Clean and quiet :)

We had a lovely two week stay at this villa. Gerard was so above and beyond helpful with the planning, the booking, and quickly answering any and all questions that we had. The villas was cozy and clean, just as expected, and there were not many others staying on the property during our stay...so it was quiet, we had the pool and beach to ourselves. The walk to the ocean is actually a sea wall...we weren't able to get in the water there because the sea was pretty rough. But there is a private small beach with access that was fun and great for the kids to play in the sand. I'm giving 4 stars...There are many stray cats on the property that begged for food any time we tried to lunch outdoors, so be ready for that. Also one window screen was missing so we had many misquitos in the house until we got that taken care of. Gardens and pools were really really nice, and office staff was helpful. Unfortunately the massuse on site was out of town whlie we were there, so we went elsewhere for massages. We didnt rent a car, but it was easy to rent motor bikes and take taxis into town. Great place for some quiet R&R!!! Plenty of room and we'd go back again. :)

Hi Gerard, We have had a great holiday in Cha-am with your villa as our base. It was clean, tidy and large enough for our family of 6 to relax in. The complex was very quiet and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, and the sea too. We drove in to Cha-am town for restaurants and were delighted with the choices available. All mentioned in your literature were very good. Cha-am town was lovely and non-touristy at this time of year, which gave us, we felt, a more real view of a Thai town. We drove out on day trips most days; boat trip in Hua Hin, fishing, local boat temple, forest park. National parks, the bats at sunset; in fact most of what was around we visited. So for an active family who enjoy peace at the ends of the day it was a great spot. Thanks too for returning the shirts we left behind. All the very best, The Thorn family.

Amazing holiday

Our holiday was amazing special thank you to Gerard organised everything very good care to visitors. The villa was very nice and all you needed is all there, very clean and it had to levels so it was very nice to wake up in the morning or take breakfast and sit on the balcony. Very nice help of staff in the resort and it was very beautiful and fantastic and very close to the beach. You can do lots of trips and it's not that far or expensive to take the taxi. We really hope we can return next time. Very recommended for everyone.

Excellent family style villa

We booked this villa for a family holiday. We stayed 1 week. The villa is big size and beside swimming pool. Everything is clean and the gardens are very beautiful. We like the restaurant nearby on the beach- excellent seafood.

I live in Yasothon, in the North-East of Thailand and manage a number of properties in the Cha-am area.

I came to Thailand in 2001 as an Expat and most recently have been working in the rice fields up North and opened a new restaurant in Yasothon province.

I lived in Cha-am for a year in my beach villa and can share some of the local insights. I regularly take trips to ensure the villa is kept in the best condition!

My Father owns a villa in Gran Canaria and I look after the rentals for him too. He spends almost 6 months a year in the villa and the rest of the time its available to rent. It's kept in excellent condition and is a great place to relax and unwind.

It is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
I spend my time travelling between Cha-am and Yasothon in the North East of Thailand.
I manage a few properties in the complex and as I visit often I ensure they are well maintained and I am constantly upgrading them.
