Luxury Villa in Son Parc

Beautiful 4 bed villa with large private pool in a very quiet residential area. Large airy space for a family to stay with everything you could wish for on holiday. We would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.

Super swimming pool

Large villa in quiet area. 5 minutes car drive to excellent family beach. Villa had a super pool. Comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen equipment. Not many restaurants at Son Parc but plenty in the beautiful port of Fornells a short car drive away.

Relaxation paradisiaque

Point positif :villa très spacieuse et bien décorée.grande piscine très agréable.idéale pour se reposer. Point négatif :salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée « antique ». Propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a permis de repousser nos vacances d’un an sans frais supplémentaires pour cause de pandémie Covid-19.

maison très agréable

la villa se situe dans un lotissement qui était très calme fin juin. il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour mais à l'intérieur de la villa, il faisait frais. globalement , tout était parfait . quelques détails pourraient être améliorés; qualité de la literie, four à remplacer, certains ustensiles de cuisine un peu vétuste. je conseille néanmoins cette maison où nous avons passé un agréable séjour. dominique

Must have a car !!!

We followed and took in some of the feedback previously written about this villa and location. The owner said in response to some feedback that he would recommend hiring a car to see some of the beautiful sights of the island .I totally agree with that but you must also understand the distance from the villa to the shop and restaurants (3) was too far for us to walk .Previous renters have said that the walking distance was from 10 mins to 20 mins, I think if you can do it in these times you are doing very well indeed. In fact I would say that it is near impossible to complete it in that time.Still the taxis made a killing off us for the time we were there. The restaurants were not great apart from Pinomar .No bars worth talking about either. The village of Son Parc was very quiet and god help people with kids as there was nothing for them to occupy their time.The villa is in need of some TLC and is very dated in parts.We opened the front door on arrival to be faced with 2 mop buckets in the hall.On entering the kitchen we found the floor and the worktop soaking from a dripping tap.Not the best start .The TV has almost no English speaking channels. The villa management team came and sorted that .Almost everything in the house could do with a revamp .The pool is a good size and the poolside furniture is stylish and comfortable . Sorry but there`s not much more positivity I can give but the truth has got to be told for future renters.Hire a car !!!

La casa está en una buena zona, cerca del campo de golf y de las playas de Arenal de Son Saura y Arenal d’en Castells. Es grande. Perfecta para 8 personas. La piscina y la terraza muy bien. El handicap son las camas, que no son cómodas, el mobiliario muy básico y escado y la cocina bastante básica

Great Villa, Great location, Amazing pool, we loved it !!!!

We had a fantastic stay at villa Casa Blanca. The Pool is definitely the high light which was kept lovely by the pool man. The Kitchen is very well equipped. We used the bbq on a couple of occasions and the oven which both worked well. The dishwasher broke while we where there but was swiftly mended, the owner and the villa managers where on hand immediately and sorted it for us. The kids lived in the pool the night lighting is lovely and we swam till 9.30 pm most evenings. The villa is a pleasant walk to the shops a 15 minute stroll which we didn't mind but I think some people would prefer a car. We caught the bus to Mahon and the local supermarket delivered our food. Only one tiny weeny niggle for us and that was the tv channels nothing for the children having said that the connection to the wifi is good downstairs and the kids watched Netflix on the tablets. Which they only did to chill out before bed. We all voted we would return to Villa Casa Blanca. Thanks Peter

Spacious, secluded villa in nice quiet location

Had a lovely 10 days in Menorca, a mixture of exploring and relaxing at the very comfortable villa. The villa had plenty of room and the pool was a lovely temperature which looked very pretty lit up at night. The location was very peaceful and nicely secluded from the neighbours due to the amount of trees and shrubs. The distance to the shops, restaurants etc was a bit far to walk in the heat of the July sun but probably ok to do so in cooler weather. Local beach was great, ticked all boxes for what a beach should offer. Nice walk through the pine forests to reach it. Enjoyed a beer at bar at one end which gave lovely views over the bay. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to return to Menorca as plenty more places to see. I did think there might be more info at the villa with regards to recommendations for restaurants, places to visit etc. Unusual not to have a visitors book with people's comments. Also it might be good to have all the beds made up or maybe establish what bedrooms people will want to use. Finally, air con would be fab as the fans (one of which didn't work) didn't quite cut it on hot July nights ! All the positives certainly outweighed those minor issues though.

