Excellent Service

Kyle provided great service! We had some confusion about what was reserved, but Kyle resolved it very quickly and professionally. When I arrived on-site and had trouble locating the code, he again responded to my call and stayed with me until I sorted it out, after his workday ended. Thank you, Kyle, for ensuring everything was good!

Family Christmas Vacation

We had a group of 10 family members stay at this resort for Christmas. It was a perfect location for our group! We had plenty of activities to keep us busy, and space to retreat & relax if we wanted to!

Great Place

We had a great stay in Villa 1041. It was clean, quiet, and well decorated. The food at the resort was very good. We were there for a conference and the facilities for the meeting worked well. Lots to do in the area including hiking, biking, golf, and many more. We had a wonderful time.

We had a clean, quiet, and excellent time.

We loved our stay at the Zermatt. It exceeded our expectations. The kids loved watching the marmots around the natural hotsprings and they loved the pools and were even brave enough to swim outside when it was cool and raining (April). They also loved the carousel. The restaurants were reasonably priced and excellent.

Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay here to celebrate our 30th anniversary! Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and the ocean views from the lanai were amazing. We especially loved watching the whales while sitting on the lanai. So mesmerizing! We would definitely come back!

Swearingen Stay

Everything about our stay was great. All of the rooms were very spacious (Living Room, Bedrooms and Bathrooms). The gas fireplace was an added bonus that we did not expect. The only area I would say could be improved would be the kitchen supplies (pans and such) for cooking along with the kitchen ventilation.

We were there as grandparents with our daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren (4 1/2 and 1 1/12). The accommodations were perfect! Plenty of space and all useable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was easy walk and really good for children and adults. Covid-19 restricted our use of the facility but it did not restrict our fun. We will be back to Zermatt and we will be back to Midway. First time to both places. Loved it!

Stay

Hi Kyle - We did some upgrading to the kitchen supplies while we stayed. I did want to leave some new dish towels and oven mitts but didn't know how you handle washing them. Are those things you supply with the linens each cleaning. The kitchen towels that are there are not up to par. Let me know LeGrand

Good

We had the three bedroom villa. The two bedrooms in the main part were amazing, very spacious, loved the space and the resort itself. The three bedroom was very disappointing compared to the other rooms. There was a vent cover from the ceiling on the toilet when we first entered. The shower had a major leak when turned on, and was spraying water all over. The light switches didn't work with the lamps, and one light switch did not even have a knob to turn, so we had to unplug it completely. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable (even though the listing says Temperpedic beds, and the other two rooms had them). In the kitchen the dishwasher started coming out of the wall when the door was open. We tried to contact the manager about some of these issues via text message from number that was texted to us before our stay. Unfortunately, we never got a response back, and just had to deal with those problems. We loved staying there and really liked the whole resort, however were very disappointed in some of the accommodations and lack of communication from the manager. For spending the amount of money we did on the room, and the many problems we had, we would not recommend the staying here again.
