The Cottage is nestled in the olive groves behind Kaminaki beach on the north-east coast of Corfu Island. A short paved foot path through fruit trees and herb gardens leads up to this hide-away villa for two. The Cottage has fabulous views across the bay and the luxury of its very own plunge pool which make it a private haven for honeymooners and other holiday guests travelling on special occasions. A couple of loungers and a table for two on the stone paved poolside patio are the ideal setting for a peaceful and delightful holiday for a week or two or even three. Kaminaki beach and tavernas are but 150 metres away and the local supermarket can even deliver your food shopping to you if you prefer. The interior is light and airy with simple but comfortable furnishings in spacious surroundings. One walks into an open plan kitchen and living room and through to the bedroom with en suite shower room.

Lovely oasis

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cottage. It is in a beautiful and quiet location. The beach is fantastic and the tavernas delicious. From the moment we checked in, we felt relaxed and at home. Parking was easy, Christina had left us some bread, coffee and other bits, which was a very welcome surprise. All in all, a fabulous stay, we will definitely be back!

Our hideaway in Kaminaki

We love the peaceful surroundings of the Cottage. Also the view of the sea and the easy path down to the beach. We have been staying at the Cottage every summer for 14 years. We are always made very welcome and everything is to a very high standard, nothing is too much trouble for us. We always look forward to returning each year.

The Cottage Kaminaki

We have just returned from two idyllic weeks in this beautiful cottage. The location is just perfect, set in it's own grounds a short walk from the beach. The property itself has been maintained to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. Christina the owner could not be more helpful and I would suggest if you have any questions before your arrival just ring her. She would be only to pleased to answer any queries you may have. The village itself has two small Tavernas, both serving good food. I would also recommend the water taxi in the evening to Taverna Agni in a adjoining bay. Hiring a boat for the day from the village is fantastic fun. The views you get are stunning as well as being able to find your own private beach! If you're hiring a car, do not go for the smallest model as we did. The roads can be quite steep and the one we had did struggle sometimes. If you are looking for somewhere to totally relax and unwind, this is the place for you.

Kaminaki Villas Corfu is a family run business that has been in the tourism industry since 1972. Some of the Kaminaki Villas properties have been in the Katsaros family for over a century.
Christina, the daughter of the family is now managing the properties and will be there to assist you with anything you need as personal service is a priority to us.
Christina has completed her studies in the UK and stayed in the country for 8 years before returning to Greece.
Now she lives permanently in Corfu.
