Host was great! My parents needed a place asap since their hotel reservation was canceled and they were able to accommodate quickly. They responded back fast and got the condo ready before check in time! They enjoyed their stay here. If they were able to give 10 stars they would!

Loved the condo! Perfect location and everything we needed for a great trip! We didn’t even need the air conditioner due to the cool nights. Would stay again!

Delightful comfy unit so convenient to a great beach, the whole south side, the harbour and fun shops and restaurants. Had a fantastic time here. The pool area was great too. Roosters and birds were lively but fun!

Good condo for the price

In the best part of Kihei in my opinion. Not the fanciest condo, but very good for the price, clean, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful with everything we asked for.

Unique S Kihei Condo, Secluded & Quiet, Close to Great Beaches and Eateries

This condo is unique in that it is secluded and quiet yet a very short walk to great beaches, Kamaole Beaches 1,2 and 3, and affordable good eateries. Owners are responsive to guest inquiries and needs and they keep the unit in excellent condition.

Great location

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants, beaches. Clean unit. Bed was not comfortable. A cleaning fee is charged yet we were responsible to launder towels and bed linens (and provide the laundry detergent) at checkout. Not enough toilet paper provided for a 14 day stay.

Excellent location—right across from the beach, near town and lots of great beaches. Very comfortable condo with great shower and well-appointed kitchen. Nice clean pool. I especially loved the balcony-it was surrounded by tropical greenery and a great place to have coffee or a meal

Living the Dream

The condo provided everything needed for a stress free holiday on Maui. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries and requests. The unit was well supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie boards for the beach. The kitchen made our month long stay easy as it had more then enough utensils for cooking etc. We would book this unit again if we return.

Amazing location

We can’t wait to come back. Best location and quiet since it’s in the back of the neighborhood. Heidi and Orrin made it extra special. Great space and mostly shaded which was key as it can get hot but the place stayed cool

Orrin & Heidi Cross are long time Maui residents of over 30 years. Orrin's mom moved from California in the 70's and this started the love for the island life style. Orrin went into the restaurant business in the Bay Area and soon moved to the islands to pursue his restaurant career. Orrin & Heidi met at the restaurant Orrin currently runs. I fired and married my Michigan girl. We have been happily married now for over 15 years. Orrin runs a large restaurant on the west side. Heidi has a plant business and farms up country. We wanted a place to stay closer to the ocean. We love the beaches in Kihei, and have wanted to buy a spot down here for years. Heidi has had fun decorating the unit to give it a nice home feeling. We look forward to our guests feed back and hope you all fall in love with Maui like we have.
