Limpiddu villa

Overall it was great. Beautiful property. Monica was excellent as was Marco who looked after all our needs. Budoni was beautiful as was the entire area. Property further from Budoni than we realized so having a car was a must. The extra linen fee for towels and sheets was a surprise and not clear at the booking time nor was the 200€ cash damage deposit request. Extra cash fees like this not something we had seen before. However alls well that ends well! Monica and Marco were more than reasonable with the cash arrangements. We absolutely loved Sardinia. And also dinner at La Pearla was excellent and close by as was Daniel’s Pizzeria. And Marco and Franchesca at the market were wonderful and kind and friendly.

Appartement résidentiel Limpiddu

Appartement très complet en terme d'équipements et proche de la mer et de toute commodité. Piscine très agréable donnant une vue agréable sur les environs. Un endroit situé idéalement pour visiter la côte est de la Sardaigne.

Appartement très bien situé

Très bel appartement très propre, bien agencé avec cuisine très bien équipée : idéal pour un couple. La piscine est propre et assez grande. Il y a sur place, une très bonne pizzeria à emporter, un restaurant italien à 5 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils (Monica parle très bien français :-)) et prêts à vous aider. La ville de Budoni est à 5 minutes en voiture avec toutes les commodités nécessaires : la plage est juste à côté. Situé pas trop loin d'une autoroute à 4 voies, l'appartement est à mi-chemin entre les îles de la Maddalena et la côte d'Orosei. Nous recommandons vivement l'appartement pour un séjour en Sardaigne !

Sommerurlaub 2019 in Limpiddu

Unser kleines Reich ist sehr ordentlich geführt. Das Pool am Haus wird gut gepflegt. Manchmal wurde es eng im Pool. Unsere Kinder sprangen auch Nachts noch in den Pool - das ist Sommerurlaub. Falls etwas nicht funktioniert ist Marco zur Stelle. Das kleine Cafe im Ortskern von Limpiddu gegenüber des Supermarktes; die gute Laune von Marco und seinem Team; unser Pool direkt am Haus die gute geografische Lage von Limpiddu: alles in allem einfach prima. Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Töchtern sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder! Tipp: Der Italiener am Ortseingang von Limpiddu

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

Wir waren im Juli 2019 zum zweiten Mal in einer Wohnung von Monica und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Kommunikation vorab und vor Ort hat uns Marco ebenfalls wieder prima empfangen. Absolute Empfehlung.

sehr schöner Urlaub

Neuwertiges sehr sauberes Appartement. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Auch das Bad ist sehr modern und grosszügig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Bar, einen Minimarkt und eine Pizzeria zur Selbstabholung, sehr lecker und preiswert. Der Check in verlief zügig und reibungslos durch Marco, der telefonisch immer erreichbar ist. Wir haben die Abende auf der luftigen Terasse mit dem Barbecue genossen .Limpiddu ist ein Vorort von Budoni, daher Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen gelungenen Urlaub, können das Appartement in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Beautiful Sardinian apartment with fantastic views.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting, up a hill with fantastic views. Lovely clean pool area and modern, clean apartment. Hosts Monica and Marco were brilliant from booking the holiday and during our stay and were available to help with our needs at any time. We arrived late at night and thankfully were welcomed with a few groceries which was a lovely touch. Our apartment on the first floor had a great spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi shower. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and equipment. The living area and balcony were slightly small for a family of four but after a couple of days we adjusted to it. The ground floor apartments were bigger and had a great private terrace area overlooking the pool which were good for families with small children. Ideally this would have suited us better and when we return I would request one of these apartments instead. The surrounding area was quiet but beautiful with a nice little bar and great mini market selling all necessities a stones throw away. The local beaches were beautiful and picturesque but very busy. A car is a must as Sardinia is a beautiful island that should be explored! We found some lovely quieter beaches not too far away. Thank you for a lovely holiday and comfortable stay, we will definitely return one day!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sardinien ist eine Reise wert, es ist eine sehr schöne Insel, sie heißt nicht umsonst die Karibik Europas. Wenn jemand nach Sardinien reist, muss einem bewusst sein, dass es eine rigorose Mülltrennung gibt, an die sich alle halten müssen. Das ist am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürgtig, auch wenn es in Deutschland ein ähnlichen System gibt. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht allen gezeigten Fotos. Die Kinder fanden den Pool sehr schön und alle weiteren Gäste haben sich an die Hausregeln gehalten. Es war ruhig und entspannend. Ich würde diese Wohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden am Anfang von Monica über viele Dinge informiert, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

