1階はテラスに大きなドアがあるリビングルーム（30㎡）から構成されています。 リビングルームには快適なソファーが備わっています。 衛星放送付きのテレビ、CDプレーヤー付きのHIFIがあります。 4つのステップは、2つの冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、1つの電子レンジ、1つのコンビオーブン、電気炊飯器、食器洗い機と洗濯機などの豊富な設備を備えた30㎡の広々としたキッチンです。
両方のベッドルームにはシャワーとシンク付きの専用バスルームがあります。ダブルベッド（200x160cm）と二段ベッド（200cm×80cm）付きの1ベッドルーム。
寛大な廊下にゲストトイレがあります。 3つ下の階は、ダブルベッド（200X160cm）、シャワー、トイレ、シンク付きのバスルームに隣接した3番目のベッドルームです。 プールを一望するテラスにオープンするフレンチドア2室が備わります。
1階には30m2の屋根裏部屋があり、リラックスしたり、遊んだりすることができます。

Our stay at the villa in Villecroze went perfectly. Communication with Carmelita went very well, the house is very pleasant and well equipped, although a little old, it could do with some renovations but that didn't stop us from having a very pleasant stay. The pool and garden are superb, perfect for relaxing, you are very peaceful but you have everything you need just a 10-minute drive away. The region is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do and see.

Nice house with great pool

We had a lovely week in this house in Villecroze. The house is well equiped. There is one airco but that was enough. The fourth bedroom is upstairs which was not useful as it was too hot there. The pool is large and we spend good times here.

Unfair charges for owner’s appliances

My holiday with my elderly parents was overshadowed when I got home to find the owner of this property had charged my credit card for 2 appliance repairs. Both appliances were reported to the owner immediately they were noticed (within 48 hours of arriving ). We didn’t complain when we had to make do without one of the appliances for the majority of our stay along with other items in the house that were faulty or suffering from neglect. We spent one of our last vacation days waiting in for the repairman - only to get home and find out we have to pay for it - cc has been charged. Outrageous !!! Property owners should not be allowed to charge guests for their faulty appliances!!!

Let me start explaining that it is impossible for an owner to charge or decharge a creditcard of a rental. It is always VRBO organisation who has the authority to do so. The VRBO organisation is also administrator for the cautions. We as houseowners have to report them if there were calamities during the stay of the rental. During the stay of this rental the door of the kitchen and the door of the fridge who are fixed together , broke from each other, and the washingmachine broke down. The washingmachine is a machine and it can break down, these things can happen. The door of the fridge I don't know how it happend. I proposed to the rental to split the bill of € 112,- for fixing these 2 things. Why splitting ? Because as I said a washing machine can break so I don't want to keep them responsible for it, but the fridgedoor, I don't know what happened. I was there before the rental arrived and everything was ok and working. Then I received an upset mail of the rental accusing me from taking money from their creditcard, which is impossible for me to do! And further they wrote the above review and came not back on my proposal for splitting the bill. About 1 week ago I received again a mail with the same accusations and more. I wrote them back with my point of view and also with the request to sent me their bank account number so I could transfer back the full amount that was deducted from the creditcard. But so far no news or accountnumber received.

Séjour reposant dans le var

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette villa, qui était impeccable : spacieuse, propre et bien équipée afin que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine privée, sans vis-à-vis. De plus, la communication avec l’hôte était fluide et efficace. Merci !

Deuxième séjour dans cette maison avec nos enfants et encore une fois très agréable. Nous aimons beaucoup la maison et son emplacement. La piscine est bien entretenue et l’hôte très accessible et coopérative. Nous reviendrons !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez carmelita, c'est une hote réactive. Malgré quelques ampoules HS par ci par là, tout est conforme à l'annonce.

echt mooi huis, en heel fijn zwembad

We hebben genoten van huis/zwembad en omgeving. De woonkamer en keuken zijn ideaal. slaapkamer beneden is erg fraai. De andere slaapkamers zouden fijner zijn als ze ook voorzien zijn van een stenen vloer. De verlichting liet te wensen over. Veel lampen deden het niet. dis dat was wat behelpen. Maar het waren fantastische weken.

