Lovely cottage, very well situated just outside Brixham. Comfortable and clean with a nice terrace. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Churston Cove. Had a really lovely time and would like to come again

We found the cottage clean and quaint, the bath took a bit of getting used to, but we were there for 2 weeks and managed overall!I loved the proximity to that walk to the cove which we did twice only because of the cold weather!We spent two nice weeks there, thank you!

The cottage had everything we needed. It was really handy to have a washing machine, outside clothesline and dishwasher. Beds were very comfortable and rooms well equipped. The children loved the loft area and toys. The bathroom was spotless.Parking was really easy and we managed to park right outside every day. Location was great for what we needed.

Really lovely place, well presented cottage with everything you need. Dog friendly!!! In a nice and quiet area, close to walks and a short drive to Brixham to enjoy the traditional British Harbour town.The only negative is the squeaky metal bed frame with the most minute movements... That kept disturbing the dogs, in turn waking us.

My name is Abigail Gibbs and I was fortunate to have grown up in the area along with my two brothers, and I was very excited to have acquired this lovely cottage in Churston Ferrers Brixham.
I am an author, proof reader and editor. I spend some of my spare time here writing, , its where I can enjoy the peace , quiet and solitude required to pen that next chapter.

The reason I fell in love with this cottage in particular, it felt authentic and maintained a traditional cottage feel . . My first viewing was in the winter and it was especially inviting and cosy and I knew immediately there was little point looking any further.. The location is convenient as I have yet to learn to drive, Brixham and the bus stop are so near to hand, for that much needed coffee, after a long night writing. (Yes that's when it all happens)
I also love walking and in no time at all you can be on the South West Coastal Path, a long trek and plenty of fresh air is perfect for plotting the next storyline.

The cottage is well equipped for children, so they won't be bored. I cherish memories of holidays where quality time was spent with my parents, sometimes just enjoying the simplest pleasures
