Fantastic villa in Alcúdia. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a great pool and outdoor area (with an incredible view). Perfect location, close to the town and beaches. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

We had the best time! Property is stunning, house is beautiful. Everything was extremely clean, air conditioning worked great in all bedrooms. Location is excellent, easy to get to beaches. Pool was perfect. We have no complaints and cannot wait to come back! It’s a magical place & our family loved it! From our 2 yr old to our 80 year old dad :) Maria Rosa was also excellent and super helpful! We’ll be back! :)

Amazing!!

We loved this Villa. It’s even better than the photos. The pool is huge and even with 9 people there was so much space. Lots of shady areas to enjoy and lots of sun-beds to get a nice tan. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Bedroom are comfy and spacious. Everywhere is very clean.

Finca can faveta

Die Villa war fantastisch! Wir waren 12 Personen und alle waren begeistert! Maria ist eine super Gastgeberin und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen da die Finca auf einer anhöhe neben der Hauptstrasse ist. Zum platja de Muro in Alcudia hatten wir ca 10 Minuten mit den Autos. Insgesamt hatten wir 3 Mietautos welche super Platz hatten vor de Finca. Wir hatten rundum eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können Maria, ihren Bruder und die Finca wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Finca, die keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Die Fotos und die Beschreibung entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Das Anwesen bietet alles, um eine entspannte Zeit zu haben. Besonders genossen haben wir die gute Ausstattung, die Außenküche und den Pool. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem gut angeschlossen. Ein Auto ist jedoch zwingend erforderlich. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay at this property and the kids between 10 months up to 10 years hade a great time too. The old stonehouse was really beautiful.

Stunning!!

Beautiful villa, spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Had the most amazing stay. Definitely need a car to travel around. Very peaceful and quiet place with unique architecture. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying again, missing the swimming pool already!! Host very welcoming and easy to contact. Fell in love with this place!!

Great villa/finka

Had a lovely stay with two families. Great pool area, general location nice, about a ten minute drive to Alcudia. Slightly strange layout with two kitchens means a bit of going back and forth which is a little frustrating. Nice the bedrooms have A/C. Would definitely return.

What a special place

A beautifully maintained and managed estate. The pool was heavenly & the beautiful noise of the sheep was blissful. A perfect location to explore the island and return to peaceful privacy. What beautiful nature and a very comfortable house. The layout was great and the outdoor as well as indoor kitchen were so functional! A wonderful treat of a vacation

Diese ursprüngliche Finca ist sehr schön und es fehlt an nichts. Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und haben sich bei Fragen im Vorfeld wie auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr schnell zurückgemeldet und gehandelt. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen.

Fantastic Finca

We have just returned from our family holiday with our four children, their partners and two babies. The finca was beautifully clean and provided perfect accomodation for our large group, including large and spacious bedrooms for everyone, a variety of seating areas to suit everbody's needs, and a fantastic, well-equiped outdoor kitchen with a great range of bowls and big pans. The pool was excellent too, the gardens beautifully kept, with the extra bonus of fresh lemons from the trees. We loved the location with easy access to Pollensa, Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. The mountain views from the finca are spectacular and the elevated position is very special. Maria is a very kind and attentive host. There was excellent communication prior to our trip (and during) and she was very helpful and flexible when our flight was delayed. Overall, it's a very special holiday finca in a great location which we would thoroughly recommend.

Dream came true.

Our dream was to stay at a finca at mallorca to celebrate our 70:s birthdays with our children and their families. The dream came true. We could feel the historic bakground everyday. With the sheep close by it was really a countryside experience. The house was very picturesque and all eleven of us made dinner outside everyday. Morningcoffe outside enjoying the sunrise behind the mountain was breathtaking. The pool was great for the young ones. House was clean and very functional. Everyday foodshopping in Sa Pobla worked fine. Access to cars is necessary. Our host senora Maria Rosa took well care of us. Thank you. Birgitta & Henrik

Traumhaufte Finca auf Mallorca

Wir hatten einen wunderschöne Zeit auf der Finca Can Faveta. Das Haus ist wirklich einzigartig und hat sehr viel zu bieten. Auch für Kleinkinder sehr gut geeignet, da sie viel herumlaufen können ohne Sie aus dem Blickfeld zu verlieren! Absolut zu empfehlen!