Bon séjour

La propriété est bien située, la maison est spacieuse avec une salle d'eau par chambre. L'espace extérieur est très agréable en période estivale ! Excellente communication avec Carmelita la propriétaire et Karine la housekeeper, merci à elles. Logement plus vétuste que visible sur les photos. Deux ajouts amélioreraient le logement : chauffage pour le piscine et un barbecue (à gaz par exemple car à charbon interdit).

Maison avec piscine sans vis à vis

Maison climatisé avec une grande piscine (10x5) au calme, commerces à 5 min en voitures. Pret de Villecroze, sa cascade et ses grottes. Pratique, 2 frigos, cafetière senseo avec recharges à disposition, Des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle. Table de ping-pong a l'ombre qui a ravis ma fille. Tres agreable.

Entspannte Zeit

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in dem Ferienhaus! Der Pool war großartig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, der 2. Kühlschrank war zur Kühlung der vielfältig konsumierten Getränke goldwert. Villecroze (Entfernung ca. 2,5 km) ist ein liebenswertes, funktionierende Städtchen (Bäcker, kl. Supermarkt, Markt, Restaurants für jeden Geschmack). Wir haben traumhafte, schattige Badebuchten am lac St. Croix (ca. 30 min Fahrt) entdeckt und diese sehr genossen. Im Umland gibt es viele traumhafte Dörfer, Märkte, etc., die Abbaye Thoronet ist absolut sehenswert. Die Fahrt zum Mittelmeer ist schon etwas weit, aber ist durch die Möglichkeiten im Umfeld auch nicht zwingend notwendig. Die Kommunikation mit Carmelita war immer prompt und absolut perfekt. Die Übergabe und Abnahme hat problemlos geklappt und war sehr entspannt. Wir hoffen auf eine zügige Rücküberweisung der Kaution, die ich persönlich sehr hoch finde. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und haben uns extrem gut erholt. Vielen Dank Carmelita!

Great villa and pool in a fabulous setting

Overall would I recommend this property. The swimming pool was a good size and the villa was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The wifi worked well. The location was in a good position to visit the lake and other lovely villages. We had good communication with Carmelita who responded very quickly with any queries and questions. Mrs Blanchett the housekeeper was friendly and helpful.

Bon séjour agréable

Tres bien accueillis par Mme Lydie Blanchet, qui est tres bienveillante et disponible, nous avons apprécié la piscine et le cadre de la propriété . L'équipement de la maison est très satisfaisant pour un séjour paisible et calme dans un environnement éloigné du tumulte de certains lieux trop fréquentés . La mise à disposition du linge de maison est très appréciable . Seuls petits points négatifs :un code Wi-Fi ne fonctionnant pas , et l'absence de chaînes de télévision françaises pour les locataires francophones potentiels . Mais une belle qualité de prestations . Avec un point très appréciable également :la présence d'une salle de bains par chambre ,très agréable pour une famille dans les moments ou tout le monde doit se préparer en même temps. Quelle déception! Manque d'entretien et de ménage flagrants!

