プライベートプール付きの独立したヴィラ

不動産を購入した後、私たちは個人的に、1つが円形の2つの接続されたブロックで構成されるこの典型的な石造りの家（地元では「パジャラ」と呼ばれます）の修復を見ました。 元々は農業用の道具を保管するために建てられ、秋にはオリーブのピッカーに屋根を供給することもありましたが、現在では田舎風の設備が整ったヴィラになっています。 外のスペースは、プールのそばで、大きな天蓋またはオリーブの木陰の下で、長い晴れた日と涼しい夏の夜を楽しむのに理想的です。 小型の屋外炊飯器と固定バーベキューを利用できます。 プールの隣に屋外シャワーがあります（10m x 5m）。 家にはWi-Fi接続があります。 特に夏の間は、多くの宗教的および文化的なイベントを楽しむことができます。 フードフェスティバルは、地元のさまざまな料理やワインを味わえる周辺の村でほぼ毎日開催されます。 数多くの美しい砂浜と岩のビーチは、車で8分ほどの距離にあります。

Wir hatten 18 wundervolle und sonnige Tage. Die Unterkunft, der Pool und das tolle Grundstück waren perfekt. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit über ein Mietwagen und konnten die Gegend erkunden. Die Besitzerin sowie auch der Hausmeister Livio waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Livio kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um den Garten. Jeden Tag gab es frische Früchte.

Fabulous property in a great location although a car is essential (not a problem for us). Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful building and stunning outside seating area and pool, all kept to a very high standard. Emanuela was so helpful and thoughtful and answered any questions we had straight away and gave great recommendations of local restaurants.

A great place to be!

It's been a great stay, as the house is beautiful and the terrace and garden are very spacious and nice. Communication with the host Emanuela functioned very quickly and easily. Livio, the man who welcomes you at the beginning, is a very nice person too! I can really recommend this holiday destination with a dream garden!

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit

Wir hatten das Haus für 7 Nächte gebucht und waren absolut begeistert. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool sorgte im Besonderen bei unseren Kindern für sehr viel Freude. Der Pool ist an einer Stelle so tief, dass man von dem kleinen Sprungbrett sehr gut in den Pool springen kann. Wir hatten schon viele Häuser mit Pool, jedoch war dieser vom Spaßfaktor her herausstechend. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und hat mehrere Orte an denen man sich gemütlich aufhalten kann. Durch die besonders warme Zeit im Sommer waren die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer eine Wohltat in der Nacht. Emanuela ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die einem die gesamte Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Danke Emanuela für diese tolle Zeit! Auch Livio, der sich um den Garten und Pool gekümmert hat, ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful accommodation and surroundings

Wonderful Villa

This villa near Sannicola was fabulous. Beautiful gardens, wonderful big swimming pool, great outdoor relaxing and entertaining areas. The property itself was extremely well equipped and comfortable. Absolutely faultless. We all loved staying there and didn't want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Entspannte Spätsommertage

Le Pajare liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Sannicola mitten in Olivenhainen. Das sehr gepflegte Grundstück ist deutlich größer als auf den Abbildungen erkennbar, bietet jeglichen Komfort im Außenbereich und überrascht mit vielen Details wie einem kleinen Kakteengarten, einer mit blauen Blumen geschmückten Einfahrt oder mit Zitronen- und Feigenbäumen. Signor Livio empfing uns sehr freundlich. Le Pajare ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Emanuela verlief absolut erfreulich, Emanuela ist sehr sympathisch, sie antwortet stets sehr schnell, ist immer erreichbar und gibt auch gerne passende Tipps ab. Dank des großen Gartens nebst gepflegtem Pool, der ruhigen Lage des Grundstücks, der nahen attraktiven Ziele wie Gallipoli oder Otranto und den vielen schnell erreichbaren Strände haben wir abwechslungsreiche, aber entspannte Spätsommertage verbracht, der einzige Minuspunkt - wenn man das überhaupt so sagen darf - war, dass wir keine Gelegenheit hatten die viele Interessen mit uns teilende Emanuela persönlich kennen zu lernen. Wir können das Objekt gerne uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Bettina und Bernd

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Eines können wir mit Sicherheit sagen: in Live ist die Anlage nochmal viel schöner. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich ist ebenso einfach wundervoll. Groß, geräumig, gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin klappte einwandfrei. Der einzige, kleine Haken: die Pool-Sauberkeit. Es sammelt sich viel zu schnell Dreck (von den Bäumen, Blumen etc) am Grund/Boden des Pools an. Da müsste man 2 mal am Tag reinigen um die Sauberkeit zu gewährleisten. Wir hatten bereits mehr als 7 Ferienhäuser mit Poolanlagen (Toskana, Apulien, Umbrien) mit verschiedenster Ausstattung und hatten nie Probleme damit und Wind gibt es überall. Natürlich wurde auch hierbei sehr schnell reagiert und auch eine Reinigung vorgenommen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Jedoch wird die Problematik dadurch nicht dauerhaft behoben. Aber das ist nur ein kleines Manko gewesen. Was diese tolle Anlage noch ergänzen würde, wären ein Carport und ein Ganzkörperspiegel (Platz im Haus wäre dafür genügend vorhanden) Conclusio: Wir würden definitiv dieses Anwesen wieder buchen.

