Bias near Mimizan and Mimizan Plage - Villa with swimming Pool

Beautiful house with beautiful swimming pool. Very quiet location. Everything was exactly as described on the site. Contact with the owner and intermediary was very positive. Friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended. Address to remember if we return to the same region.

Perfect Stay, nice accommodation

The welcome was extremely warm and communication was simple, direct and uncomplicated. The house corresponded exactly to the description. The House is locktest in a quiet area. Unfortunately on some days you can smell the local paper mill throughout the whole region. But the stay was very pleasant overall. Gladly again.

Fantastic Holiday rental

The villa was amazing, we rented the villa as wanted to take advantage of the cycling paths, but also rather indulged in the home comforts of the villa, lazing by the pool, bbq's on the decking. We were delighted to find that the villa was really well kitted out, no looking for a corkscrew, champagne glass or rummaging around for something to read....everything had been thought of! Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

Lacking cleanliness an imposition.

We (5 adults from 2 families) have been holidaying for many years in holiday homes in France, Italy, Spain, Croatia and Mallorca. But we have never had such a house before. This house has not been cleaned properly for weeks. The kitchen was totally dirty. All cupboards (inside and outside) dirty and glued. The built-in coffee machine totally disgusting. The white doors to the bathroom covered with dirty fingerprints. The rotor blades of the fans so dirty that it is not only in COVID times an imposition. The cushions of the couch in the living room and the garden are stained and unsightly. The sunloungers were so dirty that you could see the outlines of the previous users on them. sweat, dirt. It's a pity that I can't upload photos here. The photos at FeWo-direkt are years old. The pictured gas barbecue is not available for at least three years. We went home the next morning. Only the next morning, because we had an 11-hour drive behind us and the return trip on the same day was not possible. This is not a matter of something not being completely clean. On holiday you overlook small things and clean up what is important to you. But the dirt in this house was no small thing.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer extrem ruhigen Gegend. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet mit tollen Betten und sehr viel Platz. Der Pool war überraschend frisch, aber sehr angenehm. Er wurde während unseres Aufenthalts auch 2x gereinigt - top!

Maison très agréable dans laquelle nous avons passé un très bon séjour du 17 au 24 aout 2024. 3 couples d'adultes. Confort conforme à l'annonce : barbecue, machine à laver, lave vaisselle,.... Grand jardin pour manger tranquillement Quartier calme. Piscine bien entretenue et très agréable. Un grand merci à Kathy pour son accueil et son suivi discret tout au long de la semaine. Super maison proche de la plage

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Liz avec un super accueil très simple de Kathy. La maison est très bien équipée, on se sent comme chez nous: piscine, barbecue, internet, vaisselle, tout était parfait. A 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Lespecier, très grande plage avec baignade surveillée, restaurant de plage et école de surf. On recommande vivement de séjourner dans la maison de Liz

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser grundsätzlichen sehr guten Unterkunft und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter. Verbesserungspotential : * Bedienungsanleitung für den Ofen * Töpfe und Pfannen könnten erneuert werden * Es fehlte eine Salatsschleuder und gegebenenfalls eine Zitronenpresse * Hatten zu Anfang einige Probleme mit der Stromversorgung. mehrfach hat es die Sicherung rausgehauen wenn wir den Toaster + die Kaffeemaschine angeschaltet hatten. * Die Fahrräder müssten für den sofortigen Einsatz überholt werden * Wir haben in den ersten beiden Tagen ein sehr unangenehmes hohes Geräusch aus dem Nachbargrundstück bekommen. Es handelt sich dabei entweder um ein Nebengeräusch der Klimaanlage des Nachbarns oder um eine akustische Marderfalle. Die Lösungsbereitschaft des Nachbarn dieses unangenehme Problem war sehr gering bis nicht vorhanden. erst nach Eskalation wurde das Geräusch abgestellt. der Nachbar macht einen sehr unsympathischen Eindruck wobei man in der Regel keinen Kontakt mit dem Nachbarn haben muss. Wie gesagt nach den 2 Tagen hatten wir sowohl mit dem Piepsgeräusch wie mit dem Nachbarn keine Probleme mehr. Bg Peter

Top Haus und freundlicher Kontakt

Wir haben als siebenköpfige Familie eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dem Haus gehabt. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Nur die Holzterrasse um den Pool sollte mal erneuert werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder die Region in Frankreich hat es uns echt angetan.

Casa perfecta para estar tranquilos en familia, con todo lo necesario pero lejos de la playa

La casa en general está muy bien, tanto la sala y la cocina y utensilios, como las habitaciones y el porche. La piscina pequeña pero suficiente para una familia y ha sido una maravilla por los días de fuerte calor. Algunas cosas a mejorar: - mantenimiento de las maderas y los bloques alrededor de la piscina ... necesitan una revisión - cazuelas y sartenes de la cocina estaban muy estropeadas - hacen falta más platos llanos y tenedores - falta una cortina en la ducha del baño integrado en la habitación Como último apuntes, el precio es algo caro, aún sabiendo que la estancia fue en temporada alta y la casa queda bastante lejos de las playas, por lo que no fuimos a la playa de l'Especier y a Mimizan solo de paseo Gracias a Katryn por su disponibilidad y amabilidad

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Uns hat es in dem Ferienhaus gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Konnte sich dort gut erholen. Zum Strand musste man mit dem Auto fahren, gab aber sehr schöne Strände in der Umgebung.

I live in SW England with my twin boys. We spend most of our holidays in Southern France, where we have made amazing friends and have really fallen in love with the country, especially the beaches and forests.

Built in 2012 from our own design, It`s a comfortable, practical home from home.

We love Bias because although quiet, it boasts some fantastic facilities nearby. There are beautiful beaches, surf, forests, activities (high ropes/horse riding/ cycling) and a great range of easily accessible bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here.

The area is easily accessible with Bordeaux airport just over an hour away.

We fell in love with the area due to its beautiful, long, uncrowded beaches and plentiful surf. There are several activity centres nearby offering horse riding, paint-ball and high ropes. There are miles of beautiful forest accessible on newly built cycle tracks linking all local beaches.
Bias is quiet enough to escape the crowds, but only 5km from the nearest beach and a short drive to the lively local town of Mimizan. There is an abundance of good bars and restaurants all within a short distance. Mimizan has some lively festivals and is an interesting, friendly place.
The drive from Bordeaux airport takes just over an hour and is simple and stress free.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The house is only just over 10 years old and is cool and spacious. It has its own lit pool and a sun deck, with loungers and covered terrace, where you can relax. There is a separate relaxation area, with outdoor sofa's and a gas fired BBQ. There is another separate Alfresco dining area, with an outdoor dining table on comfy chairs that can accommodate up to 8 people. In addition there is a spacious garden great for children to play in, with the added benefit of a full sized ping pong table.
There is internet, a DVD player and satellite TV within a comfortable lounge/dining area.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with the master having its own walk in shower en-suite. The main bathroom has a walk in shower and twin sinks. There are two double beds and a bunk bed in the third bedroom (replacing for two singles which can be made a double for Summer 2020). The lounge has a double sofa bed giving versatile arrangements.
The kitchen has a hob, combination oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The house has central heating, automatic venting and even remote control heated towel rails!
