Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual this condo was not disappointing. Very clean and modern. Personally I enjoy a good soak in the tub. Convenient to village and slopes Charlotte is quick to respond should we require anything and never disappoints us with any special requests. Charlotte is the first person we contact when planning our WP vacation. Usually about 11 days, See you next year.

Perfect for our families needs for a ski vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was excellent for what we needed. It was clean, convenient, and well-appointed. It is so close to the mountain and village. Its so great to have walking access to everything. We are a family with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys, so we needed separate beds for the boys. It was great to have two different bed options in the unit. High point: the Founders Pointe hot tub is huge and amazing. Areas for improvement: the beds were sufficient for 2 teenage boys tired from days of skiing, but two adults may find them a bit uncomfortable. This is not too surprising and we expected as much.

Being able to walk to the mountain and village really does make ski trips easier, and we’re glad you enjoyed that convenience—and the Founders Pointe hot tub is definitely a guest favorite! We also appreciate your honest feedback about the sofa sleeper. Unfortunately, sofa sleepers are not known for being as comfortable as a "real" bed with a standard mattress. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and would love to host your family again on a future ski trip.

Great stay

We had a great time staying in this condo at Founder’s Pointe. It was clean, plenty of space for us and our two little ones, and the location was perfect. The huge bath tub was a plus as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Great location! Spacious unit! Amazing hot tub!

Location is wonderful. Only 5-7 minutes walking distance to the gondola and lifts. Unit was spacious and perfect for our long weekend. The hot tub is the best in Winter Park. It's huge!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was close to hiking, the gondola, restaurants and shopping. It was clean and quiet. The management company called to be sure we were aware that the hot tub wasn’t available due to construction. Very responsive and helpful!
