Fantastic holiday in Lefkada
We spent six days at Lefkasseabnb, which is perfectly located, literally by the Agios Ioannis beach, with the most amazing blue sea; the property is well designed and equipped with anything required for a comfortable stay; this included some unexpected treats, such as complimentary local biscuits, wine, olive oil and a few bottles of cool water, little details that made us feel very welcomed from the start. We are a family of four, with 14 and 12 years old kids, the size of the property was absolutely fine for our needs. Panos has been an exceptional host; he has provided us with very valuable advice on day trips, cruises, and restaurants; his warm hospitality has been fantastic.
We spent few days relaxing and enjoying the Agios Ioannis beach and sea and others exploring the island by car, visiting breathtaking beaches and dining in very picturesque villages (all recommended by Panos).
Agios Ioannis is a very tranquil location yet full of buzz for water sport lovers, it is a well renowned spot for wind surfing and kite surfing , with courses available, if someone wants to have a go; most importantly (at least to me), there is a lovely fish restaurant a short walk from the accommodation, which we have truly enjoyed. A very memorable holiday indeed, we would love to go back!
