicious food. Monte Argentario Island is a shortish drive away, also offering lots of beach/exploration possibilities. For supplies, there's a good supermarket on the way back from the beach. Only point to consider is that it possibly sleeps 10 more better than 12 due to the downstairs room. We absolutely loved our holiday in this beautiful house. We'll be back soon!

Beautiful house & location!

This house is an absolute gem. Beautiful interior, beautiful exterior and an incredible location. You never know what to expect when you book online, but we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property. It was beautifully clean, modern, stylish and with incredible grounds and views over the vineyards and to the sea beyond. The gardens and pool are also extremely well-kept. We all enjoyed our time there so much! Barbara was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always responding promptly to our queries and providing everything we needed for the children. There is no fence around the pool so small children need to be watched at all times, but it is closer to the house than it may appear in the photos and on a lower level, so as long as someone is always "on guard" it is not a problem. We couldn't recommend this property highly enough, it is everything and more than you see in the photos. We definitely hope to return one day!

Amazing holiday

We stayed here for our two week summer holiday with family and it was absolutely superb. The house is great for both older guests and children as all the rooms - plus kitchen and dining and the outdoor area - are on one level, with the exception of one room and the laundry. The rooms are all en suite and all super comfy. We spent some days just moving from pool to lounger to outdoor sitting area to the lounge room, and others going out to the coast to rent boats. Barabara and her husband were amazing hosts - answering lots of questions and helping us when a local herd of goats managed to find their way onto the property (something I should note had never happened before!). It is a beautiful home and situation - we'll definitely be returning!