INCREDIBLE PLACE!!

WE LOVE THIS PROPERTY!! We had a two week stay here and can't say enough about how beautiful the house and grounds are, as well as the hospitality of Emanuella and Livio!! Livio is attentive without being intrusive and is a wonderful man... he also brought us some of the sweetest fresh cantaloupes we've ever had several times. We fell in love with the Puglia region and definitely plan to return again in the future. It was extremely hot while we were there, but the AC in the rooms and the beautifully cooled swimming pool more than made up for it. The house itself is immaculately clean and well... just flat out cool... we enjoyed several sunsets from the roof and the views are spectacular. The local Super Mac is a great store to get anything you might need and Sannicola and Tuglie (Origini Cafe for coffee and pastries is a must) are both beautiful towns with abundant options for eating and drinking. It is also an easy 10-12 minute drive into Gallipoli and we spent several days enjoying that amazing town and the public beach is a great swimming and sunning option with easy parking and access. We loved the food, staff and service at the Buena Vista there with its amazing views and cool breezes and there are some really great places to eat in the alleys of the Old Town. We also spent a great day doing the coastal drive from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca... stunning drives with lots of places to stop and relax, take pics and we highly recommend L'Incanto, which is in a small village just outside of SM di Leuca. If your Italian language skills aren't at least functional here, you will need to be able to use a translator app to help, as we found very few people in the region speak English (which is actually quite cool) but you have to work at communication. Navigation if you drive can also be stressful as Google Maps can play some tricks on you when you least expect it. And if you are going to drive you should be prepared to be assertive and drive with purpose without being aggressive just because the locals do... they know the roads and customs and you don't. I grew up driving in LA and pride myself on being able to handle just about anything but this is a totally different kind of experience. I cannot say enough how great this place is and how much we appreciated being able to spend a couple of weeks here. Thank you Emanuella for the most memorable vacation ever!!

Wonderful house in a relaxing environment

Our family (2 adults + 2 children, 10 and 12 years old) spent a week in this beautiful and wonderful house on the countryside. The house and the amazing garden offered a perfect and relaxing environment and gave us a nice base for our holiday. By car you reach amazing beaches, caves and small Italian towns within 15-20 minutes. The house was spotless and the communication with the owner as well as the caretaker worked really well. We’d come back without hesitation and could strongly recommend the house any day to other families. We’ve rented houses abroad for years in different countries and this one stand out as one of the best.

Peaceful break

Fantastic property. Private pool an absolute highlight. Welcoming host and owner. All wonderful. Is in a rural location a few minutes drive to the town of Sannicola. We loved our morning visits to the local fruit/veg vans. Driving distance to Gallipoli and Lecce (an absolute gem) lovely local beaches - some are better than others so do look around. Mosquitos are an issue. Didn’t see a single snake but lots of friendly lizards/gekko’s. :)

Beautiful villa

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything that you could ask for, the outside area is truly stunning and we used the outside cooking area most days. The kitchen was fully equipped to cater for all our needs. The villa was exceptionally clean. The host was so helpful at answering all our queries. Livio was a great in showing us where to shop for local produce which we very grateful for. We highly recommend this villa for your holiday rental.

Magnifique maison dans la campagne, mais a proximité de la plage des villes touristiques. Maison tres agreable ou meme en pleine chaleur la température à l’intérieur est agréable. Tonnelle magnifique qui permet de se reposer manger … Piscine agréable au mileu des oliviers. Litetie tres bien . Cuisine et materiel de cuisine rien ne manque . Le plus c’est Livio présent quand il le faut , et les legumes tomates poivrons aubergines figues… du jardin. Une tres bonne adresse et merci à Emanuela pour cet agréable sejour .

My name is Emanuela and together with my husband and children would like to welcome all our guests to our peaceful retreat! My husband and I are originally from this area but we have been living abroad, in different countries, for over twenty years. We bought this property in 2008 and had the stone house completely refurbished because we wanted to give some tangible roots to our children. We wanted them to have a sense of belonging since they were born abroad and always lived far away from their extended family. I am happy to say that this goal has been achieved! We have rented our house for many years and all our guests have always been very satisfied. Some of them have also come back.

Our house is quite unique in shape and it is immersed in the typical Salento countryside: intense red soil, century old olive trees and deep scent from bushes of lavender, rosemary and sage. It is a very quiet place and the only noise during the day is the sound of the cicadas, but the nearest village with shops, cafés and good trattorias is just over a kilometer away. The swimming pool provides a welcomed sense of relief from the heat, but many different beaches are within a short drive and they are definitely worth exploring. It is also very interesting to visit the old towns of Gallipoli and Otranto, just to name a couple of unique places within a short drive distance, and it is highly recommended to explore the historic centre of Lecce with its many baroque churches and buildings.

Our house also offers the possibility to experience the delicious local cuisine. There is an abundance of restaurants or trattorias and the price for eating good quality meals is extremely reasonable. For the guests who like to cook there is a vegetable garden just a few steps away from the house and vegetables can be just picked and prepared. The house comes complete with our “guardian angel” Livio who will be welcoming the guests and can be contacted at any moment for information or assistance. He doesn’t speak English but is able to communicate. We can always be reached by phone and will try to help as much as possible.
