Typical Mallorcan villa with a private pool, prepared for 10 persons, in Inca.
A morning dive in the private, salt water pool, then a siesta on any of the 10 sun loungers and, last but not least, preparing a tasty barbecue with your friends, to share laughs and long after-dinner conversations in the mediterranean summernights: it is the perfect plan for your next holiday! The salt water pool measures 12m x 6m, and the depth ranges from 0,8m to 2,5m. The porch counts with a large sofa and two dining tables. The terrain is fenced and there are orange- and lemon trees. There a no direct neighbors.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace and TV (with Smart-TV); an air-conditioned dining area for 8 people; a kitchen with a vitro hob an electric oven; a toilet; and a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom . The laundry room counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Going upstairs you find two more shower bathrooms for the top floor. In addition, there are 4 more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the three other with a double bed each. One of the last has an en-suite shower bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with a closet, AC and a ceiling fan each. An the whole accommodation features gas central heating for the winter season.

The finca is situated at a few minutes driving from Inca, where you will find any kind of services you might need during your stay. There are several restaurants "cellers", where you can try typical Mallorcan dishes. In the wineries in Binissalem you can do wine tasting. The Tramuntana Mountain Range is only 6 km away from the house, and is perfect for hiking and cycling. You might also enjoy visiting the romantic mountain villages like Mancor de la Vall, Selva, Sóller or Biniaraix. The nearest beaches are Port d'Alcúdia, in the North, or Playa de Palma, in the South, both a 30 minute drive away.

Perfect, beautiful Villa in a great location for exploring.

Beautiful, scenic Villa. Excellent facilities including pool. Large rooms and many bathrooms. Excellent Location - just off the main highway Ma-13 so easy to access and only a 2/3 minute drive to the town of Inca. Villa located in the middle of the island so perfect for exploring all corners and only a 30 min drive to the main town of Palma. Best place we have stayed in Majorca. will definitely book again!

Spring 1/2 term break

The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. It is a perfect base for large family, extended family or a group of friends. I’d highly recommend. A few comments that might help improve. We didn’t realise the remotes in the bedrooms were for the fan until the last night, we though they were for the air conditioning, So some instructions would help! We were concerned that the check in instructions we received said that we would receive the code 15 min before check in…..I was not happy to leave home without it incase I had no internet but when I emailed it was sent straight to me. The week we were going we had read a lot about some Spanish holiday homes been shut with immediate effect so we’re very alarmed to receive a call as we were loading the car to leave the UK telling us we had to vacate the property immediately. Panic set in until we worked out we had been called in error and it was the guest who were leaving the day we were arriving that should have been called! It did cause us some panic. All in all a really enjoyable place

Lovely home and pool with well stocked kitchen

Ten adults of retirement age. One of our party has limited ability. This property with a ground floor bedroom with walk in shower was ideal. HOWEVER, although the said bedroom/bathroom WAS on the ground floor, you still had to climb a set of stairs turn left to access this bedroom and then go down a set of stairs, this was NOT ideal. Only one outdoor parasol was provided and there are only two holes for it to be placed and therefore very restrictive to our friend in the wheelchair. No handrails on the pool, we didn't notice from the photographs, so our fault, but again it meant our friend couldn't use it. It looks quite isolated and we were expecting it to be very quiet, but road traffic is heavy and noisy. It's next to a Wood Saw Mill, so the noise starts very early in the morning, saw dust covers the pool if there is any breeze. After notifying the management on the Saturday morning of the saw dust, we provided requested photos but the pool was not cleaned until the Tuesday, the day before we left. The advertised outdoor photographs are considerably out of date, the sunloungers are old and dirty, and not as shown, but useable. There's a beautiful patio area around the pool, but needed a sweep and a power wash, lots of cat & chicken (who roam freely) faeces. The BBQ was disgusting. After pointing this out, a man came & used a garden blower to try & clean the patio & the BBQ too which just blow ash everywhere, so we ended up retreating indoors. We enjoyed our stay.

In sintesi, la Finca Can Pol vale ogni singolo euro speso.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile alla Finca Can Pol e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti! La casa è di altissima qualità, curata in ogni dettaglio e tenuta perfettamente, pulitissima e accogliente. La piscina è semplicemente splendida, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazioni. La casa è super fornita: dalle creme solari agli utensili per la cucina, dalle posate a teli da mare, non manca davvero nulla. Ogni elemento di utilità è stato pensato per rendere il soggiorno comodo e senza pensieri. La posizione è davvero strategica: vicinissima a un grande Mercadona per tutte le necessità e con facile accesso alle strade veloci per spostarsi facilmente sull’isola. Nonostante la posizione isolata, il vicinato è tranquillo e per niente invadente, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato visto che in passato abbiamo avuto esperienze diverse. In sintesi, la Finca Can Pol vale ogni singolo euro speso. La consigliamo caldamente a chi cerca una casa bella, funzionale, in una posizione ideale e con un ambiente sereno.

