広い庭（プール、山、ビーチ）に囲まれた魅力的なコテージ（最大4-6 p）

Dear Mr. Laurent, thank you very much for your positive review on the location “charmant” and on the "professionalism of our reception and of our advice". It is a pity that I knew from you only the night before your departure (and now to read it from your review) that the kitchen equipments were a bit lacking, since in reality we have several ones which we provide when our guests make specific requests. Generally our guests do not do too much "elaborate" cooking and the "basic equipment" are often more than enough, but we always ask us upon arrival to all guests if everything is fine and they have some more demands or necessities. The pleasantness of our guests' stay is very important for us and it is a pity not to have known these needs on time. Regarding the apartments we also have some of them with sitting area and sofa in the living area and even here it would have been useful for us to have this specific communication before arriving. Often our guests choose just the apartment you had with a living room not too big, it is true, because of the very large glass walls with a beautiful view of the gardens below, which maybe partly compensate for the lack of a sofa in the living room. Another small clarification is that the Maiella National Park is only 5 minutes away by car, with beautiful and wild natural places (like the spectacular canyon of the Valle dell'Orta, but there are several others) and only the top of the mountain is 30 minutes away. The same can be said for the Gran Sasso National Park, which is only 15 minutes away by car (see for example the spectacular Tirino river with various sports and nature activities, but not only) and only the summit of the Gran Sasso (the highest point reached by car) is about at 45/50 minutes drive.
