ラウンジダイナーに入ったとき、私は家が大好きになりました。 私はとてもたくさんの光と景色のある大きな窓が大好きでした。 子供たちが友達を連れて来たり、両親と一緒に出かけたりできるように、寝室が3つある家が欲しかった。 とても広いです。

Haven on the hill.

After nearly 30 years of experience renting various properties in the area we can safely say that this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The house is truly a "home from home in the sun" It is very clean, comfortable and well furnished. everything about it makes you wish you could stay there longer. Added to which the views are spectacular. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends, and indeed we are thinking of returning to it sometime next year.

Really nice accommodation with lovely views

This was our 5th visit to Parc de Floresta and we love it here. It is tranquil and beautiful. Our accommodation was very good in terms of space and location and we would definitely book this villa again. I’m already thinking about next year.

The apartment was located in a resort area on a hill overlooking the small village of Budens. The apartment had newer appliances that were easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, herbs, couscous. The apartment was very clean & had comfortable furniture except the twin beds. We had an adult friend with us who had a painful night on the twin bed mattress and then put a second mattress on top and slept better. Sometimes adults stay in the second bedrooms, please get better mattresses!We loved our stay otherwise. Budens has wonderful restaurants, lovely nearby beaches. The apartment has a beautiful view.

We had a very comfortable week here. The views from the balcony, and sitting room, are lovely and you can hear the bells on the nearby cows and also the chimes from the church clock in the village. Plenty of kitchen equipment and tables inside and out to eat at, comfy sofas, comfy balcony chairs all great. Lots of hot water too Use of a lovely swimming pool down the hill and surrounded by pines

This property is great! We had a great stay!

The townhome is fabulous and well Located in a beautiful quiet area. The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. We could have used more toilet paper for a four night stay and it is really so much easier if the shampoo and conditioner is provided. It is very difficult to fly internationally with excessive toiletries. We were a few minutes drive to the beach and the towns in this area are very cute!

Great 'home from home'.

We have been to this property twice now, and will definitely be going back again. The house is equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked the juicer which we used every day to enjoy the fabulous oranges which are sold everywhere (but we were lucky enough to have a stall 5 minutes down the road). A leisurely breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh baked bread from the local bakery in Budens, eaten on the balcony with great views is simply the best way to start the day. We liked the quiet of the location, away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts on the Algarve. Definitely need a car to get around, but there are many lovely places to visit, and we particularly like Sagres and Lagos.

Very nice and spacious apartment in quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and large apartment. There is a wind-protected balcony with a beautiful distant view towards the sea. The sheltered location is important because it is a very windy place (permanent, strong northwest wind). The pool a few steps down in the complex is also very nice and large and deep enough for swimming and diving. Beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Salema is a very nice, small seaside village with nice beach and good restaurants. There is a supermarket 800 meters from the apartment. If you want, you can also play golf directly in sight of the apartment.

Reliving memories

We stayed in a similar house year upon year when our kids were small so we were familiar with the area and setup. This rental house was one row down and everything was perfect. Great views of the countryside out to the sea, really really quite esp. at night. Fab pool which in June we had to ourselves for the 3 weeks. The house was very clean and has a great layout. You can dine in or out depending on how good or bad the weather is. The house looks small from the outside but is big and very well laid out inside. It had every appliance and facility that we needed including really good wifi (which we were not expecting). Close to Salema village which is picture perfecta and20misn form Lagos if you need some nightlife. You are also 20mins form the west coast where there are beaches that go on for miles and great for big wave body boarding and surfing. The host was great to work with and check in etc. was so easy, the host also checked in online to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

4 nachten verblijf. Lekker warm toen we aankwamen in het goed uitgerust huisje. We verbleven met 5. Onze drie jongens vonden het ook fanatastisch om het bodyboard te gebruiken dat er stond. Top verblijf. Goeie locatie om de omgeving te verkennen.

Logement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée.Le seul reproche vient de la précision des renseignements lors de l'arrivée des futurs occupants. En effet le numéro de la maison n'étant pas précisé nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver....La communication avec la personne responsable ne nous a pas été d'un grand secours. Toutefois ce petit incident n'a pas altéré la qualité de notre séjour.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist gut. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, da unser Lieblingsstrand Figueira nur 10 Autominuten entfernt ist. Auch den Pool und die Möglichkeit, Tennis zu spielen, haben wir gerne wahrgenommen. Einzig allein gibt es in dem Haus ein paar reparaturbedürftige Dinge (Sonnenschirm, Duschschlauch), die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus!

Casa muy acogedora

Todo estaba muy bien, la cocina, las habitaciones, los baños, todo genial. La piscina también muy bien y tranquila. Lo único malo que encontramos fue la seguridad en la planta baja ya que desde las otras casas se podía acceder a las puertas de las habitaciones exteriores.

Home from home

Our first time in this property, but not our first time in the Quinta Do Montinho area. The property was very well equipped, clean and very comfortable with a lovely balcony to enjoy evening sunsets, even when it was super windy. We hope to come back again next year!! Très agréable séjour

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et agréable. Très belle vue depuis la salle de séjour et le balcon, avec l'océan au loin. Les propriétaires sont toujours joignables, prêts à aider et les petits problèmes (dus à une longue période d'inoccupation de la maison) ont été réglés au mieux. Environs très calmes. Budens est un joli village et il y a de belles promenades à faire dans les collines et la forêt d'eucalyptus au dessus de la résidence. Tous les hauts lieux touristiques de l'Algarve sont accessibles à moins d'une heure en voiture.

In una posizione ideale per raggiungere sia le piu belle spiagge della costa occidentale che del sud dell'Algarve, vicino a Sagres e Lagos, la casa è veramente bella, comoda, pulita e tenuta benissimo e fornitissima di tutto in una splendida location vicino al campo di golf. Ideale per una vacanza tranquilla.

Our family had been holidaying in Portugal for the previous 8 years and decided to buy there as we love it so much. We holiday there as much as we can. We have owned the house for an number of years now had had many happy guests enjoy staying there over the past year.
When we started going there the children just loved playing in the pool or on the beach, they now very much enjoy eating out at the wonderful restaurants in the area, especially in Salema!

We chose this house as it was close the village of Budens, so we could walk to the bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants and we feel part of the village, but it is quiet and tucked away and never feels busy even in the height of summer. We dont like very touristy areas and this is perfect for us.
We love the village of Salema, it has a safe beach for younger children. There are loads of small sandy beaches close by too.
Salema has (for a small village) a fantastic choice of very very good restaurants.
Lagos suits us all, the girls love the shops and the boys love the boats and the harbour and fishing trips. It also has an excellent kid friendly science museum.

This is our home from home, so you should find everything you want there that you can get at home. Unlimited internet fast fibre broadband, we often work from home here. The kitchen is very well equipped for those that want to cook, I hate going on holiday and finding I can't cook as there is only a milk pan to use. There are plenty of glasses (including pint glasses) and crockery, with a dishwasher to wash them all up for you. There is a washing machine too.
Lovely views across the village & local countryside with a glimpse of the sea too.