The place was better than expected. Each room is spacious and clean. There are many bathrooms (bonus!) and the pool was nice in the heat. Location is hard unless you have a car. The address doesn't show up on google maps and hard to communicate it to local taxis so try to prebook cars as much as possible. It is not walking distance to anything so please be aware. Also they will ask you to throw your garbage out yourself which again is very hard because the bins are in the nearest town about 3km away. Not walkable in the heat with garbage and Taxi's don't want to take you and your garbage either.

saubere gemütliche Finca

Die Finca war wie im Angebot beschrieben. Saubere Schlaf und Badezimmer , sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Küche , Sitzplatzmöglichkeiten im und am Haus reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool war sauber und wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt . Autolärm der nahe gelegenen Hauptstraße war nicht störend und kaum zu hören. Allerdings wurden einige Mängel die am ersten Tag der Anreise gemeldet wurden nicht abgestellt. Unter anderem ein defekter Sonnenschirm der bei diesem Wetter natürlich wichtig war. Weiterhin wurde ein Deckenventilator der dauerhaft auf max. Stufe lief und dabei Geräusche machte wurde nicht repariert oder außer Betrieb genommen. Was natürlich den Schlafkomfort in diesem Zimmer massiv störte. Ich hoffe die nächsten Besucher werden mehr Glück haben. Die Finca selber empfehlen wir aber auf jeden Fall weiter , die Agentur war sehr bemüht konnte aber nicht viel in die Wege leiten da der Besitzer sich quer stellte.

Leider konnten mein Mann und ich den Urlaub nicht mit unseren Freunden antreten, da wir beide kurzfristig krank wurden, daher beruht die Bewertung auf unseren Freunden, die sehr zufrieden waren! Der Pool war top und wurde nochmal sauber gemacht während des Aufenthalts. Ansonsten eine richtig coole Küche, wo alles da war, was man gebrauchter hat. Durch die Gestaltung war es auch sehr kommunikativ. Auch die Bäder waren schön gestaltet und die Räume überwiegend sehr großzügig. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach, die Kommunikation im ganzen Verlauf sehr gut und schnell. Bei Fragen wurde immer schnell geholfen.

Gute Urlaubsmöglichkeit für Jugendliche

Die Finca befindet sich in der Nähe von Inca und ist modern und gutherzig ausgestattet. Man benötigen allerdings ein Mietwagen denn es gibt nicht sehr viel in der Umgebung. Die Finca hat einen großen Pool, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und schöne,geräumige Schlafzimmer. Gut zu wissen ist auch noch das man auf Selbstversorgung angewiesen ist, jedoch ist der nächste Supermarkt 2km entfernt. Generell ist es eine schöne Einrichtung mit Jugendlichen Urlaub zu machen.

Sehr schöne Finca aber direkt neben der Autobahn

Das Haus war für uns 7 Personen wunderbar groß und super eingerichtet! Von der Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Gefrier-Eisschrank bis zur Washmaschine und Trockner war alles da, was man brauchte. Auch die Betten waren ok und wir haben uns im haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sterneabzug gibt es für den Lärm von der direkt hinter dem Garten verlaufenden Schnellstraße, die sehr stark frequentiert ist und von Palma bis fast Alcudia den Hauptinselverkehr bewältigen muss. Da wir tagsüber auf Achse waren und abends im Haus gesessen haben, ging es noch so gerade. Aber beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse verstan man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr. Zweites Problem war die Müllentsorgung: Man musste schon sehr weit fahren, um einen Entsorgungscontainer oder eine Deponie zu finden, in oder am haus gab es da keine Möglichkeiten. Drittes Manko waren die Sanitärarmaturen, die alle verkalkt und schwer gängig waren. Auch die Toilettenbrillen waren zum Teil defekt. Sehr gut klappte der Kontakt mit der Agentur ihomerti auf Mallorca, die bei Anfragen sofort reagierten und auch Kontakt zur (sehr freundlichen) Besitzerin schuf, die sehr entgegenkommend bei der An- und Abreise war! Ebenso ideal war die zentrale Lage mitten im Zentrum Mallorcas, mit dem Mietwagen war man schnell in Palma oder im Norden und die schöne Lederstadt Inca war ja ganzin der Nähe und zum Einkaufen idal.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus.

Das Ferienhaus hat sehr gut gefallen. Es bietet mehr als genug Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Der Aussenbereich ist schön gestaltet und auch bei Nacht sehr zu genießen. Mit dem Auto kann man vom Haus die ganze Insel erkunden.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa mit großem, schönem Außenbereich. Der große Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert, dass bekommt man aber nicht mit, da dies morgens passiert. Einzig die Autobahn die direkt Leber der Villa liegt stört etwas, man bemerkt diese aber nach ein paar Tagen nicht mehr.