Our family of three stayed at the villa for two weeks in August 2016. The villa is exactly how it appear on the website. Perfect, quiet location about a 10 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool area is fantastic - lots of shade if you want it but there is always sunshine somewhere if you prefer. We did have an issue with the dishwasher but both the owner and the local guy who is on hand responded quickly. There are lots of useful extras in the villa such as docking station, coffee machine, cool box, games etc and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Unless you do want to just sit by the pool, you really need to hire a car which you can do locally. We would definitely book again.

Cosy home

Lovely area, very quite and a very warm welcome. The house was clean and beautiful. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the location a lot. Close to the beach. We felt being at home. Thanks Peter and we will come back soon.

Great holiday villa

We had superb holiday in Menorca in 2014 and it was made easy and comfortable by staying in this villa. Everything we needed was provided. We all had great fun in the pool and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the private surroundings of the villa. Son Parc is a great family resort but also really handy for getting out and about. Great family holiday destination.

Great Family Holiday

Made a last minute decision to visit Menorca and were not disappointed. Casablanca is exactly as it looks on the images and is a fabulous villa in a lovely location, there was honestly nothing we would change. The location is superb for exploring this wonderful island, the closest beach was one of the best we came across, take a walk over the cliff tops to a secluded bay and it gets even better, if you are into snorkelling this was the place to do it! We hired a car and reached the villa within a 30 minute drive from the airport. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance including a fantastic golf course, restaurants, bars and a well stocked reasonably priced supermarket. The Villa itself was very well equipped, there is plenty of room with a lovely private balcony on the first floor, it has an amazing pool with a substantial patio/eating area and is extremely well managed by a local agent. We were a family with teenagers aged 13 to 18 and they absolutely loved everything about it. Never once did we hear those dreaded words ' we are bored!' You can hire bikes locally and the cycle paths are everywhere. Some of our group went horse riding along the coast and thought it was fantastic. We went fishing in Fornells - a lovely village about 6kms away, great restaurants there too. The area and Villa has a real family feel to it and we felt honoured to be staying there. Our only regret was that we holidayed for one week and not two! We will return to Menorca and without doubt would choose to stay at Casablanca again.

We rented the villa from 19th to 26th July 2013 and had temperatures of mid 30s all week meaning the pool temperature was around 30 deg at all times.If you read the owners notes on the villa it has a nice family history and has obviously been cherished over the years.Although it is some years old it maintains the authentic Spanish look and feel about and was certainly as described by the owner. We were a party of 7( 5 adults and 2 boys 6 +7) and there was ample room for everyone, the big bonus being the fabulous pool which I am sure the boys would have slept in if they could. It was about 10 x 5 but had really good depth which allowed for proper swimming and diving for those who wanted- in fact the pool was the only issue we found in the whole week because the night lighting didn't work and the local man couldn't fix it so the boys were a bit disappointed with that. If you are an ardent sun follower the poolside and upper sun deck are ideal but we felt perhaps a couple of awnings would have been nice for those of us seeking some cover. We also felt that an outside pool toilet/washroom would be a big asset as well. The villa situation was excellent with a good local supermarket and other shops/restaurants within 5 minutes drive away as was the fabulous local beach-you can see why it is regarded as the best on the island. We did one big shop in Mahon when we got there and everything else was local sourced including the island golf course if you wanted it. We have had the chance to talk together since we got back and we all agreed that we had a great holiday at a realistic cost on this beautiful island and the key question is would we go back to the villa again?-a big emphatic YES!!! very satisfied Leicestershire 19th-26th July 2013.
