Charming south facing character villa on one level with picturesque fullsize tennis court, larger 12*5 pool with diving board, on level plot over 4000m.
Premier and highly sort quiet area near to Javea Golf Club. The house is set on a very peaceful select road with no through traffic, bordering on campo areas. with no noise at all. Separate cottage which has bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, and shaded by a large olive tree. Situated close to Javea golf club within easy reach of MasyMas supermarket and Benitachell indoor pool, and 10 minutes to the arenal beach and many other beaches nearby. Large lawns, mature garden with many large trees giving shade in summer, olive trees and nesperos, play areas, adventure for children, bbq area, large long driveway and lots of parking.. Overlooking campo wilderness with no neighbours overlooking the house, The fully equipped modern kitchen( with views to the pool )and the bbq area all recently updated. The main suite is very large with a walk-in dressing room and patio doors onto the garden. There is a gym room in the main house adjoinng main bedroom. The naya opens up with a large awning for shade in summer for covered dining. All rooms have good fans for cooling. and aircon in 2 bedrooms

Relax by the pool on sunloungers, on the lawn under the trees or in the covered chill out area. Play football or lawn games with the children.
The tennis court for tennis lovers or for a knock around with the children, or hire a coach for private lessons. Play in the evening or early morning in summer. Flood lights available for evening. Rackets and used balls are in the tennis shed on the tennis court.
Short walk from house to countryside walks area and of course far more routes a short drive away.
Golf course down the road.
Evening bbqs in the dedicated bbq area with outdoor fridge to keep the drinks.
15 minutes drive takes you through Benitachell to Moraira.
Kayaks tours with local company.-Koko kayaks
Motor boat rental to explore the coastal bays and beaches.
Bikes including electric bikes available locally.
Information available in the villa and online all about the local area.
Nespresso coffee machine, and Nescafe.
Good restaurants nearby , also good places for takeaway paellas and other homecooking.

longer stays welcome, 1-3 month out of season rentals with discount rates - please enquire. Min. 1 week in summer preferred and discounts for 2 weeks stay or longer.
Winter lets available, christmas and new year rentals.
Owners live locally and have been in Javea for over 25 years- and Gary is always on call for problems and local advice to make sure you have a super holiday.

Highly recommended - modern and spacious villa

We have stayed in many villas along the spanish coast and this is the first time we have ever spoken to the owner about returning before we have even left. A modern and spacious villa with excellent facilities - fully equipped tennis courts, great size pool and mini-gym all meant the kids were fully occuppied. Location also good - 5 mins by car to nearest supermarket and 10 minutes into Javea. Only minor drawback was lack of aircon (although that could have been offered as an optional extra that i missed, not sure). All in all highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa conforme en tout point aux photos. La maison est spacieuse, la piscine grande et agréable, et le terrain de tennis a été un vrai plus pour jouer avec les enfants. L’environnement est calme et verdoyant, parfait pour se détendre.La villa est située, à environ 15 minutes en voiture de Jávea et 25 minutes de Dénia.Quelques éléments à prendre en compte : il n’y a pas de volets roulants, donc si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière le matin, pensez à prendre un masque de nuit.La chambre principale dispose de la climatisation, les deux autres sont équipées de ventilateurs de plafond.Autre point à noter : les mitigeurs des deux douches principales sont très sensibles, ce qui rend difficile l’obtention d’une température d’eau stable (ni trop froide, ni brûlante). Nous avons finalement opté pour la douche de la petite maison annexe, qui ne posait pas ce problème.En raison du grand terrain et du cadre très végétalisé, nous avons aperçu trois rats pendant notre séjour, dont un à proximité du séjour. Cela semble lié à l’environnement naturel du quartier, et les propriétaires ont été avertis.Un geste sympathique : le propriétaire, Gary, est passé à l’improviste pour nous offrir des pizzas – une gentille attention, même si nous l’avons accueilli en pyjama !En résumé, une maison agréable pour des vacances en famille, avec un bon niveau de confort.

A wonderful stay at Villa Rosalia !!

We really enjoyed the villa Rosalia which is quite nice and very confortable. We appreciated the fully furnished kitchen, the BBQ area and the terrace and for sure the nice pool and tennis. All we needed to enjoy our holidays. At but not least, Gary was quite available when we need his help. I truly recommend this villa.

