Great time

This was a great property. The pool was amazing and overall accomodations were wonderful. Location was good on beautiful canal. Only drawback was it was close to busy road.

Stay away! Terrible experience!

Property does not look like listing. House was smelly, oven dirty, shower curtain moldy, worst of all pool was shared, not at all as listed. No privacy in backyard, basically it's one house separated into a few units to make more money. I could not stay there even one night and left the property. Owner was not responsive or caring at all!

Relaxing Fun

We really enjoyed having coffee on the canal every morning—lots of bird life. Boys loved the pool & we had some fun basketball games there. Lonnie & team were fantastic! And shout out to Ciao Trattoria—friendly, delicious neighborhood Italian:)

Great get away

We had a great time in sunny Florida. The house was clean and the pool was warm and clean. Any store or restaurant was within walking distance or a very short ride. The ride to sanibel beach was not bad at all. Especially at the 5 o’clock hour when the sun isn’t so strong. The traffic was going the other way and the sunset is beautiful. My only issue was that we would have been feeling more safe with a chain lock on the door where my little ones can’t reach. They were able to open the doors so it was a bit stressful at times with the kids overnight wondering if they got out the door. Another thing was that we didn’t realize the house was a duplex until after I booked it. It ended up perfectly fine and the neighbors didn’t bother us at all but was a surprise at first. Also when I went to check out on paying for the vacation I didn’t realize at first that there was an extra charge for each person staying which made the price just about double what I thought it was. I payed half as much last year for another house similar that was a single family house. I did appreciate the bucket and pails for the kids when they went to the beach. I also appreciated them partly childproofing the house and moving the breakable objects. We didn’t have to move much at all when we got there . Overall we had a great time and we did not want to leave . We had a great time at bowmans beach, lakes park and Naples zoo and the pool was wonderful too!

I really like the house, good neighborhood, close to everything, just I think it was very expensive, and I tried to get and extra day and wow overrate just one night .

Spring break with the kids

This place was extremely cute! And very clean the neighborhood was nice and quiet and our neighbors were really friendly! The property owner was very nice and professional during interactions!

Nice stay; updates needed

This was a nice place to stay and have a pool for entertainment while we cooked. We are a family that is financially minded, so we can take multiple vacations a year. Thus, we cook as many meals as possible at the houses we stay. That said, the kitchen could use updates as pans are old and coating is flaking, which is not healthy. Cleanliness could use some work as floors were dirty. Not sure if it was the area rugs or the floor, but my feet picked up dirt when walking barefoot.

Cape Coral Vacation

House was ok - very dated. Could use a little more cleaning. Owner was pleasant, VRBO messed up search with number of people and rate. Charge a lot more than expected.

Comfortable stay

The unit was comfortable for our stay; conveniently located for our son’s college baseball showcase events in Fort Myers; Sabrina was terrific - responsive & friendly. Our only surprise was that it’s a duplex with a shared pool. May we suggest that it’s more clearly & directly stated in the property description? Otherwise, good stay!

Fabulous!

Another great stay , this place was not only very clean, we had a lot of fun playing volleyball in the pool , walking distance to a lot of restaurants and night clubs. I will come and stay again ! Thank you Lonny & Kathy for allowing us to stay in your home!

Right on the road that goes to the yacht club Beach

Me and my friends played in the pool and BBQ pool side all weekend. We had a great time!! Going home with a great tan.

Met all our needs

This property was on the small size but met all our needs. The pool was great and we really lucked out with the weather. Very good location for entertainment and restaurants. On a busy street so not very peaceful. We had a problem with dirty screens and ants, but this was immediately taken care of. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses, adding some sharp knives in the kitchen, adding tv to bedrooms and tv channels.

End of Canal

A bit dated, but decent for our needs. Beds were comfortable. It's attached to another property, which I was unaware of, but it didn't effect our stay. It's near a busy street, this didn't effect sleeping, just noisy while outside. It's on the very end of a canal, which seemed to be where all liter gathered. We never sat by the canal, it was pretty gross. The pool was warm and nice. Very basic channels, couldn't watch the bowl games, no ESPN. Internet connection was very spotty while outside. There are good restaurants and bars in the area.

I really needed time to get away and enjoy quality time with my family, not only is this place in a private area, but it was accommodating for all of our needs! Nice big pool and the temperature was just right.we also played volleyball! a new grill that we used the whole time, and we rented kayaks me and the kids had such a relaxing wonderful time! It is a really nice place to stay and I will be booking with this company from now On! Glad I could find something as nice as this!

Yacht Club Villa

The villa was very spacious and would be great for a family or a few couples. We enjoyed the large lanai and pool. However, it is located next to a busy road which made it quite noisy. The other issues are that the window blinds are very thin so you’re going to be an early riser whether you like it or not. It also was not especially clean & floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Suggest they get a new cleaning crew.

We travel to Cape Coral several times a year, our three adult kids show up at the same time and having 2+ bedrooms and 2 baths was a must have. I work from home so having space for a small office is important also. The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!