The best house around Alcudia

We had a wonderfull time in Can Faveta. The house was clean and very cosy. Very Nice to stay with A big family. Everything was perfect. A big swimmingpool and different terrasses. We can recommand this house very much. The owners of the house were also very kind and helpfull.

Un super séjour!!!

Nous avons apprécié l'aménagement extérieur de la maison. La piscine, la vue et la salle de billard!!! Une maison très agréable quand il fait beau!! car certainement très sombre quand le temps est maussade. Un petit inconvénient: Ne pas pouvoir partir à pied de la maison pour faire des balades... Par contre nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'être au milieu des petits agneaux. A noter aussi énormément de moustiques à partir de 17h... Hélas, un fléau que nous retrouvons un peu partout

Toller Ort für Erholung

Die Finca liegt toll auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, völlig ruhig und uneinsichtig. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Features, die man benötigt. Die Outdoorküche hat uns am besten gefallen. Bei schönem Wetter ist das Leben (Essen/Trinken/Chillen) draußen uneingeschränkt möglich. Der Pool ist toll, riesengroß mit einem tollen Panorama. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft ! Wir waren mit 10 Personen und 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders toll sind der Pool und die große Außenküche! Alcudia und Pollenca sind schnell zu erreichen. Man sollte sich definitiv einen Mietwagen nehmen. Maria Rosa war stets hilfsbereit und super freundlich! Wir können das Objekt und die Vermieterin nur empfehlen ! Muchas gracias

A perfect escape!

I cannot rave enough about our time staying at this Finca! Firstly, the support from Mary was above and beyond. She was responsive, helpful and accommodating across the board. As for the house itself, it was beautifully kept with plenty of space for all ten adults (that also need to get away from each other at times!) with a large pool, various sitting areas, two kitchens, sizeable bedrooms, not to mention a great view of the valley and the sea at a distance. We enjoyed many days just at the house and also ventured to the local beaches and vineyards nearby. It's a great location with a bit less tousim then the south part of the island which we really appreciated. All in all, we would recommend anyone to come to this finca for a stay - it has something for everyone + more!

Wonderful stay

I’ve just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property- the photos don’t do justice to the amazing location or layout. The pool area and outside kitchen and seating areas were brilliant for our group of three families. We had children ranging from 4 to 23 and everyone had a great time. The finca is within easy driving distance of both Alcudia old town and the port, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are also good supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Maria the owner was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great house and pool at lovely location

The house is close to nearby cites and beaches but also lovely to just stay at. My only tiny comment is the logistiscs of the kitchen - there is an outdoor kitchen, and indoor and a pantry for bowls and plates, so we did a lot of walking between kichens. Would definitely go back.

An absolutely lovely villa with fantastic surroundings!

We, 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2-17), spent 10 days in the end of June in beautiful Finca Can Faveta, an absolutely lovely villa with fantastic surroundings! It’s beautiful, genuine, rustic, well-kept, clean and have plenty of space for 12 people. Everything, just everything, is truly beautiful and well thought through in the villa; well equipped kitchen, beautiful china and pots, uniform towels and linen, clean bathrooms etc. you will not miss anything here! An extra big star to the pool which was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, a joy to play and swim in (due to its generous size). The main road below the villa and its surroundings does not disturb at all, it feels rather safe to be able to easily drive to, shopping, beaches, lunch restaurants or straight down to Palma. This place is suitable for those of you who appreciate the calm, genuine and beautiful, who want to live in privacy but still have proximity to necessities by car. This villa is a dream for a group/family that appreciates cooking dinners at home, enjoying a generous pool and likes daytrips to beautiful places around. For nearby grocery shopping we recommend Lidl and Eroski in Sa Pobla, for lunch and beach Puerto Pollenca is the most beautiful place close by and offcourse Palma (easy to get there and park in garages in the middle of the city). The hostess María Rosa is fantastic; professional, warm and service-minded!
