Location fantastic

The location made our 2 month stay memorable. The kitchen was a bit small for cooking main meals especially when we were staying 2 months.The owner was very responsive and helpful. We recommend the apartment and would staythere again.

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

We had an amazing holiday in Torremolinos. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was great and never overcrowded. We could walk everywhere which was a bonus. We loved Torremolinos and it caters for all ages, interests and pockets. We had such a great holiday and we really didn't want to go home. We can highly recommend this apartment, it's location and Torremolinos. Thank you Melanie we enjoyed a fantastic holiday!

Very good quiet and in center close to everything

Clean, quiet, 2 large bedrooms with confortable beds. Air conditioning. Good bathroom. Secure building with swimming pool open till 9:30 pm. In center 5 minutes walk to walking place and shops and restaurants. 7 minutes from beach by walk. I will come back.

A few issues

The apartment was not clean when we arrived and found ants in kitchen and bathroom that never left us. Owner also had issues with plumbing. We were completely compensated for our expenses regarding water issues. Apartment is perfectly situated near Nogarela Square, and the train station. Mercadona, bus station, elevator and stairs to beach and good restaurants are all close by. Apartment needs thorough cleaning and fumigation,once this is done it will be a great place to stay

Close to everything but not IN everything

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is the top floor with 2 small balconies. Has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The fridge is very small, college dorm style and the stove is a 2-burner. There are also very few pots/pans so don’t come here if you want to cook, I like cooking a few meals to give my body a rest from restaurants but it wasn’t possible here. Don’t think too many people care to cook while on vacation so it probably won’t matter. The AC was so necessary and I’m so grateful it worked great. Yes, there were a couple ants but we didn’t feel overrun. The fire stick was great to distract my son whenever I needed a little break and the couch was very comfy. If you are looking to be RIGHT in the action and commotion of everything, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want to be like 2 blocks away in a quieter zone, this place is perfect. Close enough to quickly walk to everything but not deal with drunk people or noise at night and it always felt safe. I definitely recommend this place!

Little gem

If you want to be right near the centre of Torremolinos then this is the place. The apartment itself is not huge, but it has everything you need. The complex appears to be mainly Spanish residents. It is very secure. Being August the weather was extremely hot, the only downside for us was the air conditioning is only in one bedroom and the lounge. Our girls found it stifling during the night. The balconies are quite small but big enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy the seaview. We got a bus card for €1.50 and loaded it with €. This meant you could travel for 60 cents instead of €1.70 each ride.Bargain.There was a bus stop literally outside the apartment complex. The train station was a five minute walk away. The pool area and garden was fantastic, so clean. I have never swam everyday of my holiday before. There are no sunbeds but chairs are provided. All in all we had an amazing holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Melanie, the owner was so very kind and let us stay later as we had a 10pm flight home. This helped us enormously.

Eine tolle Zeit mit kurzen Wegen

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Torremolinos. Die Kommunikation zuvor mit der Vermieterin war perfekt! Alle Informationen wurden bestens beteit gestellt und die Schlüsselübergabe lief einwandfrei. Das Appartement war bestens bestückt mit allem was man braucht, und sauber. Alle wichtigen Dinge waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war ebenfalls duper. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice stay in Torremolinos

We stayed (3 friends) at the apartment from 26 Sep to 12 Oct 2017. We enjoyed the location. Located within walking distance of the train and bus station, food markets and the active downtown, with its shops and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, safe and well renovated with a well equipped kitchen. The only gaps were a frying pan (the two that were in the kitchen were no longer usable) and a spatula. However, I'm sure Melanie, the owner will fix the problem when she knows it. We had access to the pool. However, you must check the opening dates. In our case, we left Oct. 12 and the pool was scheduled to close at the end of the month. We enjoyed internet wifi and air conditioning as it was very hot on the dates of our stay. On the other hand, we have used little air conditioning (at night only) because there is always a good wind on this floor. We recommend without hesitation this apartment. The communication with the owner is very easy and the answers very fast. Note that there is a small family restaurant and bar right in front of the exit of the apartment. Unfortunately we only discovered it 2 days before we left because we would have had some meals or tapas to take out when we did not want to go out for dinner. Située à quelques minutes de marche de la gare de train et d'autobus, des marchés d'alimentation et du centre-ville actif, avec ses boutiques et restaurants.L'appartement était très confortable, sécuritaire et bien rénové avec une cuisine bien équipée.Les seuls manques étaient une poele à frire(les deux qui étaient dans la cuisine n'étaient plus utilisables) et une spatule. Toutefois, je suis certaine que Melanie, la propriétaire va remédier au problème quand elle le saura. Nous avions accès à la piscine. Il faut cependant vérifier les dates d'ouverture. Dans notre cas, nous avons quitté le 12 oct et la piscine devait fermer à la fin du mois Nous avons apprécié internet WIFI et la climatisation car il a fait très chaud aux dates de notre séjour. Par contre, nous avons peu utilisé la climatisation(la nuit seulement) car il y a toujoujours un bon vent à cet étage.Nous recommendons sans hésitation cet appartement.La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile et les réponses très rapides. À noter qu'il y a un petit restaurant-bar familial juste en face de la sortie de l'appartement.Très bon et pratique pour apporter.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

