THE HOUSE ON NERANO!

Nice apartment in the city center, overlooking the sea located 1 mile from one of the best beaches. Composed of 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen, great outdoor space with dining and living room table.
Welcome to the great apartment located in the historic heart of an ancient fishing village called Nerano Amalfi coast.
The apartment is located on the first floor of an old building about 150 years old, which was renovated in 2014. It 'consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and a panoramic terrace. One master bedroom is on the ground and second floor with 2 single beds upstairs sopalco. In front of the house you have a large terrace with a comfortable sitting area, dining table, deck chairs and stunning sea views, the perfect place to have coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. The property has a private parking.
At a distance of 30 meters you grocery shop, bar and restaurant where you can find all the traditional dishes.
The bus stop is 30 meters away, here you can take the bus to go to Sorrento or to the beach of Marina del Cantone which is a 1.5 km. At the beach are many restaurants and shops and you can hire a boat to Positano and Capri. From the square in Nerano you can reach the bay of San Costanzo and Ieranto in marinoe park of Punta Campanella 2 km from the house. Bei places with Capri view.

Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing month-long stay at the House on Nerano! Yuliya was an amazing host and was very accommodating and helpful. The view from the terrace of the apartment can't be beat and is definitely a highlight of this location. Nerano is a small town about 20 miles outside of Sorrento. Nerano and the surrounding villages are very quaint with beautiful views all around. We had a car and found it relatively easy to travel between villages and we even ventured to Sorrento on two different occasions. The trail to the beach is right outside the apartment and takes about 15-20 minutes to walk. There is a bus at the bottom that can take you back to town square which is less than 5 minutes from the apartment. We highly recommend this property if you are seeking a quiet stay away from all the crowds!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was comfortable, clean, quiet, and was well-equipped. There was secure parking available. The area was nice with great views and conveniently located to drive to many locations on the coast. Yulia and Salvatore were very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

L’emplacement est difficile à trouver .Dans l’annonce, il est indiqué « Parking privé » mais en réalité il est partagé avec d’autres personnes venant la journée pour des randonnées et le propriétaire demande de lui laisser les clefs pour déplacer les voitures .Il n’y a pas d'accès aux chaines de télévision.Il y a quelques odeurs de gaz incommodant à l’extérieur .Sinon l’appartement est très propre. Il manque un peu d’équipement.Il y a une magnifique vue.L’hôte nous a donné quelques denrées alimentaires à notre arrivée.

Visite de Naples et de la côte Amalfitaine.La côte est très belle mais impossible de se garer pour profiter, circulation au ralenti, attention conducteurs débutants mieux vaut prendre le bus… Naples à voir pour l’ambiance.

Schöner Orte auch für längeren Aufenthalt

Wir waren eines Woche im Oktober hier und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Eine schöne Wohnung, Nerano ist ein netter Ort, Ausblick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse und verschiedene Wanderwege und schöne Strandmöglichkeiten. Wir waren zu viert. Im Sommer könnte der obere Schlafraum recht warm sein, bei uns ging es.

Lovely little house

This property is exactly as described. on the hillside overlooking Nerano. we loved our time here and if coming back to the Amalfi coast, we wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

Superbe séjour sur la Côte Amalfitaine depuis Nerano.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Salvatore,la vue superbe de la terrasse supérieure ,le confort des lieux,la gentillesse et la générosité des hôtes. Sur place,vous avez la possibilité de faire quelques courses dans la petite » Salumeria da Rachele »,ou l’essentiel est à votre disposition et surtout l’accueil,le sourire et la disponibilité des propriétaires.Juste à côté ,dans le « bar » de la place du village,nous avons eu la chance de déguster un Limoncello 100% bio,certainement le meilleur jamais gouté jusqu’à présent,que vous ne trouverez pas dans les rues commerçantes de Sorrento. Depuis Nerano vous avez la possibilité de prendre le bus jusqu’à Sorrento . Nous recommandons l’emplacement ideal pour des vacances reposantes loin du tumulte de Naples ,Sorrento,Capri etc...