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce . Super grande piscine avec grande profondeur . Etat des lieux impeccable et équipement complet (ainsi que serviettes de bain , de piscine , draps de lit ). Située au calme et sous protection d'une alarme . Le propriétaire est très sympathique et soucieux de notre confort . Il nous a offert à deux reprise des petites pizzas pour 7. Séjour génial que nous recommandons vivement

Wonderful villa.

Lovely spacious villa for the 6 of us. The pool, tennis court and gym meant that for the first time in 15 years I went on holiday and didn't put on any weight! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful holiday at Villa Rosalia in Javea

We have spent 3 wonderful weeks at Villa Rosalia in Javea this summer. The villa is spacious and perfectly located in a quiet area and just 10-15 minutes away by car from downtown, the beach and all attractions. We enjoyed the big swimming pool and the tennis court as well as the beautiful garden. We also liked the BBQ corner a lot ! The villa was clean and well maintained and the description was very accurate regarding layout and facilities. Most importantly we could benefit from an outstanding service provided by the owner. No doubt that villa Rosalia is the perfect place to spend wonderful summer holiday !

Great villa for relaxing!

Villa was great, plenty of room inside and out Pool was warm morning to evening Tennis court was good and put to use every day, great supply of tennis balls! Good location for Javea (Aranel), old town and Moraira (car necessary) Facilities good Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable and Karen (owner) always accommodating We would certainly recommend this villa

Fantastic villa, perfect for families

The property was stunning, tastefully decorated with loads of space. We travelled with four children aged between 6 and 16 years and it catered really well for them. We loved the wild guinea pigs and rabbits. It is a great holiday for both people who like to be active with the pool, gym and tennis court and for those who just like to laze in the gardens, by the barbecue area or relax in the casita. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and Karen, the owner, took time to ensure everything was just right. Would recommend, thank you.

Love the space & facilities

We loved the villa and all the facilities..so lovely having a tennis court with flood lights. It was the perfect temperature for running around during the day but in the heat of the summer it would be nicer to play in the cool of the evening. We even did a few workouts in the gym..never been so fit after a holiday! The pool is bigger than a normal villa pool, although this early it's very refreshing! We like it like that though...nothing beats an invigorating dip after a hot game of tennis. For a warmer swim we also used the indoor pool which is less than a mile away.. Location is good for going all ways...the main beach takes about 10 mins and supermarkets & closest village Benitachell are a couple of minutes in the car. We love Javea and the villa really suited us...lovely airy lounge and main bedroom which opens onto the garden... Very quiet and secure...would definitely recommend!

Amazing Villa

Villa rosalia

We had a fantastic holiday staying in this villa. Everything was as described and it was a real home from home....with the added bonuses of pool, trampoline and sun!! There is a lot of space in and outside and it is very private. Although it is set in a residential area, you cannot see anyone else and it feels like you are the only people around. Having the dishwasher and washing machine was great. The water filter was also a bonus. It was clean and a cleaner came once during our 16 night stay. Pool was maintained regularly....pool net etc there to pick out the leaves etc ourselves. Karen and Gary (owners) were readily available to answer questions and were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed around the villa for most of the holiday, but did go to the lovely local Arenal beach....a beautiful beach with some nice restaurants. Javea old town was very nice too. We ventured to benidorm to Aqualand and Terra Mitica...definitely worthwhile for the children and adults!! A car is required to stay here but shopping is very local and beach is about 7mins in the car. We would certainly recommend staying here....Ideal if large family away with parents as they can have their own space in the cottage. Thank you to Karen and Gary for our wonderful holiday!

Lovely villa, tennis court and pool

What a great villa. Really well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for people to enjoy themselves and relax. The chaises longues in the lounge were a definate hit. The little cassita was lovely and peaceful with a fantastic walk in shower. We played plenty of tennis and lazed by the pool when it got too hot. The pool is a good size and nice and deep. The big steps in were perfect for sitting on with a book when you needed to cool down. The barbeque and outside table were lovely for evening meals. You definately need to have a car as it is on the outskirts of Javea. We would recommend driving to the beautiful Platje Grenadella (20 mins) with clear blue water for snorkelling and a restaurant serving the best paella ever.

This is a great Villa to choose as you have the best of everything all on one plot . Space and privacy and plenty of things for the children and you to do so you don´t need to rush to go anywhere. You very well located to get to the beach and other areas of Javea quickly.
