The cottage was lovely, and was very comfortable. Nice sheltered garden , and some nice walks from the house incl one to a great pub in Greenhaugh

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage.

Great location, remote and surrounded by fantastic countryside but within easy reach of nearby villages and a town with everything you are likely to need. Exceptionally clean cottage and very private with lovely enclosed garden. Pleasant and comfortable interior and kitchen very well equipped.

Relaxing and quiet

Location was perfect to enjoy the sky at night. We loved having the sheep for neighbours at such a peaceful spot. The cottage had everything we needed and made a great base for exploring further afield.

Beautiful cottage

I had a lovely week in this beautiful cottage. It was well equipped and has stunning views. I loved the garden and I felt very safe there. Did some lovely walks around the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Great little cottage to get away from it all!

The owners couldn’t have been more helpful and the cottage is clean comfortable and warm with beautiful views... great for walking and cycling... we hope to be back.

Perfect getaway cottage.

Cottage better than described perfect for a short break. Lovely secluded and secure garden ideal for our dog. Everything in cottage that you need for a relaxing getaway. Ideal location for exploring the region. Welcomed by Jim, who is just a few minutes away if needed.

Blossom everywhere!

Lovely cottage - great garden for dogs - completely secure and plenty corners and bushes to explore. Found a fairly quiet road for dog walks. Beautiful countryside.

Fabulous as ever!

We keep coming back to this cottage. Clean, well equipped and with a perfect, safe, walled garden for the dog. Although you have to drive everywhere, we love the location and peacefulness.

Fabulous 😁

The cottage and location are fabulous. Really peaceful with plenty to explore in the local area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available in the cottage. It’s really well equipped. A true get away from it all holiday. Will definitely be back.

Lovely cottage

Well equipped cottage in a spectacular location. There was a mobile phone signal in the house which was very useful. Dark skys and lots of wonderful walks.

Very comfortable cottage in lovely quiet location

We always like to escape the crowds and this cottage was perfect for this! Beautiful walks from the door. Cottage very comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed meeting Jim who was very helpful on our first night. Very much hope to return....
