これは、プライベートプールのある4ベッドルームの家で建てられた別館で、ビルトインBBQで調理された屋外の食事用のパティオがあります。 静かな場所にあり、スーパーマーケットやアメニティーが並ぶアルヴォルの中心部まで徒歩わずか3分です。 上品な装飾が施されたすべてのベッドルームはモダンで、そのうち3つはスイートシャワー付きで、プールテラスに直接アクセスできるエアコン付きです（ツインベッドルーム2室とダブルベッドルーム1室、ツインベッドルーム1室はプールテラスから直接独立してアクセスできます）。エキストラツインベッドルームは、ACのお子様にも特別な小さなベッドルームです。

Lovely host, very clean property with all that we expected. Host was very quick to address very minor issues. The place is very convenient for the town and beach whllst away from the noise of the town for peaceful days by the pool.

Great accommodation with private pool, met the needs of our family.Maria the host was very friendly and gave great advice on local area etc.Also location is great, few mins from shops, restaurants and to all main locations.

We had a fantastic stay here with friends and family. The house was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We spent lots of time enjoying the private pool and outdoor areas, which were perfect for eating, drinking and having fun together.The location was excellent—peaceful, but within easy walking distance of the beach and close to shops, restaurants and everything else we needed. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in was straightforward.A lovely house for a group holiday, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The villa lived up to our expectations and we had an amazing family holiday. Lena, the host was amazing and always on hand if we needed anything. The villa was well equipped and the bedrooms and communal living areas were perfect. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning was a real benefit.The pool was a great favourite especially for the grandchildren. With loads of sun beds and pool toys to keep everyone happy!! Would highly recommend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. Maria was very welcoming and greeted us personally upon arrival. The house was clean, spacious, and more than big enough for our family of seven. The pool and BBQ were a big plus, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of restaurants in town, the beach, and the marina.A few basic items, such as hand soap and dish soap, were initially missing, but Maria was very kind and responsive when we asked and provided them promptly.One minor issue was that we had a few unannounced visits from both the host and the pool maintenance person while we were relaxing by the pool. While they were friendly, some guests may feel uncomfortable with unexpected visits, so a little advance communication about scheduled visits would have been appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful stay, really enjoyed the house and location, and would be happy to return in the future.

Location was good, restaurants and supermarkets are near by. The annex was well appointed for an adult family of 5. The outside are was nice with a good outside eating/seated area and good seating around the pool.

5/5 Stars for this property.An Unforgettable Family Stay in Alvor!We recently spent a wonderful week here as a multi-generational family of 9 (ranging in age from 11 to 69), and the property could not have been more perfect for us.The location is top-notch. Alvor is absolutely beautiful, and the house is ideally situated to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Inside, the house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The highlight for us was the fabulous outdoor area, where we enjoyed a couple of lovely relaxed family BBQs in the evenings.There is a lovely supermarket withing a few minutes walk of tye house. The house also has air-conditioning in all of the rooms which was a blessing in the August heat.What truly set this stay apart, however, was our host. She was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we made our initial booking.During our stay, she went above and beyond by helping us reserve a table at a gorgeous local Portuguese restaurant for a family celebration, and even connected us with a wonderful local baker who created the most amazing 21st birthday cake for us!I cannot recommend this house and host highly enough. We would return in a heartbeat!

Clean comfortable accommadation, in an excellent location for restaurants, bars and the beach. Our only criticism, there was nothing in the way of cleaning products, not even a dish cloth at the sink. We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and there would usually be something left by the previous guests and we would leave anything purchased for following guests.Not a problem for us but maybe an information pack, including such things as local chemist, doctor and emergency services.We had a great stay, would recommend and would return if staying in the area again.

The photos dont do it justice it is a lovely villa and has alot of privacy! There is plenty of room for 8 adults with a room and ensuite with its own private entrance which was great for my daughter when sleeping as she wasnt dostribed by other guests. We hosted my sisters wedding morning from this villa and it was perfect! The host is lovely and is quite local to the villa so is there if you ever need her. Thanks so much for the stay.

Such a wonderful villa!

This is just a wonderful villa in the perfect location! Lovely large pool and great outdoor and indoor space. We absolutely had the best time (6 adults) Lena our host was so Accommodating and extremely helpful. We have booked for next year already!

They have grown up and both are married now. We have 4 grandchildren. We like Lisbon but now we prefer the Algarve to live. No stress of the cities. Good sea to visit and to dive. People that think about holidays not about work. So we live now in Alvor – Algarve – Portugal. In the meanwhile we rent our properties.