As a family we have been coming to Torremolinos for over 20 years and we love it! Usually we stay in a hotel, but this year we fancied a change and opted for an apartment. This apartment did not disappoint! "Sunny Top Floor Air-conditioned Apartment With Fantastic Seaviews" was exactly right! It was great being on the 7th floor as you had views right across the town and the sea views are great too! The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, great little kitchen which had everything we needed and a lovely modern shower room. Both bedrooms were good sizes and very comfortable beds. The Wifi was excellent too, very quick! The location of the apartment was great too. We got the train from Malaga airport and Torremolinos, and then only a five minute walk to the apartment. Staying in the town itself was great to as it has so much to offer, lots of shops, bars and restaurants. One of our favourite restaurants was Palette, the food was always good and plenty of it! There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from and the waiters will always try to encourage you in. Often we would walk down to La Carihuela in the evenings as there are lots of bars and restaurants there too. We like Cabello’s, it’s a lovely position to sit and drink and watch the world go by. It’s just a short walk to the beaches too, with lots of sunbeds to choose from. We enjoyed eating lunch in one of the many chiringuitos along the beach, sampling the local beer and fish. We really recommend this apartment for its close proximity to the town and the beaches. Thank you Melanie, we will be back. And thank you for Peter and Avril to for welcoming us.

BRILLIANT FAMILY APARTMENT AND LOCATION :-)

Just returned from a 10 day stay at these apartments, from the initial enquiry the owner has been so helpful and informative to us, as this is the first time we have used owners direct. The apartment was fantastic, everything you need and more, very clean and brilliant location. The views were outstanding as being on the top floor, a choice of 3 lifts so no problem with luggage. We used the pool every day, which was never over crowded and met some lovely people. The location was absolutely spot on for us, within five minutes walk from restaurants, train station and shopping centre. Would highly recommend these apartments to my family and friends.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

The apartment was clean and everything as described. We were met at the apartment by a lovely couple who provided the keys and extra information. We hardly used the aircon as there is a lovely breeze if you leave doors open. Its on the 7th floor which means fairly quiet and there are 3 lifts available so all good. Dealing with Melanie was very easy and she gave us so much information which was helpful. Apartment was located near shops, station and beach. The downstairs pool was clean and easy to access and used by us almost daily. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it as good place to stay. Thanks Melanie for the use of your lovely apartment.

Highly Recommended

This apartment had it all - perfect location, great views, spacious rooms and well resourced facilities. I have never rented anywhere with such a great choice of wine glass! The wifi worked even at the pool - which was a lovely pleasant large area and huge pool that wasn't ice cold - just nice. Very quiet no crowds even at the height of the season. Central to shops train station and beach - fantastic!

Great Apartment

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment and would thoroughly recommend it. It is situated very centrally, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and town and is a great base for enjoying Torremolinos. It is very well appointed, with everything you would need for your stay and enjoys beautiful views over the Mediterranean. The apartment also has two quite spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living area,a nice modern bathroom with a great shower and a newly fitted small kitchen which contains the obligatory corkscrew! What I would say is that the pictures of the swimming pool area do not do it justice as it far more attractive than shown with a children's play area, synthetic grass and toilet facilities although if your like us you will probably go to the beach at El Bajondillo Playa or Playa Carihuela. The complex is very well maintained and communal areas are cleaned daily. The owner Melanie was a pleasure to deal with and she arranged that we were met by a lovely couple Pete and Avril on our arrival in Torremolinos who showed us up to the apartment. We would definitely use this apartment again

We have dreamed of owning a property in Spain for some time and after staying in this area of Torremolinos a couple of years ago this apartment became available and we jumped at the chance of buying it. Because of its fantastic transport links it makes weekend breaks quick and easy.

We bought this apartment 8 years ago and have slowly been upgrading it while enjoying holidays there ourselves. We love the convenient location - we can be in the apartment within an hour of landing at Malaga airport by using the on airport train service which takes about 10 minutes with trains departing every 20 minutes.

Benefits are quick transport to Malaga airport and all areas along the coast by train and/or bus. Cool breezes because of the open aspect of the apartment. Fantastic seaviews. Proximity to bars/restaurants/supermarkets and beaches. No need for expensive car hire.
