Perfect villa

We had an amazing stay here. Just could not do enough for us. Villa was perfect, no issues and plenty of room. View from the pool is to die for Only slight issue was getting an Uber for 7 of us , but hosts arranged airport transfers and gave me taxi company names

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

The view of this house is one of the best of our lives! You have epic mountains with green trees covering the slope, lots of birds and nature sounds and then you have all of Split in the distance and the sea! The sunsets were sublime! Jagoda, our host, was super sweet and kind and helpful, sharing about local restaurants and beaches and things to do. She is wonderful! The pool is phenomenal! The house feels like a retreat and is a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. We had fun playing ping pong too and the kids loved playing foosball. Goegrous, modern home. Enjoy!

Perfect stay at a perfect villa

Our group (6 adults; family and friends) rented a villa in Podstrana from Henry and Jagoda and had an absolutely wonderful time.  It is about a half hour from the Split airport and perfectly situated to see the Split/Podstrana/Omis part of the Dalmatian coast.  The home is immaculate, wonderfully laid out, beautiful, and sits on a hill with views of the Adriatic and the city of Split in the distance.  The air conditioned home has all en-suite baths for the bedrooms, all of which have TV’s. You can enjoy a drink in the pool and watch the boats on the sea a mile away – and the sunsets are incredible in July/August.  We had the time of our lives on this vacation.  We were so glad that we rented a car because this home is convenient, but not within walking distance of any meaningful activity, which was OK because we loved spending days there, or half days at the villa before or after some excursions, either way, this home is a gem to come to or set off from.  We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and do so confidently because the hosts also serve as advisors and text-message-concierges if you need help with anything like reservations.

Alles ist bestens gelaufen: - die Anreisetipps und der Check in waren sehr hilfreich bzw. sehr freundlich. Danke für den Tipp zum Restaurant Jure :-) - der Check out verlief unkompliziert - die ganze Gruppe hat sich im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Alle Räume sind großzügig angelegt und gemütlich modern ausgestattet. - bei Störungen wäre sofort jemand gekommen - war aber nicht nötig :-) Wir werden wiederkommen

Beautiful villa in stunning location

You won’t find much better than this! Perfect location for a bit of peace and quiet with breathtaking views. This villa is well appointed and is a 20 minute walk from a white pebble dash beach, supermarket and restaurants. Henry and Jagoda went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed everything on offer in this stunning part of the world. If you don’t hire a car you can get about using taxis or local buses. Would recommend the local boat trip to Brac- great day out with lunch freshly cooked on board. We were a party of 7 and had an amazing time.

Beautiful place to relax

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Stunning views, great pool, stylish interior, enough space to chill, play ping pong or do whatever you like. Just everything you need for relaxing holidays. We spent 7 nights with 8 people in the villa and had the best time. The beautiful sunset and sunrise can be perfectly spotted from the veranda or balcony. Split is just half an hour away and can be easily reached by car. We would recommend to get a rental car in order to be flexible. There are several supermarkets and small beaches that can be reached by car in just a few minutes as well. Jagoda and Henry (the hosts of the villa) are very friendly and helpful and had some very useful tips on things to do when you have free time. We really would like to come back some day. To shorten things up: Beautiful villa with everything you need to enjoy yourself.

A dream house

We were there for 7 nights with 8 people and enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The view from the top is amazing and henry and his wife were very friendly. We just can recommend this accommodation!

We (4 adults and 6 kids) spent amazing week at this villa and we couldn't ask for anything more! Hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. House was super clean and the views was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Fantastic vila

What a great villa, great location slightly up the hill so the views are perfect and sunset is a sight to behold. Close to split with taxis easy to get. Henry was fantastic giving us plenty of recommendations for restaurants and things to do!! The villa itself is perfect, plenty of space, all en suite rooms, spotless and the pool is great. We had a great BBQ as well! Would recommend this to anyone and I would definitely use Henry again for our next trip! Thank you for everything

Amazing Villa Views

This is a gem of a property. It is exactly what I was looking for in our Split vacation home. It is a few kilometers up from the water in the hills above and a little south of Split. The house and pool have a commanding view of the city and surrounding valley. Gorgeous. But it is only a five minute drive to local restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Split proper. The location gives you the choice of a quiet day by the pool with an amazing view. Or, it can be a springboard you use as a base to travel to town. For maximum options I suggest that you rent a car. The house itself is new construction. The layout is great. Large downstairs main room to meet. Bedrooms upstairs. They also have views and a balcony deck for an evening drink. Property owner and manger are responsive and helpful. There is a great little restaurant up the windy road above the property. Argola. You must call for reservations a day in advance. We will be back!

Beautiful modern villa

We had a lovely stay at the villa with a group of friends. The villa had everything we needed to be able to make some lovely home made meals in the evenings as well as a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and the views from the pool area and top balcony are a delight, especially to watch the sunset. The villa is situated up a rather steep hill but this doesn't take long to walk down to the local shops as well as a lovely beach which has a few cafe bars for lunch. The villa is also a short drive or uber from Split so this made going out in evenings very easy. We all loved the villa and the location so would definitely stay here again

Great location, beautiful views of the sea, modern well-equipped Villa

This is a beautiful villa, on a hilltop just 10 minutes drive from split city center. I went for a hike almost on daily basis to the church on top of the mountain. The views from the swimming pool are fantastic. The Villa is well-equipped and fairly modern. It is airconditioned and has a BBQ stand by the pool Which were used a few times to grill local fish, which is a must. The shopping malls are within 10 minute drive from the Villa and split city center. The pool was a great amenity and the kids loved it. There is a beach on the bottom of the hill very close to the Villa which the kids loved. We explored the islands, the neaby cities, and the water falls. Jagoda and Henry were very helpful and welcoming. All in all, it was a fantastic way to spend our stay in split.

