Thank for taking time to review the property! Although I have a long history and 5 star review on another site VRBO is fairly new to me. There were things in the yard still from a recent renovation and was hauled off the day after your departure. The mattress: It is a wooden frame rather than springs which is 3 months old and I agree makes noise. But it must have been extremely squeaky for the home to get the worst possible score. I trust the others got a great nights sleep in the rooms with the pillow top mattress and the tempurpedic memory foam mattresses. Sorry your stay was not good, I always want my guest to be satisfied. Although this was the first complaint I plan on switching the box springs so that others won't have that same experience. Thanks again for your review so that I can continue to make things better for future guest!

This was very unfortunate, it was after a big rain and the first sign of aunts was early the morning of your arrival, they were in the shower area. I quickly had the exterminator who came out but said sometimes it will take a few days for them to completely go away. The only sign of them have been in the bathroom area which is bad enough. Since that time I have had an exterminator out weekly to make sure they are gone. Luckily we are completely booked up through the summer and have had no complaints since that time. I enjoyed meeting you all and sorry your experience was not a good one, hopefully the weekly exterminating will keep that from happening in the future.

I dont book most of my stays on this site so I probably dont know it as well as the others. I wish there was a way you could review the VRBO process and my hosting abilities separate perhaps my score would have been a bit higher. However I do understand the reason.
