Terrible communication. Would never use again. Extra cost for bedsheets. Caused unbelievable stress.

My father had a stroke so I was never able to stay at this property and the owner refused any refund even though this was a life threatening family emergency, I am utterly disgusted. In addition on top of the expensive fee for the Villa before we even arrived we were told by the host that we had to pay 35 euros per bedroom for bed sheets otherwise we would not be provided any for the beds. Obviously we didn’t have to deal with this as I was never able to stay in the end due to the emergency. I found the host particularly unhelpful and they made the “holiday” experience completely stressful. I would never book with this host ever again. I have never had an issue with any holiday in the past and have never felt the need to write a review even if the accomodation was slightly disappointing, but this host was so difficult and unhelpful It ruined our trip. Commentaire erroné et manipulateur proche de la calomnie. Cette hôte a tout d'abord souhaité annuler sa réservation au motif d'absence de climatisation (info présente dans notre descriptif) et a souhaité negocier le tarif puis refuse de payer l'option draps/serviettes (clairement affichée dans notre présentation) pour enfin nous informer 2h avant son arrivée qu'elle ne viendra pas sur un motif non vérifié. (remboursement non prévu aux CG). Nous n'avons pas à subir les caprices de nos hôtes. Les assurances annulation couvrent les événements imprévus.

Superfijne vakantie in een smaakvol, gezellig, mooi , rustg gelegen huis. huis.

De gastheer was heel aangenaam en behulpzaam. Het huis was van alle comfort voorzien, mooi, functioneel, ruim, smaakvol, rustig gelegen en toch slechts 15´ stappen naar het bruisende L´Isle sur la Sorgues : SUPER. Het contact met VBRO was echter ondermaats!!!

Très belle maison pour vacances en famille ou entre amis

Très belle maison, A proximité du centre de l Isle sur la sorgue

Très belle maison, Fonctionnelle, à proximité du centre (a pieds) Les propriétaires sont très agréables Le seul Petit bémol est la localisation : mais les trains peu nombreux ne nous ont pas trop dérangés; le lotissement en construction à côté devrait améliorer Le quartier. Nous recommandons cet endroit

Des vacances au Top!

Une superbe location où il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour être bien! Il ne manque rien, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Localisation parfaite à quelques minutes à pied du centre de L’Isle sur la Sorgue. Ma fille (de 14mois) et moi avons passé des vacances parfaites! Elle a adoré passer du temps dans la piscine pour se rafraîchir et moi aussi je l’avoue! Autre point très important, à ne pas négliger, les propriétaires sont géniaux!! Super sympas, à l’écoute, ils font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréables! Véro et Pascal, si vous passez par là, merci pour tout! Lison et moi vous embrassons. À la prochaine!! 😊

Accueil chaleureux

Véronique et Pascal sont des propriétaires très disponibles.. Villa, très bien équipée, literie confortable... Jardin, très bien entretenu, espace Piscine, agréable.. Parfait pour se reposer.. Emplacement idéal pour visiter L'Isle sur la Sorgue et ses environs..