The perfect house for 1-2 families

We have rented many houses all over Europe over the years, and this house comes at the very top list! We booked the house for one week with a total of two families (family 1: 2x adults, 2x children 5 + 8 years, family 2: 2x adults, 3x children 4 + 7 + 9 years), which was perfect size for us. Four large bedrooms, each with its spacey bath + shower. Large living-room/kitchen, and large outside seating area for both eating breakfast and dinner. The view from the pool and the terrasse is absolutely stunning, with perfect view all the way to the city of Split, and beyond. Lovely sunset every night. We had a car during the whole stay, and visited several fantastic nearby places, like the little church on the top of the hill (there is a restaurant there as well, just be sure to book table at least one day in advance), and to several of the nice beaches a few minutes driving from the house. You can also easily walk to the beach, just be prepared to sweat your way back up the steep hills up to the house :-) There is also a grocery store- and a bakery down at the main road (just before the beach). The welcome and tight follow-ups during our whole stay from Jagoda was 100% perfect, with lots of useful information and always available over Whatsapp. Also the owner himself was continously available for any questions, and also gave several very useful tips. If you want to rent a fantastic house with the best view, and most likely one of the best locations in the area, we would strongly recommend this house! On top of that you get outstanding service!

Fantastic Property, Fantastic Hosts!

A huge thank you to Hrvoje & Jagoda for ensuring our ‘lads’ weekend away was one to remember. Hrvoje & Jagoda are fantastic hosts who helped us with everything from start to finish. From Hrvoje assisting with any questions we had after Booking through to our arrival, as well as organising our Quad Biking Tour on our behalf...and Jagoda for making us feel very welcome, taking her time to run us to the Supermarket at the bottom of the hillside shortly after we arrived and happily waiting for us to take our time before returning us back to the Villa. As for the the Villa itself - amazing and even better than we could have expected. Very clean and spacious with a superb view across the coastline towards Split. We also loved the new addition of the Table Tennis room! We are so grateful for the treatment received and we look forward to returning back to this beautiful part of Croatia and their properties in the future.

Were not shure what to expect in april with weather in croatia and with house that had pictures to good to be real. On our arrival day we have realised that house is better in real than on photos Pool nice and warm view like from post card. It was great to change cold Geneva for warm Croatia. Super wellcoming host and great recommendation for restaurant Jure Must try delicius fresh fish We will highly recommend this amazing lux place and area

Moderni Villa näköalapaikalta

Ensimmäiset vieraat huvilalla ryhmäkoko 6aikuista+6lasta. Eritttäin hyvin varusteltu moderni huvila näköalapaikalla, lyhyen ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä(30km). Huvilalta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen, mitä viikon tai parin lomailu vaatii ja etukäteen pyydettynä myös syöttötuoli ja lastensänky oli toimitettu paikalleen. Huvila oli siisti/puhdas, kuten allasalue ja huvilan lähiympäristökin, huvilalla matkapuhelin, jolla saa tarvittaessa yhteydet niin isäntiin, kyyteihin tai vaikkapa pikaruoka ravintolaan, josta kotiinkuljetus. Oleskelu alueet tilavat sisällä ja ulkona, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet kaikki kunnossa. Makuuhuoneista löytyi jokaisesta omat laatoitetut KH/WC, joten yksityisyys taattu, tupakeittiössä viihtyy ruokaillen isommallakin porukalla, kuten allasalueella aurinkotuoleilla, huom allasalueellakin ruokailuryhmä. Huvila oli kaiken kaikkiaan rakennettu ja sisustettu modernilla tyylillä! Näköalat ovat huikeat ja auringonlaskun aikaan lomakuvat eivät voi epäonnistua, otitpa ne allasalueella tai yläkerran lasitetulta parvekkeelta, näköalat pitää itse kokea. Isännät ovat erittäin ystävällisiä ja asiakaspalveluhenkisiä ja pitävät huolta vieraiden viihtyvyydestä, mainitsimme isännille puutteiksi juustohöylän ja astianpesuharjan, sekä allasalueen siistimistä varten vesiletkun, juustohöylä toimitettiin samana päivänä ja vesiletkukin jo seuraavana päivänä, astiaharjan ostimme marketista huvilalle:). Itsellämme oli vuokra-auto, jolla teimme tarpeelliset kauppakäynnit ja retkiä lähialueille. Kauppa, leipomo ja ruokaravintoloita, ranta ja rantabaareja löytyy kävelymatkan päästä (1km), joten ilman autoakin pärjää erittäin hyvin, mutta kannattaa varautua paluumatkalla nousemaan takaisin huvilalle. Paljon olisi matkastamme kerrottavaa, mutta mainittakoon nyt ylistetyn huvilan ja isäntien lisäksi lähialueen hyvä ruokapaikka ravintola Jure, matkaa huvilalta n.2km, Splitin vanha kaupunki(14km) shoppailua, hengailua, ravintoloita, terasseja etc., Bracin saari, jonne päässe helposti lautalla Splitistä ja siellä Bol on kokemisen arvoinen paikka, voit viettää päivää Zlatni Ratin rannalla kannattaa kysyä isänniltä tarkemmin ja varata reissuun 1 päivä, megashoppailijalle otoskeskuksista Mall of Split(10km )ja Splitin rannoista Marjanin niemellä sijaitseva Kasjuni Beach on jees. Voin hyvällä omallatunnolla suositella tätä kohdetta ja isäntäväkeä kaikille, jotka suunnittelevat omatoimimatkaa Splitin suuntaan, annamme 10 tähteä viidestä, sekä huvilalle, että isännille Hvala!