Bon courage aux Français qui loueront cette villa! Les quelques chaînes de la télé ne sont qu'en langues étrangères! Sachez que vous n'êtes pas accueillis à votre arrivée et aucun état des lieux n'est effectué donc pas de possibilité d'avoir des explications concernant le logement, réceptionné dans un état très sale:matériel( cafetières, four, ustensiles...), meubles de cuisine, table grasse et tâchée, oreillers tâchés et sales, nous avons du en acheter sur place! Sans parler des "cadeaux" laissés par les anciens locataires: chaussures, tee-shirt sale, et caleçon masculin dégoutant!!!!! Honteux! Quant à la piscine, pas de système d'alarme ou de protection pour les enfants, pas de lumière ( pourtant vue sur les photos) et il faut savoir qu'une personne passe pendant le séjour pour l'entretien piscine et jardin ( contraignant et dérangeant). La pelouse n'était pas tondue et l'herbe très haute! Pas agréable du tout! Des mauvaises herbes sur le pourtour de la piscine.... Les terrasses sales avec en plus de la cire rouge de bougie. La table de ping-pong était cassée! Pas de barbecue. Ce n'était pas les vacances souhaitées et le standing attendu!!! On est loin de la villa de luxe annoncée et du descriptif fait sur le site!!! Nous sommes très déçus!!!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir, meine Frau, meine 4 jährige Tochter und ich waren für 14 Tage Mitte Juli 2018 in der Villa. Durchschnittliche Temperatur war 35‘C. Zusammengefasst war das Haus top! Der Pool toll mittels der Treppe begehbar und ist alllein von der Größe 7 Sterne wert! Küche und Wohnzimmmer top. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden, sogar Waschmittel. Wäsche aufhängen hinter den Garagen war auch prima und in 2 Stunden trocken! Den einzigen Punkt den man beanstanden kann, ist die nicht immer perfekte Sauberkeit. Aber das ist auch typisch deutsch und hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Einkaufen konnte man sehr gut beim Bäcker in Villegroze (Hat die besten Croissents in ganz Frankreich!), im Nachbardorf in Salernes bei Intermarche, Lidl und auf dem Wochenmarkt. Villecroze ist ein bezauberndes kleines Dorf. Unbedingt mal alles anschauen! Ein Genuss für die Augen. Auch der Park und die Grotten dort sehr empfehlenswert. Tourtour und Aups sind auch sehr schön. Sowie der traumhafte Stausee Sainte Croix du Verdon. Wir waren dort 2 mal so schön ist dieser und die Umgebung. Saint Tropez und Frejus sind zum Baden auch wunderschön. Sehr schöner Sandstrand. Wobei der Feierabendverkehr in Saint Tropez schon sehr anstrengend ist. Außerdem waren wir noch im schönsten Dorf in Frankreich in Mountiers Saint Marie, ein Traum! Alles zusammen ein wunderschöner Urlaub, auch wenn wir 1.400 km, von uns zu Hause in 2 Tagen bis Villecroze gefahren sind. Bedanken möchten wir uns hiermit nochmals bei Carmelita für die Hilfe bei einem blöden Missgeschick! Und ihre tolle und sehr schnelle Hilfe! Merci beaucou Carmelita... Absolut empfehlenswert ein Besuch dieser Villa und wenn wir unseren Urlaub bewerten müssten, dann würden wir 7 Sterne vergeben... ;o)

Heel fijn verblijf!

Ondanks het iets mindere weer, daar kan immers niets aan veranderd worden, hebben wij een super fijn verblijf gehad in Villecroze. Het huis was mooi schoon, goed uitgerust in het bijzonder de keuken. We kregen zelfs Nederlandse TV zenders. Goed om terug te keren! Bert en Yvon

Secluded and quiet!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. It is set within large grounds and is gated. The villa itself is well equipped and spacious. The villa is easily accessible and is in a beautiful location. There are a few properties around but they are far enough away not to feel overlooked at all. We are a family of four and it was lovely to each have a shower room. There are two fridge freezers in the kitchen which was great for storing drinks. There are plenty of books/games/dvds to use (if needs be) and there was even a wii! However, not much telly was to be had as the swimming pool was the main attraction. Steps lead down one end into a good sized pool. It is quite deep throughout its length, but that was fine for us as we are a swimming family. The poolside has a large area to relax with sunbeds for four people. We also made great use of the table tennis table and brought our own bats too. We spent a lot of time recharging our batteries and relaxing, but also travelled around the area. Guest books comments suggested visiting the Sainte-Croix-du Verdon lake and Verdon gorge - which we did, and they were stunning. We also strolled around Villecroze, visited the grotto and gardens, and enjoyed an evening meal in one of the restaurants (amazing burgers!) We also drove down to Frejus, but think we'd venture a bit further and visit Saint Tropez/Cannes if we came again. Overall, we had a lovely holiday; Carmelita responded quickly to any correspondence which was great. There is a lot of the world to see and we tend to try to visit somewhere new every year, but we'd definitely stay at this villa again if we revisited this area.