VACANZA BELLISSIMA IN UNO SPLENDIDO RESIDENCE

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo Residence a Limpiddu, sulle colline di Budoni, e che dire... a dir poco stupendo. Al centro del complesso una splendida piscina ben curata e di sera illuminata. Il complesso è nuovo e l’appartamento è arredato con stile. Non manca proprio nulla. Ci sono: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, stendibiancheria e persino il ferro da stiro; zanzariere e aria condizionata in ogni stanza; 2 sdraio e l’ombrellone! C’è una bellissima veranda dove la sera si può cenare in piena tranquillità ammirando il paesaggio circostante. Il Residence è ben servito: vicinissimo un bar dove si possono trovare anche i giornali, di fronte il supermercato di Marco che è anche il referente dell’appartamento, disponibile per qualunque cosa e poco più avanti una pizzeria (pizza buonissima). Monica, la proprietaria, è molto gentile ed attenta ad ogni dettaglio; in casa c’è persino un raccoglitore dove ci sono tutte le info sull’appartamento, ristoranti e pizzerie, spiagge e luoghi d’interesse. Dimenticavo… se si vuole grigliare c'è anche la griglia in veranda… insomma spero di tornarci molto presto!

Die Eigentümerin Monica hat alles perfekt organisiert. Schnelle, reibungslose und sehr freundliche Korrespondenz im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes. Verwalter Marco war vor Ort aktiv und stets hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles modern und neu. Gute Betten, vollwertige Küche mit Gasherd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trocknergestell mit Klammern, Holzkohlegrill, Terrassenmöbel, 2 Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm, Flach-TV mit Satellitenprogrammen, Insektenschutz an allen Fenstern, großes Bad mit Erlebnisdusche ebenerdig. Alles tipp top! Wi-Fi hat nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, spätestens in der zweiten Woche (mit neuem Router) perfekt funktioniert. Schöner Gemeinschaftspool und gesicherter Autostellplatz vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch bestens verkehrstechnisch angebunden. Flughafen 30 Minuten, Strand 5 Minuten (Auto), „Tante Emma Laden“ gleich nebenan, größerer Supermarkt 10 Minuten (Auto), Restaurant 5 Minuten (zu Fuß). Und viele, viele megatolle Strände und Buchten in der näheren Umgebung!!! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Sardinien, haben uns in der Ferienwohnung absolut wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns für den liebevollen Service (inkl. Medizin) und den tollen Restaurant-Tipp (M&C in P).

Vacance à Limpiddu

Jolie résidence bien situé pour une première visite en Sardaigne. Le logement ou nous étions était neuf et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et du mobilier haut de gamme.. Les propriétaires Monica et Marco nous ont très bien accueilli.. ce sont des personnes formidable, gentils, disponible et toujours soucieux pour que vos vacances se passent a merveille. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait leurs connaissances. On vous recommande fortement ce logement, vous ne serez pas déçu. Superbe appartement !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines en Sardaigne et avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette résidence. Belle résidence avec piscine, très bien située, au calme, non loin de la plage et du centre ville. Une épicerie est également à quelques mètres, et c'est bien pratique. Magnifique appartement, bien agencé, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Tout est propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée et remercions Marco pour sa disponibilité. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et encore merci pour les délicates attentions dès notre arrivée et avant notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner ou à la conseiller à nos amis. Grazie mille Monica !

Lovely Sardinia holiday

We had a great time in this wonderful property in Limpiddu. It is brand new, we were lucky to be the first tenants. There were very few minor problems which one would expect as it is new, however the landlords were very quick in addressing these issues. The swimming pool was fantastic. Very glad it was air conditioned as the weather in July can be very hot. You have to pay extra for linen and Wifi (cost me an additional 60 Euros). The place is ok for kids, my 2 and 4 year old girls had great fun, the only problem is the sharp furniture edges - maybe this can improve in the future, again not a major issue. The TV works fine, and has a satellite cable i think, mostly Italian channels but my girls didn't mind watching cartoons in Italian at all !! They managed to watch their favourite English stuff on my laptop. In terms of nearby amenities, everything is within close reach if you're driving. There is a little shop which has all essentials, only 1 minute walk. Also a small cafe. Budoni is 5 min by car - you can access many beautiful beaches while you are there. Overall, as a first holiday in Sardinia i would recommend this place. Monica and Marco are very lovely and kind, they can reasonably communicate in English and help you with any matter if you are stuck.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in neuer kleiner Bungalowanlage Nähe Olbia

Wir(Paar mit 2 erwachsenen Söhnen) haben uns in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort durch Marco, der uns mit sardischen Dolci u. Flasche Wein empfangen hat, und auch prompt Hilfe geleistet hat bei Problemen mit Strom und Wasserversorgung, da die umliegenden Bauarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen waren. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Erlebnisdusche und der wunderbare Pool sowie die schöne Aussicht. Feine Strände in der Nähe, rasche Anbindung an Schnellstraße und somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Schade, dass das extra zu bezahlende WLAN nur selten funktioniert hat. Gerne weiter zu empfehlen.