Super location en famille août 2018

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location parfaitement équipée (lave linge, grille pain, four, et séchoir à vaisselle grand et très pratique...), de plus location très propre. Cadre agréable avec deux belles terrasses. Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et nous a laissé beaucoup de choses dans la maison pour le petit déjeuner et cuisiner. Situation parfaite pour ceux qui aiment sortir du tourisme de masse et qui aiment marcher un peu... Location proche d'une belle petite plage dans la réserve naturelle, il faut emprunter un petit sentier à pied qui est en face de la location, la vue est splendide tout au long du chemin compter une demi-heure de marche. Deux petites épiceries avec tout le nécessaire et bar avec un accueil très sympas au coeur du village à 50m de la location. Plage avec restaurant et bar à 15mn de marche ... un peu plus de temps pour la montée mais trajet sur petit chemin en dehors de la circulation ... Nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour en famille dans cette location.

We loved it!

Our experience mirrors that of others that stayed at the House on Nerano. Spectacular views of the Mediterranean; cooling breezes on the mountain that kept the house comfortable in warm weather, although air conditioning is available if you need it; a very well-equipped house for the purposes of our family of four, including WiFi which was really very handy to have. Salvatore and his friend Yuliya were always available to answer questions and help with any issues. They really are the ultimate in hospitality. Some very nice restaurants on the hillside, but so many more at the Marina del Contone at the beach along with Gelato and other shops. This is where one really enjoys to local color of the area with periodic festivals of one sort or another. Nerano is also a welcome relief form the tourist attractions of Positano, Amalfi and Sorrento, although they are an easy driving distance away for visits.. All in all, the House on Nerano is a wonderful vacation and an especially good way to see the Amalfi Coast.

A lovely, picturesque respite from the buzzing amalfi coast

We had a fabulous time in nerano! Our hosts were kind, flexible, helpful, and generous. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. Nerano is a great village set apart from the tourist mayhem of the rest of the peninsula; a lovely launching point for daytrips or local hikes and trips to the beach! Highly recommended!

Amazing house ! Clean, nice and pretty, with great view

The house is fully equiped, nicely decorated, 2 terraces. Highly recommand it. Mr Salvatore is verry kind. Olga's glossery store is full of fresh and tasty local, Italian products. Beaches are pretty crowded. It's better to go arround and find a wild one.

The house of Nerano

We're a family of 4 and this house was just perfect. It's very well maintained, completely equipped, quiet, spectacular ocean view. The owner, Salvatore, gave us a great welcome even though we were 3.5 hours late. The house itself is perfectly located to do all the sight seeing of the Amalfy coast. 10 minutes walk from the beach with all the restaurants you may want at different prices and a nice village market store. We strongly recommend this location.

Fabulous holiday destination

We had a lovely holiday, the weather was exceptionally hot between 35-40 everyday but the house we stayed in was perfectly situated for walking , shopping locally, catching the bus and only a 10 minute walk to the local beach Cantone which was very pretty and not as busy as the other resorts on the Amalfi coast. We visited loads of beautiful places Furore , Positano and Ravello being favourites. Pompeii and Sorrento were easy to get to from here, Naples is a bit of a nightmare for driving but okay once out of it!!! Our host Salvatore was lovely, welcoming and had very kindly got us some basic shopping in for our arrival which was greatly appreciated, the views from the top veranda were stunning ad we spent most evening's watching the boats in cantone bay from it. We would definitely return and couldn't find a negative.

Very Pleased

The House on Nerano was very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and serving dishes. Shampoo, dish and laundry soap were all supplied. The house itself was clean and tidy. There were some food supplies in the fridge and cupboards for our first day there. That was very much appreciated! And the house is only 100 meters from the town's small store. Although there is no WiFi available in the house, there is free WiFi down at the beach so we just used the internet when we were there. It is a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach on a walking path that starts right beside the house. I would highly recommend this property. Salvatore, the owner, did everything he could to make sure our stay in his house and in Nerano was comfortable and enjoyable.