An amazing villa.

We stayed for a week in August 2017, helped by the amazing sun, we had a fabulous time. We are two families of three and found the villa was great for entertaining, being together but also the rooms felt separate and private. The location is great, 5 mins from a shop, close to several lovely villages for evening meals and close to the main south of France attractions. The villa had everything you would wish for with a bit of French charm. Would love to return, did not get children out of the pool for long.

A lovely holiday house, in a good location with a great pool

This ticked all the boxes for us. Well equipped and comfortable with a very nice pool. Great location - quiet but easy access and close to villages and Lac de St.Croix. Ideal for lazy days relaxing with odd days out, and nice places nearby for dinner in the evenings (Villecroze, Tourtour). Owner very helpful and responsive in making the arrangements. We will use again.

Heerlijke plek om te relaxen

We hebbenge noten in dit vakantiehuis met heerlijke tuin en zwembad. Een paar dagen heerlijk niets gedaan behalve spelletjes, zwemmen, lezen en lekker eten. Ook de omgeving verkemd met sportieve activiteiten in de Gorge du Verdon, Lac Saint Croix en omgeving van Villecroze, maar ook Frejus en de Cote Azur. Heerlijk huis alles was aanwezig, fijne keuken en ruimtes met voldoende ruimte voor ons 4en!

Really good, well equipped and beautifully presented.

We spent 10 days in the sunshine, getting away from it all. Using the pool and exploring the local area. Including the lake and gourge du verdon. The house really suited our family of four as it meant both girls got a bedroom each with own bathroom. The pool was a real bonus for us all and we spent a lot of out holiday immersed in the water. The villa is far enough away to get that rural feeling but close enough to Villcroze and the beautiful Toutour to not feel too cut off. Also convenient to the major supermarkets in Salernes. All in all a great trip.

Heerlijk weekje weg

We zijn een heerlijk weekje weg geweest en hebben genoten van dit fijne huis in een hele mooie omgeving! Het huis heeft alle comfort en was schoon bij aankomst. Het zwembad lonkte in de zon en het water was 26 graden en dat in mei!! We hebben leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar St- Tropez (1 uur rijden), de golfbaan van St- Maxime 40 minuten, en naar Nice (1 uur rijden). Kortom, we komen hier zeker terug! Misschien wel al in september :-)

Séjour agréable mais finalement gâché

Notre séjour dans cette villa a été globalement assez agréable et sans mauvaise surprise. La maison est spacieuse située au calme possède une grande piscine bien appréciée par tout le monde et surtout les enfants. En revanche ce qui nous a été beaucoup moins agréable c’est le comportement de la propriétaire qui nous retient depuis 5 moins maintenant le solde de notre caution sans raison valable. Nous sommes très déçus et nous sentons impuissants face à cette situation. Nous ne conseillerons pas cette location ….

C'est dommage que la locataire ne dit pas tout la vérité. J'ai directement rembourser €550,-. Mais qqn m'a dit que la maison était dans une très mauvais état. Je suis y aller et vraiment j'ai trouvé ma maison dans un très mauvais état; très sale, dès choses cassé etc. Mais désormais j'ai remboursé finalement la caution entier parce que ca va pas la peine de continuer moqué. J'ai toujours eu des bon locataires et des gens contents qui reviennes plusieurs années chez nous.
